I don’t know if I can put into words just how wonderful not only this house was but the entire neighborhood! We had heard so many good things about Rosemary and it did not disappoint. The home was perfect! Just the right amount of room and so beautiful inside and out! We loved being on the corner of the street as we felt like the parking was very easy. The kitchen was big and very open! we had so much fun doing big family game nights at the table! Four teenage girls stayed in the master room upstairs with the built in bunkbeds and absolutely loved it! Three boys stayed in the bunk bedroom and just had a blast in there! That room honestly was the only thing that we had a little bit of trouble with the entire stay. The beds on those bunkbeds are pretty firm and the kids were a little uncomfortable. But honestly nothing too bad. They’re so tired from the sun they all slept regardless:). We loved the bikes and being able to ride those around every night! I just couldn’t say enough good things about this place! As far as the neighborhood it was the first time we had vacation in Florida where you didn’t feel like you had to get in your car and go do stuff. There was so much to do right there in the neighborhood. We all rode bikes every night after dinner. We loved all walking down to the area with the shops and food in the evenings. We love getting ice cream down there and listening to the music. The walk to the beach was very simple. There was A tram you could use but honestly we didn’t mind the walk. If you have a lot a little kids with a lot of stuff the tram would be very useful but with teenagers only bringing a towel and a football, we didn’t really have much to carry. The pool was very close to the house! We absolutely loved the pool! I will say the pool food was horrible. But that was about the only place down there that we ate that we thought the food was not good. And honestly the house was so close we just walked back to the house when we wanted to get food and then came back. All in all I would definitely give this place five out of five stars! And I know every person in my family would do the same! We will definitely be going back!

We just stayed at this house for a week and it was perfect. We had 7 adults and 8 kids and it worked well for us all. Teness was amazing and quickly responded each time we asked for something. The bicycles were a huge hit with the grandkids!

Everything was great about our stay! Great location, great weather, great friends. Hopefully will get to come back soon!

This house was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. Beautiful, spacious, clean & exactly as pictured. Would recommend to anyone coming to visit Seacrest Beach

Great community atmosphere. Loved the pool, restaurants and tram service to the beach.

Beautiful house and great location. Host responded promptly to questions and management company came out quickly to address a couple minor issues at check in. Front porch is lovely. Bikes and beach gear were in great condition and plenty. Only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was because it lacked amenities - tv stations are minimal and in some rooms none. We stayed during March Madness, so would have liked to be able to watch the games at the house. Also, there were no blow dryers and no board games. Past vacation rentals have always had these.

Loved the property manager. She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. She even mailed me items that I left at the home. So honest, kind and accommodating

We had a wonderful time in this home. The home was very clean and accommodated 4 couples easily. The only issue was that the beds have very noisy box springs :? And would highly encourage replacing them ASAP then it would be a 5 star!

Renting the house was We had a small issue that the property manager took care of quickly

What a wonderful vacation! The property was simply perfect. The owners were kind and available.. They did everything they said they'd do, and the house was everything they said that it was. We couldn't have been happier and thank them for the experience.

This house was perfect! We have stayed in many houses in Seacrest and this one is at the top of the list. It's location in the development is easy for pool access and quick walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. The property owner was very responsive to a few questions we had. We did bring our dogs which we appreciate the owners allowing pets. We were very respectful but others must be too as the house is very clean and well maintained. The house comes with bikes. We brought our own chairs but they also had chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, toys, and plenty of beach towels which not many property owners supply. I would highly recommend this house for a family vacation

Perfect layout and location for three families. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, and shampoos and soaps were a nice touch as was the basket of beach towels. The outdoor patio was lovely. Also really appreciated that pets were allowed—that’s a rare find and a huge benefit! Tenness was really responsive and professional.

We were a group of college students from Chicago looking to do our remote work in a warm environment. This house was perfect for us. We had a total of 9 and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space to relax and do work. Additionally, the house was perfectly walking distance to the pool, "downtown" area, gym, beach and the weekly farmer's market. We spent three weeks here and enjoyed it the entire time.

Great kitchen with the best resources of any house we have rented. All people in our party enjoyed the house and the location. Our only issue was the amusing noise the king mattresses made in the first floor master and upstairs room with bunk beds. None of the adults could figure out why they were so loud but it became a running joke.

We loved the location & the proximity to both Rosemary & Alys beach. The house was great!!

I would not recommend staying in this home or using this management company.The house itself needs a very deep clean. It was evident when we checked in, it only gets quick surface cleaning. The rug was damp and smelled heavily of dog urine and "wet dog". The refrigerator door was broken and the freezer had left food and needed to be deep cleaned. There was black food residue or mold. There was also trash left in an upstairs chair and the kids room tables had sticky residue and holes in the wall.We documented this and some damages and notified management upon check in. Management's response was dismissive. I was told they don't lift cushions but just spray sanitizer. For $550 cleaning fee, I expect more.We have been visiting 30A for many years and this was our second stay just this Summer. This was our least favorite place of any visit. It is located in the back of the neighborhood which makes it more cumbersome to get kids and gear to the beach. Tram service can have a wait and is not always running. The large pool in Seacrest should be a great attraction, but it is overcrowded most times and the staff are whistle happy to both kids and adults. It was not relaxing.

The house is beautiful and large enough to accommodate a family of 7 very comfortably. The location to the pool is great, and the tram was very helpful for our elder family members. Our only issues was the upstairs air conditioning. The upstairs bedrooms never cooled to a comfortable temperature, making it tough to sleep on very hot evenings. Aside from that, the house and our visit was great!

We love the Seacrest area and Fantasea met all of our expectations. We had a party of 10 adults and two small children. Plenty of beds, a nice living area open to the kitchen, friendly tram service drivers or short 10 minute walk to the beach. Love to Stay 30A was responsive and accommodating when we had questions or needs. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home. I would give 5 stars if the bathrooms were a little bigger. Otherwise, the space and location is perfect. Would stay here again.
