A localização é perfeita. Perto de tudo.. apenas duas quadras da Fontana de trevi, com supermercado logo em baixo do prédio. O apartamento também é amplo e espaçoso!

Tivemos um problema em um dos chuveiros no primeiro dia mas a equipe respondeu na mesma hora no wpp e resolveram no dia seguinte. Uma colcha extra estava com uma sujeira mas foi trocada no mesmo dia. O ponto mais negativo pra mim é o barulho. Não dormi bem nenhuma noite pois logo abaixo do prédio, tem um Carrefour. Eles começam a operação as 4h da manhã.. caminhões chegando com mantimentos, lavagem, carrinhos.. muita gente gritando e barulhos de máquina. Como fiquei no 2 andar dava pra ouvir tudo. Talvez nos andares mais altos seja melhor! Mas sei que isso não é culpa do apartamento, mas sim da vizinhança.

Sonder sendte veldig mange mailer om purring på innsjekking sjølv om eg gjorde det riktig første gangen. Fekk også bekreftelse på innsjekking med ein gang det var gjort. Det kom likevel purringer kvar dag om manglande innsjekking sjølv om eg hadde sjekka inn og betalt reisa på forhånd. Synest og det var litt skummelt å måtte legge inn passbilde av oss samt kredittkortinfo på ei ukjent nettside. Vanskelig å vite om nettstedet til Sonder er sikkert nok... Kanskje fordi eg ikkje er så godt vant med å legge inn slik info...

Very old building,claustrophobic elevator,Smell of the restaurants from downstairs going inside the property constantly. Customer service took 4 hours to check in property wasn’t ready.

Location was excellent. Communication with the sonder team was brilliant. Wifi was really strong. Great products available in bathrooms. Easy access. Cafe directly downstairs is phenomenal- incredible food and good prices. Also opens at 8am which is a bonus with young children!

Lift was tiny and with 3 young children and a heap of suitcases it took us a few trips to get up and down - having said that, I loved that it was old and small (quite the Roma novelty!). Knife in kitchen was bent and blunt but otherwise everything else was great.

We loved the access and location.

Location.

Not clean. Didn’t look like the photos and generally the devour and fitout is tiered. No chance of early check in. There is only a waiter style lift and the cleaners where still there at my 4pm check in time.

DO NOT STAY HERE We had so many issues with this property AND with communication from Sonder. Their customer service team may as well have been cardboard cutouts. Half the time I wasn't sure if I was speaking to a bot or a real person because the level of empathy was indiscernible. The apartment was full of problems which they knew about, but do not care to fix. Absolute TOURIST TRAP. We itemised some of the issues below, in the hope that something gets done about it: - Keypad to front door and apartment door intermittently not working leading to us being locked out a number of times and waiting for someone who was luckily in the appartments to let us in - WiFi no working correctly and intermittently dropping out meaning we couldn't do any further repatriation and funeral planning - Can't turn air con to lower temp, 2 of 4 rooms are hot and we barely slept - Can't turn fan up on aircon - Aircon control in one of the rooms does not work as all and the screen looks smashed - No oven in the barely adequate kitchen with not even a sponge to be able to wash the dishes - Only two hobs and poorly installed so the heat underneath goes onto all the cutlery in the draw, mostly likely creating a fire hazard - Bedroom curtains in some of the rooms not hooked up so curtain won't close - Bedroom doors in some rooms won't latch closed - Shower sliding draw in one of the bathrooms is broken and falls off rails - Other shower not sealed and leaks water everywhere and the angle of the shower means the bath doesn’t catch the water so it goes all over the floor -Water pressure very low water is lukewarm in one of the bathrooms - Skirting boards are falling off in many places Good luck to the next poor souls who spend over 1000 Euro a night to stay with Sonder to experience their 'hospitality.'

The locality of the apartment was centrally positioned between the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. The apartment was very spacious for the whole family. We were travelling with my son’s family ,daughter and the grandparents. The kitchen and lounge rooms were spacious. The washing machine and dryer was an added bonus to be able to launder our clothing.

2 bedrooms the Airconditioner units didn’t work even though the service team came out to try to start the units. The shower in the bath was difficult to bath in as water was leaking from the bath surfaces and the glass screen wasn’t effective. Also found the hot water jug was leaking when used.

Flat size is very good and comfortable Location is very central But this side was very noisy as it’s proximity to the street and the restaurant/bar downstairs

It was a bit noisy as bin trucks in the middle of the night and early morning wake us up The a/c was not warming up the room even though was put on maximum hit. It was chilly at night and in the morning.

1. Good location. 2. Good size. 3. Nice big beds and good mattresses. 4. Good that you could replenish supplies from cupboard downstairs.

1. Needs more interior touches to make it feel more like a home rather than a pure business. 2. No microwave, dishcloth, washing up sponge, spatula. 3. Terrible position for the cutlery drawer. 4. A lot of noise from the street at night. 5. Debris from ceiling kept falling into apartment. 6. Street entrance keypad was very insensitive. It sometimes took 4 attempts to make it work!

The location was exceptional. The check in - out was smooth. The Apartment was super clean. The bathroom especially the shower cubicle was too small.

The location of the apartment, the size of the rooms are excellent. Bathrooms and the kitchen are very new and clean. Everything at home is working fine ( Coffe-machine,dishwasher,washing machine). Internet is fast and reliable. Toilet paper, tea bags, coffee capsules, soap etc is provided more than you may need. There is a supermarket around 10 meters away. The elevator is too small & seems old but it gives you the feeling of " I'm in Rome" ; so I really liked it.

They should install a grounded electric plug to a wall in the living area in order to charge laptops. I charged my standard laptop (rounded plug) in the bathroom.. The interior doors are made from glass ( not transparent but light passes when you turn the light on which is not good at night) and no key/lockers on toilet doors.

Good location, near to Fontana di Trevi.

The apartment urgently needs renovations and a new cleaning staff who can properly do the job. We stayed in apartment number 3, which had two bedrooms. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the cleaning was not up to par. We discovered used tissue paper behind the curtains, stained bedsheets, a dishwasher full of limescale, and dirty plates and cutlery. One of the bathroom doors was stuck and could not be closed. The smaller rooms were not able to be heated as the heating equipment was noisy. Additionally, the apartment is located in a busy and loud area, with non-soundproofed windows that allow outside noises to be heard. Garbage trucks at 6 am and noisy neighbors coming home late at night can disrupt sleep. Lastly, the entry door is not soundproofed, allowing for all the noise from the hallway to be heard. Overall, the apartment is not worth the money.

5 of us staying and only one couch to sit on which was a squeeze for 3.

The location was great. The sofa bed was small and not appropriate for two persons though. All in all it was a good experience. I would appreciate if I knew the check in procedure as I had to make a video call with all the room mates and that created a feeling of anxiety.

The host was very kind, the apartment was big enough for 9 people. The location is great also

There are quite a lot stairs and the elevator can only contain two people because it small but that wasn't that bad.
