This property was a great location and very well maintained. It met all of our needs for our short stay.

The condo is in a great location and was clean. The only negative thing about this condo is that trash pick up comes at 4am and you can hear the dumpsters and the trash truck. Its extremely loud and woke us up each morning. The hot water lasts a total of 5 mins if more than 1 person needs to shower.

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week, loved the location to the beach for the kids and plenty of room inside for sleeping arrangements and for the kids playing. Location is great for dinner options. Condo itself was well maintained with only a few issues which I’m sure was never reported prior. We would definitely stay here again, also the king bed was very comfortable. The furniture is worn but it’s to be expected in a rental condo. Number one thing is the location! The pool and trash is across a very busy street so we never did use the pool. But you’re steps from the sand.

Overall, we had a great stay here! The only down-side was that parking was a little difficult (we drove a minivan), and the stairs need updating. Everything else was spot on! We definitely will be back!!

Fabulous access to beach- great bed set up and two bathrooms! A/C and fridge quit working though management was quick to fix. Very loud garbage truck every day around 4:30 am. Pool across a busy street meant we never used it; also no hot tub. Great stay overall, especially if you just want to do the beach the whole time.

Just Awesome!
We absolutely loved this unit! It seats right on the beach and we enjoyed the beautiful oceanfront view of the ocean straight from the balcony! The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It had everything that we needed! I would recommend to anyone!

My second time staying in this unit. I love it!! It has such a beaching feel to it and the beach/ocean is right outside the door. I can't image trying to stay anywhere else.

The unit is clean and bright. It has a large porch/balcony with an nice ocean view. King size bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped. I would rent here again!

Not as nice as pictured
The location and staff were great, but the property itself was disappointing. One of the outlets was hanging out of the wall. When I tried to use it, it sparked, which is definitely a safety hazard. There was a cockroach in the master bathroom. Things were very rusty, the shower in the master bath didn’t get warm and had very poor water pressure. We weren’t able to get the key from the lockbox so had to call for the code to use the keypad instead. As an FYI- the heat and washing machine are extremely loud. On the positive side, the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, etc., the property is right on the beach, and everyone I spoke to from Vacasa was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay with great views and stores within walking distance. We liked the parking right under the room, easy in and out. We enjoyed the room here as well, very roomy for a family.

Positive experience
Convenient, right on the beach (balcony view from third floor), mostly remodeled (a couple things could use updating), easy checkin and checkout, clean, and overall great value for the cost. Parasailing and beach sports steps away. Noisy trash trucks at 5 am. Enjoyed the stay!

Close to the beach
2nd time we've stayed at this condo. Great location to the beach, 90 steps and you are in the sand. Wonderful view of the Gulf from the deck. Just what my family of 5 needs in a condo.

Honest Review
The view from the balcony is great and the updates to the kitchen, living area and bathrooms are nice. Unfortunately the bedrooms are still outdated and the bedding was not as pictured at all. The bedding in both bedrooms was very old, worn, torn and mismatched. It literally looked like something from Goodwill. There also were no mattress pads or protection of any kind on the mattresses which I find to be kind of unsanitary. However, the mattresses were comfortable. There were old food crumbs in the fridge, sand on the floors and dust on the furniture. There are a couple of ceiling leaks I noticed when it rains (one in the living room and one In the master bedroom). Also be aware that the condo is up for sale so they may need to show it during your stay as they did while we were there. I’ve used Vacasa prior and had great experiences but unfortunately, I feel like they missed the mark on this one. There were some communication issues with showing the condo which was very frustrating. Hopefully this was a fluke and things were less than their best due to the recent pandemic?
