It's a relatively new building in old style. The room was big with high ceilings. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They did a wonderful job with breakfast (lots of food and fresh juice). There was an activities room with a pool table and Foosball, which we did enjoy.

Water took longer to warm up than we thought.

Centrally located near the high end hotels (Grand Hotel, Araliya) and walking distance to Victoria Park, yet in a quiet corner. Staff was very helpful with luggages as well as swiftly addressing a couple of bathroom issues. There was a modern heater that warmed the room up really fast. Quite useful with a small kid in the cold of Nuwara Eliya. Even though the room seemed small at first as we could barely find enough space to open three suitcases, the storage options (shelves, hangers) were quite plentiful, allowing us to conveniently organize our personal belongings. It was also a nice touch to provide a basket for us to store the decorative pillows. Onsite restaurant prepared fresh meals on demand at reasonable price. We hired a car & driver for our trip in Sri Lanka, the hotel provided parking for the car. This was the only hotel in the entire trip where our driver parked the car where we stayed.

On the first night we went to sleep quite early after a long trip from Sigiriya and preparing for an early start to Horton Plains. However the room was not sound proof at all, we could hear people talking, dishes and cutleries clanking from either the dining area or the social area in front of the rooms. It was not an issue on the second night though.

Nice, comfortable room. Attentive staff. The staff was very helpful in reschedule our stay when our travel plans changed on short notice.

Nothing to remember

It is a beautiful boutique hotel near the main road surrounded by the major hotel chains. It is convenient to walk to all the different hotel and activities around the place. The weather is amazing. Best thing about the hotel was the food especially prepared by the Head Chef Mr. Nazim who treated us like family. The food was no less than a Michelin Star Hotel. Everyone went out of the way to look after us

The staffs were polite, knowledgable and they give you a top class customer service. The rooms were clean, hot water flow was exceptionaland the beds were super comfy.

I couldn't find anything that I didn't like. I tried to extend my stay but unfortunately, it was all booked.

Great boutique hotel in the middle of town. Cosy comfortable rooms. Exceptional hospitality by the staff and service was excellent. Food was authentic and tasty with a wide range of cuisines available. Central location is ideal for short walks around town. Will definitely come again!

Not as clean as I hoped. We order some tea with milk, and the milk pot wasn't clean. The seating area sofas weren't conformable. The small belocony is overlooking a construction site Our room was noisy throughout the day.. specially on our first night as there was a music party near by we couldn't sleep well. Very limited breakfast choices

the walls were super thin so we could hear everything that our neighbours were doing, although this wasn’t an issue during the night (we slept very well). we asked the reception for help with booking the Grand Indian for the evening, and they told us that the venue was just 50 m away so they instructed us to stop by to book, this was totally fine but they could have been more helpful with this.

If you Wanna Have A Dissent Meal In Nuwara Eli city This is The Best Place To Stay. Great Service And Friendly Staff. Have A Good Underground Parking Space. Have A Elevator Basement To Top Floor And They Have A Game Room (Pool Table) Plus Reading Space. I Recommend This Place To Everyone Who Visit Nuwara Eli.

Nothing To Complain.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Hotel is located at the city centre. It's just like a 5 star hotel. Behavior of the front desk person, house keeping, room service everything was of high class and beyond my expectations. Bathroom was too good, neat and clean. And Jaccuzi experience was superb. I really had an amazing experience on Jaccuzi. Food quality was really very good. The Chef prepared Chapati for me on my request. And food was really very tasty. While checking out they arranged a free card service to drop us. According to my experience this hotel is one of the best hotels in Nuwara Eliya.

The room was very well appointed, with nice decor. It was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is well located. The staff were friendly and efficient and provided a lovely breakfast. We would stay there again.

Brand new hotel with English style. we had been upgraded to a room, Superior grand suite with a jacuzzi. The room was amazing, clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner are tasty! The location was great, walking distance to Victoria Park and 5 minutes by car to Lake Gregory. Will definitely stay here for next visit to Nuwara Eliya.
