The property was in need of updates, the pictures online were very deceiving. The railings on deck is not in good shape and smaller than what pictures showed.

Renting this location was great. Price was affordable, great space, views were awesome. Point of contact took a little to get back to you but once he did he responded quickly. Pool table was jammed upon arrive and hot tub would not get hot at times. Although not as important it is selling point when renting this location. Overall we had a great time. Would definitely be back.

The hot tub was great and the location was perfect, but the house is not ideal for families with small children. 3 bedrooms on 1st floor, 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor and then 3rd floor is just the living room and kitchen. This layout made it very hard to watch the kids and we were constantly going up and down without a good central place to gather. The pictures of this place make it look A LOT nicer than it is, it is very outdated and there is no central heat. All the bedrooms/living areas have their own space heaters and electric blankets, this made us very uncomfortable because we couldn’t sleep with those on or use them with kids, we also didn’t see any carbon monoxide detectors and with gas heaters that seems like a big safety concern. We made the best out of the trip and had fun, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

This was billed as a Lavish Condo. The description of amenities on the Evolve website included pool table, 3 TVs with remotes, Netflix, Hulu, etc., 2 decks with views. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was a deep and big bash in wall right near front door. There were 11 of us in this condo advertised for 16, but only 2 pool cues had tips; the screen door on the sliding doors to the upper deck was not even in place, lying bent on the deck. Remote in MBR needed a battery. 2 of the 3 HDMI cables for the TVs were missing. There were no bath mats in any of the bathrooms which was a safety hazard. The dishwasher leaked and many of the dishes, glasses and pots and pans (though in cabinets as if clean) still had some food stuck to them so we had to wash a lot of things before we could use them. The first thing we did was to call the man whose name and number were emailed to us as the contact in case of problems. We called him first about the screen door - after we had spent some time trying to fix it. This was a Tuesday and we were leaving Saturday. He acted like he didn’t know about this screen door and said he couldn’t get there until Saturday! We said that wasn’t acceptable and then he said he could send someone to look at it the next day. A man came the next day, looked at it and told us it was not fixable. So we never could leave the door open. Then we discovered about the missing HDMI cables, complained and they were delivered the next day - when our stay was half over. When I complained to our contact person he confirmed that they did not supply bath mats. Even the cheapest motel I have stayed in has had bath mats for the customers safety. Also, no Kleenex was supplied in this “Lavish Condo.” We had to go out and purchase a battery for a TV remote - not something we wanted to take precious vacation time with family to do. When I told our contact person I was disappointed because what was in the condo did not match what was promised in the list of amenities on the website, the list then immediately disappeared from the website! All of us were amazed at this dishonest tactic. We did enjoy our stay at the condo, just felt disappointed with all the time we spent dealing with missing/broken/dirty things and the shock of the list of amenities disappearing from the website immediately after I complained.

3 story condo really fit our needs for our large family gathering. The third floor has a kitchen, large table, multiple couches and a beautiful view from the balcony. Our family spent the majority of time here and it was great for early mornings or late nights because there are no bedrooms on this level. The location of the condo was great, being close to town and also with great mountain views. Communication with the condo owner was excellent. James was always available for questions and came through on some items we requested. My only con was the bottom story needed some updating and some more cleaning. The kids enjoyed the pool table and condo pool. The adults enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony and the hot tub! Overall, we would stay here again and really enjoyed our stay.

Couldn’t pick a better location and management was very responsive to things not working. Beautiful view. My only reason to rate lower is that it is described as lavish. The futon on Lower floor was not comfortable for sitting and sleeping so that floor was rarely used. Also the lower level kitchen lacked basic things like coffee cups so even though there was a coffee maker we still had to go between floors to complete sets of Things. This place has all the potential to be amazing and some simple upgrades would make this place worth the price. Updating furniture and keeping things maintained would go a long way. That being said I didn’t think the price reflected that the place was rundown but we still enjoyed it and the management folks were very accommodating and helpful.

The house was just as described although a little older than I would have thought. It was so nice though and everything was clean. Hot tub was amazing and we used it multiple times during our stay. The location could not be more perfect if your looking to be close to town. Parking was easy and we just really really enjoyed it. We have already started planning our next trip and will be using the same property again.

My husband and I and our 3 adult daughters and their husbands and their kids just stayed here July 17-20. The view is amazing! We loved the location, close to the shops and restaurants, but very private feeling. We enjoyed the pool table, the hot tub, and the pool. I would recommend renting this condo. It's 3 levels, you enter on the grounds level which has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Upstairs from there is a kitchen, large living area, half bath, and deck with a view & BBQ grill. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2&1/2 baths and a pool table / tv area and a kitchen. Outside of the downstairs area has a hot tub and large deck. Very livable space and you don't feel like your on top of each other We will rent this again!
