Excellent options and food was good.

Hotel and room was really clean. Room was very comfy and large. So nice having the kitchen area as well. Breakfast was great. Location was great, lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Staff was helpful and friendly!

The room was clean and roomy.

The hotel itself was rather pain on the outside and at first I couldn’t figure out where the main entrance was.

Clean and nice location

The front desk lady upon checkout was rude because we had a luggage rolling rack in our room. She made it a point to raise her voice in front of everyone in the surrounding area having breakfast saying what we did was wrong and not acceptable. We apologized and never had this issue in the past at any location we have stayed.

The rooms were clean

I arrived at 3pm I had to wait for them to clean a room which took 45min to an hour finally I get into the room so someone had their underwear on the floor in the hallways.Also a maid staff entered my room with a key and while I was there

I love staying at this hotel because the location is the best for my needs

Something was wrong with the air conditioner and it was very loud. The tub had mold and also a really funny smell to the room like feet. Also, we called the front desk numerous of times no one ever answered.

Breakfast was great, however the weekend I was there two kids teans were there. They ate up everything.you know how kids are.

Nothing, all was great. In fact I understand there is a Hilton membership program . I will research, however I noted that only a few Home Suites in program.

Breakfast was nice for those who wake up early, would be better if the hours were extended by an hour. Also, nice to have grab and go items. Not everyone wants to sit in the eating area, nice to grab a few items and return to the room or eat in your car as you are traveling.

I wish breakfast was a little earlier on the weekends, we had to leave each morning at 7 for our tournament. we missed breakfast each day

Room was t ready to be checked in and it was 6pm when I arrived. Originally check in is at 3pm so I don’t see why the room itself want ready when housekeeping leaves at 5:30. Was definitely a waste of my times

Clean and comfortable, staff was great during our stay.

The T.V. remote control did not work properly. I didn’t watch TV, reported the problem when I checked out.

The staff was fantastic.

Easy access parking when arriving. Greeted by staff immediately. Never a wait. Lobby area is inviting. Colorful and fun. Cleanliness is perfect each stay. We love it here.
