Spacious room and bathroom. Our room had a wonderful counter running the entire length of one wall which was very handy for putting all of our traveling stuff on! What a great design. Nice black-out curtains, good AC, good bedding, quiet, and clean.
It was inconvenient to have to walk around the block to the other building in the rain to check in and to eat breakfast but we survived.

Ein wirklich sehr modernes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit schönen Zimmern. Tolle begehbare Dusche. Super TV. Sehr ruhige Lage
Die Betten sind etwas schmal. Aber für eine oder zwei Nächte ok.
An der Rezeption hätte man uns darüber informieren können, dass die Zimmer mit einer App gesteuert werden können, also Smart Home-fähig sind. WLAN Passwort gabs auch keines beim Check in.
Und auch keine Info, dass die Zimmerkarten bei Abreise in eine Box am Ausgang eingeworfen werden können.

Lage sehr zentral, Zimmer sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet für den Preis. Komme sehr gerne wieder.
Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Erst beim Auschecken habe ich erfahren, dass ich einen Stuhl für den Raum hätte bekommen können. In den Zimmern ist nur ein Hocker ohne Lehne verfügbar. Vermisst habe ich auch einen Flaschenöffner.

Super soft beds... I personally like a soft bed so had a good night's sleep. My hips never complained.
Staff were lovely and friendly. Very helpful.
Great for a short walk into the town centre - 5 minutes or so to shopping and restaurants by the river.
Motel B is new so everything was clean and tidy.
Honesty bar downstairs if you needed anything. Just a fridge and a cashbox. Very trusting.
Breakfast was quite expensive (€14) and evening meals were hit and miss.. more misses than hits. €24 for 2 tiny schnitzels.and a few fries for example.
Parking was €8.50.

Good location for a passing traveller. With underground parking for my bike. Easy stroll to town centre to find a restaurant.

Breakfast was good if a little pricey. Bed was very comfortable and location to the town center was very good only a couple of minutes walk.
The access to the room was very poor! Because the reception was closed the access to the room or leaving the room meant going to the floor above walking along then coming down again there was a lift to access the first floor on the way in but no lift to come up or down from the end of the building where the room was.
No chair in the room only a stool.

The location was great. Room was spacious and clean. And had a good a/c. Bathroom with a large shower.
we had to ceck in at the hotel next door. The receptionist did not explain anything (hecdidnkt mention the check out time, he did not askif we wanted breakfast or where the roons where located)

This is a remote annex belonging to Hotel Residenz so breakfast is a short walk away.
Motel B was unmanned so I found check in and check out were also a short stroll away.
