Property was as described!! Beautifully kept home, very clean. KILLER location. The company is very responsive to questions and concerns. They aren’t kidding, though, when they tell you that they only leave enough paper products for one or two days. Be ready to buy extra tp and paper towels. The backyard space could use an umbrella/shade and better cushions for the chairs (it was so sunny and hot we couldn’t use the back yard as we’d have liked to). All in all, an enjoyable experience!! The unit was very clean other than some carpet stains. The only real negative was that we were anxious to sit outside and have a glass of wine in the courtyard. It was terrible and NOTHING like pics. I realize it is early in the season but we should have been told that it was in such poor shape and not a single chair to sit.

Within 5-10 min walk of everything you want to see and do in PTown. Plenty of room, beds comfy, all amenities available, adequate kitchen. Only critique: patio area very overgrown, not private, very messy, definitely not as pictured in property summary photos.

Perfectly located, nicely appointed home accurately described. Would definitely re-rent for future trips to Ptown.

This location was tremendous for easy access to the center of P-Town. The property was well maintained and comfortable for 5 adults, with nice furniture and artwork. Full kitchen and nice appliances, although the kitchen equipment and knives were barely adequate. The beds and bedding were first rate, although we were dismayed to find that both bathrooms were on the first floor. One was lovely..situated as an ensuite connected to one of the private bedrooms. But the other was basically the laundry room, outfitted with a stall shower and toilet. Two of the three bedrooms are on the second floor - and with no bathroom up there, the three guests sleeping on the second floor were designated to use that "multi-use" bathroom....but all five guests were in and out of that space to do laundry . Privacy was out the window. Unless you are vacationing as a family or a group of friends who were very comfortable together, this property might not be optimal. One suggestion for the owners..the broken down stairs/deck at the entrance was very unsightly..would be great to upgrade that entrance to reflect the level of this pretty apartment.

We loved our time at the Del Mar. The house is charming, in a great location, very clean and the hosts were very responsive to all our questions. We definitely plan to book it again when we visited P'town next year.

Lovely property. A little too in the thick of Commercial Street for our tastes, but if you want to be in the heart of Ptown, this is a great space.

Pros: This condo/house is comfortable, has decent WiFi and is super convenient for anyone arriving by ferry. Its central location is close to bike rentals, retail stores, and restaurants. Things we didn’t love: Two bedrooms have skylights without any shades, so sleeping past sunrise requires eye masks. The patio is overrun with weeds and in need for some TLC, the front door to the unit sits on a very popular alleyway (so there is constant foot traffic), and the unit does not include an iron/ironing board nor a vacuum.

Very comfortable property with tons of space and everything you need for a getaway. Great location for off season - might be a little too in the middle of it all in season!

This house is in a perfect location in the center of town and we had plenty of room for our 4 adults and 2 children. It was comfortable and clean and is exactly like the pictures. The only drawback is there is no dedicated parking spot since you’re right in town. I guess that is the price you pay for being within walking distance to everything. There is only one tv in the living area so I would suggest at least one more tv so that others could watch something different if you have multiple couples. An iron / ironing board, a wine corkscrew, and beach chairs would be helpful as well. Otherwise, it was perfect! Thank you for sharing your home! We love Ptown!!

Wonderful home, great location, staff was super! Suggestions: corkscrew and a decent can opener Fix up the stairs to entrance Is recycling not regularly picked up? Could be easy enough to supply salt and pepper, and a deck of cards and a couple games.

Such a great property in the heart of PTown, I couldn't recommend this property more. It was very clean and more than enough room for the three of us. We will definitely be back!

property was immaculate and centrally located. each bedroom was prettier than the next and has a brand new, clean outdoor space to hang out, BBQ, and enjoy a beautiful day. Had a small issue with pulling the car into the driveway to unload (10 minutes) as one of the neighbors? was not the kindest nor understanding at all, that we couldn't carry our belongings a half mile from the parking lot but besides that quick interaction, the weekend was seamless and truly enjoyable thanks in part to, picking this apartment to stay at. If you plan on cooking and need spices, tin foil, zip loc bags, don't forget to bring your own! Whoops!
