This has been a pleasure from the very beginning to actual check out. The home was as pictured and the owner supplied lots of extras for our comfort and enjoyment. We will be booking again

The house was just as it was in the pictures. Nothing is needed when you stay at her residence except groceries. Neighborhood is quiet. Would recommend this spot to anyone.

This was a great house house and a great location. Joan was very friendly and answered all my questions. This house has everything that is needed. A very well kept house and the pool and view was nice ! Would definitely stay here again.

The property was in a quite neighborhood with very nice neighbors. Nice sunrises over the water. Joan was great. Brought us fresh Mangos one day which we all loved!! Would recommend for a quite get away. Some great beaches all with in about a 40 minute drive.

The property was great! The pool was awesome, clean, perfect temperature. We got to watch a lot of stingray and jumping mullet out of the screened in area. The details down to providing beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon were so helpful. The host was very responsive and worked with us with our early arrival and our flight being canceled home. Master bath newly renovated as well as many other parts of the house. We can't wait to come back next year.

My husband and I along with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons stayed here in December, house is very comfortable and homey, great location, close to restaurants and stores. Had a great time, would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time while staying in Port Charlotte. Since we were there for 6 weeks we had an opportunity to get to really know the area and would recommend it to anyone looking for a truly beautiful and convenient area. We ate in a ton of incredible restaurants, saw all the nature preserves, all the botanical gardens, a harbor cruise and much, much more. Joan’s house is so beautiful and well equipped it was hard to leave. She thought of everything and provided for all her guests needs. The house is beautiful with the pool outside the door and the dock sitting on a tributary leading to the mouth of the Peace River and Charlotte Harbor. The view was amazing especially watching the sun rise each morning. It is incredibly convenient to everything in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda and within easy driving distance to Cape Coral, Fort Meyers and Naples.

Kitchen needs new pots, pool was incredible, the lanai is awesome. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that, it was a nicely priced property.

Location was beautiful looking out on to the lake every day. Fifteen steps and you can go from pool to fishing. Joan was very helpful when we needed her. Many minor repairs need tending to along with a good cleaning of carpets and furniture. Good location next to Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. 25 minutes from beaches.
