Within a 5 minute walk we were at the beach or the marina. The apartment was large, attractive and very well equiped with a large balcony. It was a bonus to have a dedicated parking space in the carpark under the apartments.

From the balcony we were looking over a road at the Spa shop and de-salination building, the sea view only being over rooftops. Access to the roof terrace was not directly from the apartment - you need to leave the apartment, go up a flight of stairs or use the lift and unlock 2 doors.

Loved the central location to Puerto de Mogan.Quality if the furnishings in main living area was of a good standard.Nice, modern kitchen and bathroom. Little extras like water,milk and even coffee beans for the machine were appreciated. The apartment has two terraces which both have lovely views.The roof terrace was especially nice,with all day sun,a jacuzzi and another kitchen area.

The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked.

The apartment was outstanding and very near the harbour and owner's and lisa who let us in was very good as well and very helpful

a lot of the facilities did not work. No heater or aircon, only washing machine - no dryer. The drain in the shower was blocked. There are two video cameras doing 24/7 monitoring of the appartment. We disconnected both on day 1.

THE APARTMENT WAS LOCATED IN A CONVENIENT POSITION A FEW MINUTES WALK TO RESTAURANTS, BEACH, SHOPS ,PORT, ETC. GREAT TO HAVE ALL TV CHANNELS AVAILABLE. USE OF WASHING MACHINE ON THE ROOF WAS GREAT, AS WAS THERE BEING A HOT TUB. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT

WORKING THE TELEVISION WAS RATHER DIFFICULT TO WORK OUT IN THE BEGINNING IT MAY BE USEFUL TO HAVE A BOOK WITH ALL DETAILS WRITTEN DOWN I.E HOW TO USE THE TV. A LIST OF LOCAL RECOMMENDED RESTAURANTS. CONTACT DETAILS IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEM. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS. WHERE TO LEAVE KEYS ON DEPARTURE.,ETC.
