We stayed for the last day of Christmas at Biltmore. The house was amazing. Already shared it with others in ou family!! Highly recommended!!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy and had plenty of room. The only negative comment I can come up with are the toilets are really small

The home is lovely and clean. We stayed in the king size bedroom and we would have had a better sleep if we had slept on the table. The bed was so solid it was terrible and beyond uncomfortable. The shower wasn’t even warm enough when we had it turned all the way to hot. As far as a fully stocked kitchen, we had to buy a pan to cook our bake our chicken. None of the toiletries except the soap were unused, 1/2 used shampoo and conditioner yet more body cream than anyone could ever use. We went and brought our our toilet paper because what they supplied us was worse than the brown paper towel in public restrooms.
I can’t believe we spent this much money on a weekend where no one got any rest, froze when we tried to bathe and ended up sore rear ends from the sandpaper they expected us to use. What would have been the point of contacting the property manager, it’s not like they could replace the cement beds and refund the money we spent on the toiletries and basic kitchen supplies to be able to use the oven.

We had a good stay, but would suggest that more towels be available. There was only one towel per person for a long weekend. Also, the cleaning crew isn't top notch. For example, the cloth napkins in the kitchen drawer had what looked like big lumps of cookie dough left on them in the drawer. Unappetizing first impression in the kitchen.

Family Reunion
Very clean and very quiet neighborhood. If you want to play the piano that is shown, you will be dissappointed due to the keys sticking and terribly out of tune. Only other suggestion I would make is to upgrade and replace the toilets. They are vintage 1998 and very low to the ground. Other than that, it was very nice.

Visiting the Biltmore
My sisters and I came to Asheville to visit the Biltmore Mansion. This home was located a short 11 miles to the Biltmore. It's location was great as there were various grocery stores and restaurants along the road if we needed anything. The home was clean, and everything meticulously placed. The beds were comfortable as well as was the furniture in the living room. We even used the garage for our vehicle as we didn't want to get wet (should it rain) getting in and out of the car. I had to make 2 quick calls to the owner and she was accessible both times. I would definitely stay at this home again.

Literally a home away from home!
My daughters and I felt so comfortable here! It was the perfect place for us while visiting family in the Asheville area. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. This will certainly be my "go-to" home when I travel to Asheville with my family

President's Weekend
Everything was just as listed in property description. The king bed is firm. Firmer than I personally prefer but the house was great, plenty of room, great base for day trips into Asheville, and Hendersonville. All amenities you could need.

Home was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, close to our destination. Plenty of "starter" supplies. Neighborhood seemed safe. Close to I-26, easy on/off. Would highly recommend.

Fletcher NC Home
Renting this home online was easy! Four adult members of my family enjoyed our stay. It was only two blocks from another daughter & her family and is conveniently located between I-26 & Hwy. 25 near Asheville.

Plenty of room and everything we needed
This theee bedroom house is about 10 mins south of South Asheville so if that is your destination it is very convenient! Home had everything we needed for our 5 day stay - well equipped kitchen, laundry etc. Owners responsive to the couple things that needed attention upon arrival.

Received a cancellation 10:30 PM before the day of check-in
Received a cancellation 10:30 PM before the day of check-in. I found it very unsatisfactory for them to cancel the evening before check-in. The excuse was could not find people to clean, however when I checked availability the next day I noticed it was now rented for the next six days as opposed to the three I selected. This property is advertised on The property managers website thus I assume there was a scheduling conflict and I lost. I wrote VBRO with a complaint but have not received a response

Best of both worlds
We live in the mountains of Boone, NC, which we love, but my husband and I just needed some time away from our teens and lots of relaxation. We chose this lovely home because of the pretty pictures and the location. The home was even nicer than the pictures show. It had every convenience we wanted/needed. We had food delivered a couple of times, which was so nice since we live too far away for anyone to deliver to us at home. We loved the decor, the comfy chairs and blankets, and the porch out back. This is a home that we will definitely come back to! Thank you so much!

Nice comfy house about 20 minutes from the Biltmore Estate.
Property was very nice and well maintained. Owners took great care to make sure we had everything we needed. Master bedroom has a very nice temperpedic mattress however, for us it was it was way to firm. This is not a criticism since mattress firmness is such a personal preference just thought it was worth mentioning. Fireplace was a nice touch and access to the home was very easy. Would have ranked overall experience as 4.5 stars but it wasn't an option.

Beautiful, comfortable home
Our group of four was very comfortable in this cozy home. The rooms were beautifully decorated, there were throw blankets on the couches, plenty of linens, and the kitchen had plenty of everything to cook our own meals - even a blender. The beds were comfortable and there were options for different pillows. The yard is lovely and feels very private, even in a neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the things we came to see - the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Biltmore estate.

House is clean, well maintained in quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and most attractions. Host is easy to communicate with and we were offered early check in and late check out if available you just need to contact host . Stayed for two days on a girls road trip, would visit again

Relaxing & Cozy
This was a very nice and clean place for a vacation get away. We were concerned when we drove up that it was going to be a noisy neighborhood. It was not! I was able to easily connect to the internet at night to complete some college assignments. The piano definitely needed a tune up. Our only issue was the rug in the dining room. The rug had a curled edge that could/will be a potential hazard for guests. We placed a bar chair in the path to keep from tripping. Overall, we would highly recommend this rental property.
