The house was perfect for a family of four. It was refreshing to see it stocked with the basics like TP, paper towels, soap etc. The AC worked really well and all rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed having access to a grill and huge walk-in shower especially with little kid sand monsters. The location can't be beat and the hosts are great. We look forward to staying again.

I enjoyed very much staying at this home. It was very clean and had everything we needed to. Have a wonderful week! I especially like the fact that they supply beach chairs as well as bicycles. It makes packing a breeze! The only thing I suggest is they get better nonstick pans. I was unable to make decent eggs or pancakes for the family because their pans had lost all the non-stick. But other than that it was wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location is very quiet as it is at the very end of the boardwalk. With little kiddos, this might not be ideal, but we drove and paid for parking when we took our 2.5 y/o to the boardwalk for rides/shops. Kevin, the owner, was very easy to contact and very responsive. This property is a beautiful place to enjoy your vacation!

This rental was beautiful and had great space for our 2 adult 2 teen family! We loved the amenities including washer/dryer, kitchenware, beach tags, TVs for down time, and a gorgeous peaceful front porch. The location was perfect and made it so easy for our teens to have some independence on their vacation. We walked most places. The owner was immediately responsive when we had an appliance question and other questions. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly! We hope to book the same week next year and could not ask for a better place.

This property was perfect for our trip and the one car driveway made parking simple and stress free since parking can be challenging to find on the street. The host was extremely responsive when we arrived and the previous tenants had not left the key where instructed. We were only delayed entering the property by 30 minutes and the host kept us informed every few minutes while we waited for where to pick up a new key. We will definitely rent this property again.

We enjoyed this clean, well-maintained, updated house for a fall weekend getaway. The deck was a spacious and comfortable place to savor our morning coffee from Positively 4th Street Cafe. The beach and boardwalk were a short walk away. Highly recommended!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location! This property is super close to the beach (my 3 and 6 year olds walked to and from every day, multiple times a day), the boardwalk and TJ's Ice cream, which was the extent of our OC activities during the pandemic. Would definitely recommend this property to a small family.

We enjoyed our stay at the house and the location was fantastic! Just over a block to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the front porch and made good use of the outdoor shower when returning from the beach. Overall, recommend staying here!

Perfect for our family of five. It was bright, sunny and cozy. The walk to the beach was easy even for our youngest (three years old). We’ve been coming to ocean city for years - renting places to stay - this was by far our favorite :)

We loved this sunny beach apartment with a perfect private sunny porch! One block from the beach and all the necessities provided. The outdoor shower was very nice! The owners were very responsive and friendly too. We plan to stay here again!!

We had a nice time. House was clean and in good order. Boogie boards and beach chairs have seen better days, but were in useable condition. I would recommend bringing your own pillows to increase bed comfort. I would also recommend BYO toilet paper because there was none at the house when we arrived, which was a little tough after a long drive with two small children. We left some behind so that the next family would have some. Beach was lovely, easy to walk to and the location was terrific. Grill propane tank was empty when we went to use it. Owners were quick to respond with any issues we had.

This house has the perfect layout for a small family. It’s even larger than it appears on VRBO and extremely well maintained with a really solid kitchen. Beds were fine and has a big tub if you have kiddos. It’s the perfect location - a block and a half from the beach and close to Browns, cafes, good restaurants and plenty of ice cream shops. Grocery store is just down the way. It comes stocked with all the beach chairs, toys, beach carts and amenities any family needs and doesn’t want to have to stuff in their car from home. Easy parking. We have a 3.5 and 6 month old and the trips to and from the beach everyday were painless. The front porch is a perfect add on for more space. My kids loved being out there. Leslie was quick to respond to any questions we had and made everything from start to finish easy and convenient. We had a great trip. We’ll be back.

Updated 2nd floor apartment, fully renovated. Beautiful old wood floors and well-appointed kitchen. Easy beach access, one block from the quiet north end of the Boardwalk. It provided a peaceful, pleasant shoulder-season experience for us. The owner was accessible and graciously answered our few questions.
