Neat and has most of the facilities you may need. Pressed and fresh towels, although slightly worn out. Same with the linen.

View is OK, blocked by buildings in front though. The room is on the second floor of a normal looking house. Looks like a room in the attic. Not the easiest for unhealthy or those with walking impairment. Not that close to the centre and quite far from the main Montreux station. It was hot in July and the apartment did not cater for a fan or A/C. Separate room downstairs with washing machine. Whats with the toilet??? The bowl seems to be fitted the opposite way...

Only suitable if you have a car

Cozy Place a little up in the hill and on the top floor of a house. Very comfortable bed, nice hosts, the apartment includes lots of extras. Also the TV has to offer great programmes if you just want to have a lazy afternoon or evening. There are enough blankets, pillows and towls. And a parking space next to the house.

The hosts have renewed parts of the apartment which is great. There is only a little bit of touching up needed: for example hooks or warderobe in the hall to hang coats, a place to put shoes, also a mat in the entrance so the wooden floor doesn't get dirty (in winter). The kitchen tap was loose but can probably be fixed easily.

The location is great! It overlooks montreux and Lake Geneva.

Ok, this is an attic flat, 2 floors up, flat is quite new, not walking distance to the lake, as very high up the mountain. 5 minutes drive. Parking available. Did not feel fresh and clean, kitchen itself is quite new, but cleanliness lets it down. We paid 580 euros for 2 nights. Bedding had holes, and is so old, I would never sleep on such bedding, offer it to your guests? I emailed host and he apologised and brought replacement kettle and one bedding set. It was 4 of us, so We had to sleep on what was there, sofa bed (if you can call it sofa bed), had holes and burned iron marks. Bed sheets dont fit on this sofa bed. We slept fully dressed. Bedding not ironed. Please see pictures. For the price we paid this is total disgrace.
