Bedrooms very nice, great mattresses. Bathrooms great. Kitchen old, non working range top except for one burner, limited bakeware, rusty utensils and oven drawer, dirty dishes upon arrival and soiled cupboard linings. Living room couches horrible, had to buy covers for them, stained, odor and very uncomfortable. TV in bedroom wouldn’t work, promised a new cable box, never got. Internet very spotty, living room TV off sometimes for hours. Rug in living room soiled and corner ripped. Sweeper had bare electrical wires in two places. No way to clean the wood floor which was dirty to begin with. Our feet were filthy and had to throw away our socks, they wouldn’t come clean.

First vacation post Covid and it was a home run! This first floor Condo is perfectly suited for those who are bringing their fur baby’s! It was spacious and clean, super cozy bedding, and was generously stocked with all amenities that were helpful for our 10 day stay. The pool and beach access were literally steps away from paradise! Unfortunately, the city prohibits pets on most parts of the beach, including CT’s access. The WiFi connection was spotty and glitchy at times (but not the end of the world). All in all, it was a superb experience and highly recommended.

Everything was clean. The added beach items were a nice touch. Everything was wonderful except the mattress in the master bedroom. It was as hard as a brick, but some people prefer firm mattresses. Location was wonderful and ease of access to the beach was great.

We rented this property while playing in a baseball tournament about 30 minutes away. The majority of our team stayed here. Our room was nice and clean, the furnishings have changed since the listing photos were taken. We had no issues with check in or check out and never had to contact anyone with any issues with the condo. The rules for the condo complex should be posted in the listing for potential renters, we received the rules about a week prior to our stay. Keys are required for everything; getting in and out of the pool area, going to and coming from the beach access, the elevator and the trash. The pool also closes at dusk, between 8:15 and 8:30 nightly and doesn’t open until 9 in the morning. The pool isn’t cleaned or maintained during the closed hours, it's closed additional hours to be maintained. There seems to be a strong dislike from long term residents to renters, especially renters with preteens/teens. While I personally didn’t have any run ins with a long term resident during our stay other members of our group did.

We had a fantastic stay. There is more than meets the eye here. It was the easiest stay because you are only a few steps away from the pool and just a couple of more steps to the beach. Great communication and the nicest people. Very family friendly all around you at the Canaveral Towers.

Property and condo were very clean. The patio, courtyard, and pool area provided a lovely tropical environment. A few yards walk through the courtyard and over the boardwalk led to the beach which was never too crowded. The location of the property was perfect, not in the middle of the tourist attractions but only a short drive to all the cool places in the area. We were thrilled to find such a nice beachfront condo that was pet friendly! We did notice a slight pee smell occasionally, but nothing too overwhelming. To be expected of a pet friendly place. We bought a scented candle and that took care of it. Our only complaint is the sliding door to the courtyard. It was VERY HARD TO OPEN AND CLOSE! Almost impossible a few times. I have a pinched nerve in one arm and was not able to open the door myself most of the time, because you need two hands and strong arms to get it open. This was very inconvenient! My husband hurt his wrist one time trying to get it open. The grandkids came over one evening and one of the adults had to be a door monitor, which was very frustrating because kids like to run in and out. You can’t leave the door open or the air shuts off automatically and if you have pets, they run out. They need to FIX. THE. DOOR! Overall, I would highly recommend this condo, as long as they fix the door.

Great location and nice complex. Couches weren’t as pictured on VRBO site and were extremely uncomfortable making it impossible for us to sit in living room. Had we known this we would not have rented this unit as all of us staying there have neck/back problems which were aggravated by these couches. The sliding door stuck and was almost impossible to open at times causing us to have to walk around the building to access the pool and beach.

Excellent, clean, with most you might need during your stay both in the kitchen and accessories for the beach. Only negative point is that the unit is beside the elevator so hard to sleep after 8am for those that like this.

We stayed at the Canaveral Towers and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect…just what we were looking for right on the beach.

We truly enjoyed the location and overall was satisfied. The washer and dryer was really nice to have in the unit. The King size beds in both rooms was really nice for family members.
Here are some personal concerns and some comments that are more about our personal preferences:
1. There were small bugs (mites) that appeared each night in the master bedroom. They were generally seen by the bed tables.
2. There was no garbage disposal. I can’t remember the last time I was in one that didnt’ have a garbage disposal.
3. The master bathroom toilet was located so close to the cabinets that the toilet paper made the position uncomfortable.
4. The oven is very old and will need to be replaced.
5. There were no ceiling fans in the unit—anywhere. I haven’t seen a unit without ceiling fans for a long time.
6. The living room couches were not comfortable to relax upon. Their design and size limited seating. There was no additional chairs.
7. The dining room chairs were plastic and uncomfortable.
8. There was no TV in the second bedroom. That was a huge disappointment to the family that stayed in that room.
The location of this unit is the greatest advantage it has over other choices. If it was on an upper floor we would never return. If we find a unit similar in location that does not have half of the above issues then we would be tempted to rent that unit.
In summary, location is tantamount to us. The unit was satisfactory and we had a nice time with family.

We love this area. The condo was clean and equipped. The umbrella in the room was broken and when I contacted Kelsey, she brought us a new one. The couches were not very comfortable for a condo but We will be back!

Great Vacation
We enjoyed our stay, the unit had everything we needed , it was clean and updated. Amazing location and easy beach access. The two king beds slept great! The only downside was the couches are not comfortable for sitting and the additional sleeping arrangements for the living room wasn’t comfortable. Replace the living room couch with a sleeper sofa and this unit is absolutely perfect! The management was absolutely amazing as well and was on top of anything we needed.

Okay stay, great weather for March. Dated property.
Pros: parking in front of unit, patio is 20 steps from pool, (Frig, micro, wash/dryer) clean and work good. Good location. Pool size big, furnished beach towels, easy contact with owners,
Cons: dirty behind beds and furniture, stove burner seamed to have one temperature, liv room furniture very uncomfortable, walls and woodwork needs lots of TLC, both bedroom adjacent to elevator room so heard elevator half the night. Pool didn’t open till 9am, and plants block view of beach from pool deck and patio. Toilets filthy under rim, place is lots smaller than pictures depict it, had to go to an off site about a mile away to pick up key to get in then take key back. In need of repair and lots of TLC
Have stayed at lots of condos but this is at the bottom of list. Not sure how it had a 4 or 5 star.
TO THE OWNERS: Sorry about a negative review like this but I always give an honest opinion of a place but with all the negatives it didn’t ruin our vacation but won’t stay with here again.

Amazing service from management. The cleanliness of the unit was outstanding! Location is great and safe. Easy check in process and well stocked with everything you will need to start out. Will definitely use this management company for future beach vacations.

Wonderful condo. The renters are great and communicate efficiently throughout all steps of the renting process. Gaining access to the condo is a very easy process. This is a great location and has enough room for everyone in the space. The pool view is beautiful, and the back porch is a great place to enjoy a morning or afternoon relaxing before going to the beach. Overall, this condo was a great vacation experience. We would absolutely recommend a vacation here.

Great for family get away.
Our family really enjoyed our time here. Unit was nice and served us well. Everything we needed was in the unit and convenient. If the was anything that was subpar it was the sofas. They were uncomfortable. But not a show stopper. Overall I would recommend this unit and Canaveral Towers for a nice family vacation.

Would not stay here again
Couch is not whats in the picture. Like sitting on plywood. Dryer vent was off and venting into the kitchen. Put that back on. Towel rack fell off had to put that back on. Obviously had fallen off many times before. Floor was filthy. Socks were very dirty just walking from the front door to the bedroom.

A fun time
My family had a most enjoyable stay. The condo was very clean, all the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, boards for the kids were all included. Spoke to the owner and he did offer an extra day if our flight was later we would have stayed. This was close to some nice restaurants, grocery store, and shops. It only took us about 45 to 50 min. to get to Universal and Disney. Other then going to Orlando we rented bikes and got around that way. I would recommend this condo.

Great Condo!
This is a great condo with very nice amenities. The pool is right outside your door, and it is just steps to the beach. This condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, pool toys and towels. The unit was clean and the building was quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and can't wait to come back!

Fabulous
This condo is absolutely amazing. Everything you need is right at your feet. Open the patio door to a short walk to the pool and private access to the beach. They provide you with a key to open the gate to access the beach! Great safety feature. Your own parking space. The condo was so clean and the rooms are so spacious. Love love love and the next time I am in the Cape, I will be staying here. Dean (owner) also offered us another night for 1/2 the price! So of course we took it and had another beautiful night on the beach. Thumbs up!

If you're a light sleeper avoid units ending in 6, right near the only elevator. Alot of late night noise.

Nice Place to Stay
Nice condo that is really well located. Pool right outside back door, beach is right behind pool. Cocoa Beach Pier is 1 mile. We walked or biked everywhere. Only drove rental to grocery store which is also close. It was very quiet, mostly older couples. Really a nice relaxing stay!

We love cocoa beach. Love the area. A great beach to walk on and lots of great restaurants nearby. We will be back. This condo is right on the beach. Love the sound of the surf.
