Hemos pasado una noche después de llegar a la isla. Cerca del aeropuerto, cerca de la playa, hay muchos restaurantes alrededor. Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas. Una piscina para poder refrescarse se agradece con este clima tan cálido. La habitación es muy espaciosa, el baño nuevo y con todo lo necesario, la cama grande y cómoda. El aire acondicionado es imprescindible con el calor que hace y funcionaba bien.
El desayuno es bueno.
Enfrente hay un restaurante que tiene pescado y marisco fresco. También se puede cenar en el hotel.
Todo muy bien. Hacia un poco de calor en la habitación al entrar pero se soluciona al poner el aire acondicionado.

-The staff were extremely courteous and willing to help at all times.
-The manager and the reception staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable during our stay.
-The bed was comfortable and the rooms were spacious.
-Breakfast was generous and delicious.
-The balcony with pool view was pleasant.
-we liked the spacious lobby area with the pool table.
-The property doesn't have an elevator so not suitable for guests having difficulty climbing stairs.
-The duplex room is not suitable for families with small children as the stair is fairly steep.

Breakfast was good, the location is okay too.
The room we got was with the bathroom downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. The Wifi didn't work at all. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the AC had some kind of issue

Room was very comfortable and quiet, I loved that we had a seating area with the bedroom upstairs, staff were fantastic and the breakfast delicious. We ate both nights at the hotel. Airport pick up was a great bonus.

The best value of this place is the stuff. incredibly helpful and very friendly! Rooms are big and location is very nice.
After checking-in we noticed some bed smells in the bathroom and after reception intervention it was cleaned once more for us.

Wi-Fi only let you access certain sites so was difficult to use and not a great signal. No hot water for two days.

They do not give water and toilet paper every day. The bins in both bedroom and toiled were not emptied. English breakfast only which was so so.

Nothing i liked
The room there is no ventilation, very bad smell is in the room. Booking.com pictures has taken years back, thats why now the place is old, the real place is not like pictures. Booking.com needs to check the pictures are updated from the property. I have faced this issues before also.

Really kind and friendly staff who upgraded my room without me asking. Really lovely room with everything I needed and very comfy bed. The free airport transfer was really great as was the late check out.

Nice pool and decent sized room. Friendly and helpful staff with good breakfast. Proximity to beach and restaurants.
Proximity to road (known about in advance but we stayed an additional night due to curfew and the road impacted the ambience by the pool. Really not a huge issue overall though (
Room was rather dark but I guess it helps keep the heat out. Bathroom was also dim and probably needed a little love.

The airport shuttle was right on time and the operator Shira was super.
The room is 2 level and the bathroom is on the first floor with steep stairs going up. It’s very inconvenient in the middle of the night if you had to go to the bathroom.

The location was great - close to beach and perfect as transit hotel to or from airport.
The staff were super helpful and friendly.
We also enjoyed the fact that there was a massage service offered with transport arranged to and from the venue.
There is a lovely bar and pool table downstairs.
The bathroom smelt a bit musty
