Great location! Clean home! Lots of room!

Home was spacious and clean. Lots of room to enjoy a family gathering. The two main bedrooms have excellent beds! A perfect amount of firm! The bed in the room off the kitchen is not great but the shower is the best of the 2in the house. Great deck with lovely sunset views and chairs and table to bbq and hang.

The property was clean and well-appointed and even had a baby crib. There is a nice outdoor patio with an excellent view of Westlake. Communication with the owner was easy and he answered quickly to texts. The beds were very comfortable! I researched a property specifically with 3 full baths because we had 6 adults in our group. Although there were 3 full bathrooms, bathroom 2 did not have hot water, nor adequate pressure. We called the owner and he came to look at it. He was able to get the water pressure up, but the water never heated up to a comfortable level. The other 2 bathrooms did not have this problem. When we texted him again, he replied that 'the hot water heater is working, so there is hot water.' That was all we got. We made it work by sharing the other bathrooms, but it was not ideal. I would have given 5 stars had we not had this issue.

The house is very functional & in a great location close to Barton Creek CC. We had 3 couples staying in the 3 bedrooms/3 bath home. Easy access, plenty of parking, clean, responsive owners made it a wonderful place to stay when we were in town for a wedding. Only things we wish were better were the showers - 1 with little water pressure, so was not usable. The one we used is a tub with no curtain, so hard not to soak the floor & difficult to step out of.

Great stay and would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for us to stay! Close to the venue that brought us to Austin. Place was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!!!

We were in town for a wedding. The location and facilities could not be beat! The room arrangement was just what we needed for my extended family which included my 84 year old mother. No steps! Enjoyed the back patio and its beautiful views. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Property as described, clean and well maintained. Great, scenic deck. Downtown Austin a 15 minute drive away. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Awesome stay

Very nice property and accommodation. Liviu was very responsive and helpful when needed. Spent 3+ weeks exploring Austin and surrounding areas. Rental space was excellent and exactly as shown in pictures. Highly recommend staying here if you’re planning on visiting Austin/ Texas Hill country!

We rented this home for the week prior to my daughters wedding in Austin. Most of our guests were staying near the galleria which was a quick 10 minute drive. This home was perfect to be able to spread out. Each bedroom was large with its own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The view on the deck was great. Although it was a little too hot that particular week to sit outside we would’ve loved to of been able to grow out and have dinners on the deck. I would highly recommend renting this home. The owner of the property is on site but honestly we never even saw him. If I needed anything I text him and he took care of it immediately. Also gave us an early check-in which was fantastic since we had driven all night.

My daughter was getting married at Omni Barton Creek. I saw how close this was to the resort, so I rented it for several elderly grandparents & others for the days leading up to wedding. Much easier to navigate (and less expensive) than Omni. Property was an excellent choice . Only negative was water pressure.

Very nicely located property, large kitchen and beautiful patio for a group dinner. Great having private bathrooms with each bedroom.

Nice living area and entire place was EXTRA CLEAN. We had 2 couples and a single for overnight but had about that many more visiting one night and it was very roomy, not crowded at all. For a small family outing, this worked very well.

Great location and host. The place was perfect for the long weekend and easy to get to from anywhere in the city. View was great and the rental was very clean with tons of room

We liked everything about the house. But for us, bath tub only in the king size bedroom did not work well. There was no counter space , only a sink with enough space for a few things. Very basic furniture in room, could have used a seating area and a desk. Great view from that room. Second room had a great view, and a desk. The bathroom had enough counter space but the shower when on the hot water setting had no water pressure and was impossible to take a shower. I saw someone else write about this, so I guess it can’t be fixed . The third bedroom is away from the other too, with a great shower. Kinda hard for 6 adults to shower in one bathroom when a family friend was staying in that room. The kitchen had the very basics, but nice. There is no coffee pot, we had to go buy one ( no big deal for $17.00 at HEB), there is no blender, mixer or toaster , FYI. It is loud in the Den area, you can hear everything from the bedrooms, I guess because there is no carpets . In the picture of the front of the house, that is not what you are renting You are renting the underneath part of the house which you access through the garage. There is construction going on, but not loud. The road to the house is hard to find, and is almost like a dirt road, FYI Over all, it is a very clean house with a great view , just not what thought it was going to be. Someone does live above the space we rented, we could hear foot steps. Not a problem.
