Everything was great. Beds comfy, WiFi and tv’s good.plenty of towels, blankets, and nice small touches.
The only thing was the neighbor clearly has a business and keeps work vehicles on the street. We were fine but if you have more cars you will have to park a couple houses down the road for street parking. We weren’t bothered by the cars and the house is well worth it!

Beautiful home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Our group of 8 had plenty of space to sleep and relax while there. It was hot and there were waters already in the fridge upon arrival. The air hockey table proved to be a lot of fun and a welcomed addition. Everything was clean and the bedding was soft. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again. Thank you!

I went with this house in Vegas because of all the previous reviews! The house was clean, bedrooms were pretty roomy. All the little touches were nice to especially compared to other VRBO's I have stayed in. Thanks for the stay!

With the economy the way it is this was the best home that we could afford for the price.. It was very affordable. It was very clean. It had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable for the next few days.. there was plenty of towels. Plenty of sheets and plenty of everything you need to make yourself feel that home. this includes dishes, dishwasher, stove ,refrigerator and cooking utensils.. The homeowner was very attentive and very responsive to my emails and text messages.. The home had great presentation and it was very delightful to have stayed there.. I would definitely rebook again..
And I would definitely recommend..

Great property to get the other with friends.
The house is in a great location easy access to everything around. It was exactly as described in the photos and text. Owner was very transparent and answered all questions right away. We enjoyed our stay here thank you very much for sharing your place.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We had a lot of fun playing air hockey tournaments, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances to use, working from the house was easy, and all the little details were greatly appreciated. We could tell the host puts a lot of effort into maintaining their property for their guests, and is very responsive. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we would love to come again in the future!

Quick summary:
Master bedroom: 1 king bed + toddler bed + pack'n'play
One large bedroom: 2 queen beds
One smaller bedroom: 1 queen bed
One smaller bedroom: 2 twin beds
Kitchen had the usual amenities. Was surprised no plastic wrap/tupper ware/any way to save leftovers, but certainly don't hold it against the owners. Hot water kettle broke first day there, and the owners immediately overnighted a new kettle to us. They are VERY responsive to communication.
Weird side note: the stairs have a weird lip on each of them that makes it uncomfortable to walk up and down barefoot.
Really, though - this place looks like the ad which is a good thing. It's spacious, everything you need for a family vacation home, took about 15 minutes to get to the strip, and we had no large complaints. Would stay here again.

The property was clean and comfortable. The hosts were awesome to work with. There is a train that runs behind the property but it’s not a nuisance. Plenty of grocery, restaurant and even gym options close. It was a nice stay.

The property was beautiful, clean, & well equipped with lots of very useful amenities. The property was located ideally within 10 minutes of the venue we were there to attend. My family & I enjoyed our stay. The property managers were very attentive, accommodating, & responsive.

My group of friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. We all had enough space and privacy to be comfortable with a great number of beds and bathrooms. The strip is a short drive away on the highway. Walmart is also five minutes away for any shopping needs. We had trouble getting into the house upon check-in, but the hosts immediately came by to help and quickly resolved the problem. They also stayed in touch throughout the weekend. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Rented this home for a group trip to Vegas. There were 10 of us and the home overall was very nice. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable, but the kitchen and backyard were small.

Enjoyable Stay
Communication with Mikhail was excellent and we had a great stay. The rooms were big and there were plenty of beds. I appreciated the use of the parking passes also! We will book this home for future trips.

Our only issues were that there was a strong sweet gas smell (which has since been fixed we’re told) and there was a fair amount of trash left under the beds and some in the kitchen nooks as well. As soon as these were brought to his attention, he messaged me saying the issues had been dealt with. It was after our stay, however. We told the women who brought the pack & play about the smell but it was not addressed while we were at the house. Also, the house wasn’t well stocked. There was only one bar of soap in the house and no kitchen towels. It seemed wasteful to use all paper towels. Other than that, great place!

Great place and awesome owners
Awesome place to stay! Location is convenient and the neighborhood is good. Mikhail was amazing and in constant communication with me from the minute I booked the location. He was always available for any questions or concerns. Inside the house he provides a welcome binder with easy check in and out instructions. Highly recommend this property and would love to book with Mikhail again.

Great place to stay, we loved it!
10/10 Place with everything you need for Vegas. Large living space and backyard and sleeps about 10-12 very comfortably. Would definitely stay again. Host had excellent communication and the location was in very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place for families and groups.
It was a perfect place for our families get together! The house was so beautiful and spacious with modern touch. The place was super clean, the beds and bedding were so comfy and clean. We loved that we had a nice and quiet place to relax after the long walks and the casino hopping. The parking passes were great help, saved us lots of $$ on parking at the casinos. We had so much fun hopping from one casino to the other. The amenities the owner provided were the best place I have stayed. Great value! Responsive and friendly owner. Will definitely stay here again!

We were family of 8 stayed at this beautiful house. It was very clean and comfortable. House has everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Comfy beds, kitchen amenities, convenient location. The owners were very responsive and kind. We will definitely stay again and highly recommended.
