All the rest. It's amazing. The room is spacious, and the bed and pillows are the best I have experienced. The coffee machine and electric kettle are so clean that they look brand new. The shower gel smells amazing, and the air condition is excellent. The only bad thing I can say about cleaning is that I found a hair in the bathtub (we were 2 bold friends in a twin room).

Everything is extra pricy, from breakfast to laundry and parking.

2 story luxury river view suite didn't work as well as it could have as there was no water for the kettle/coffee machine in the lounge where it was located so you had to go downstairs to fill up the kettle or take the kettle etc downstairs and the chromecast connects to the downstairs TV only which effectively made the upstairs TV and lounge area pointless and you do need to be streaming something as there is only 1 english language station available which is BBC world news. Going up and down the stairs was a bit of a pain on a few night stay. We would have preferred a single story river view room in hindsight.

The location is the nice part of Lyon for ease of visiting tourist sites. Service was good.

We liked everything. And even more after being granted free upgrade for suits. We travel a lot, and this one is literally a best hotel in Europe in terms of service, location, rooms, facilities.

rien mais dans le détail vraiment une enceinte musique portative serait bien pour connecter avec la musique du téléphone. J'ai des problemes de vue , la TV est assez loin du lit et trop petite du coup je dirai TV plus grande avec Airplay pour voir l'écran du tel sur TV musique ou netflix, netflix sur la TV où on se connecte avec son compte, ou une TV avec roulette portative et ecran modulable qui se mettrait devant le lit. J'ai eu cela un jour dans un hotel bulle au ski très pratique puis on peut ranger la TV dans un coin .

Beautiful modern renovation on a historic property. Rooms are updated and modern- bright and comfortable. Staff is great- responsive- concierge staff was superb.

Rooms facing the river or town houses with a small entry and a large flight of stairs to get downstairs to the bedroom and bath. I would’ve preferred a single level rather than having to climb stairs Every time is it I had to answer the door.

Le lieu exceptionnel la chambre magnifique le personnel courtois et efficace. Bon point pour les voituriers Diner remarquable au restaurant de l'hôtel.

L'organisation du check in en file indienne debout dans le hall. Pas cool. Le restaurant est un peu étriqué on se sent à l'étroit.

Cet établissement est indéniablement à la hauteur de sa réputation. Les installations sont superbes. Les chambres sont vraiment confortables et parfaitement équipées. Le personnel est agréable, disponible et efficace. Le service et les prestations sont irréprochables.

Dans mon cas, une seule fausse note: Attribution d'une chambre avec des lits jumeaux alors que nous avions demandé un grand lit double.

La chambre avec portes donnant sur la chambre d’à côté. Bruyant, on avait l’impression que les voisins était dans la chambre avec nous

Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. Staff were most attentive and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Decor was superb. The room was very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need, catered for. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to sights, restaurants and bars. We were also impressed by the gift of wine and chocolate.

Although very clean, there was an unpleasant smell in our shower and by our day of departure, it seemed that the toilet was leaking. We did report the problem when we checked out. Although a little disappointing, it did not spoil our experience.
