The highlights of our visit were:
The comfortable mattress and pillows on the bed.
The coffee maker and the well equipped kitchen.
The private patio with the comfortable lounge chairs.
The lighting in every room.
But most of all, how clean we found it to be.

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable cabin right across the street from one of the beach entrances (the beach entrance leads down a 100-yard path to great beach.) The fun downtown area of Siesta Key is short walk down the same street. The house has everything you need with nice supplies provided by the owner and even beach chairs and bikes. The owner was also easy to communicate with by text or phone. You may note that the laundry is coin-op in another building (I didn’t read the details and thought it was in the unit.) We really enjoyed the stay.

The cottage is perfectly situated a short walk from Siesta village but far enough away from the noise across the street from #7 Beach access . The beach house decor is well done and creates a relaxing vibe. Everything you need is there including bikes and beach chairs. Great private outdoor sitting area and very clean .

This charming cottage is in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We loved the beach decor, parking is easy, and the private courtyard was perfect for our dogs. We would definitely consider staying there again.

This was our second time staying here and most of the time we would be outside at the beach, walking downtown, or sitting on the patio which is all great and wonderful. Unfortunately we had one day of full rain and wind so we were inside most of the day. The unit is decorated and styled nicely and very comfortable, a suggestion for those types of days .. would be to have a chair with a reading lamp beside it. Please don’t take me wrong with that suggestion as it’s a 10 out of 10 place to stay and the manager is extremely helpful and kind! May the sun shine on your stays!

We had an outstanding time at the Siesta Key Beach cottage. Perfect place for walking to the beach and into the Siesta Key Village. Great location and wonderful hosts.

We had a great stay at Siesta Key Beach! Beach access was right across the street and within walking distance to restaurants. Check in and communication with the owner was very easy and convenient. The cottage decor was great and had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. I’m a light sleeper so did notice car/road noise at night with the cottage being located by a busier road but nothing overly bothersome and neighboring properties were very quiet.

We’ve only been visiting the area for the last three years, never staying in the same rental. We will not be looking any further when we return. I would say the third time was a charm! This cottage was clean, close to the village and across from the beach access. Perfect for couples.

This beach cottage is great! It has everything you could need and is literally across the street from beach access! We had a great time. Dave really thought through equipping the place. It was also very clean, which was much appreciated! Our doodles also enjoyed the stay.

The cottage was exactly as advertised. Very clean very comfortable! Location is ideal, you are literally right across the street from the public beach which is very nice. The village is within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and shops. Everything you need is available in the cottage and we will definitely be back again! We loved our relaxing week here! The outdoor space is private and fabulous, too!

Absolutely gorgeous property. Very well taken care of and clean. Perfect spot for walking distance between the beach and Seista Village. Must stay if your going to Seista Key. Worth every penny. Property Manager is a text/phone call away and responds quickly for any questions. We got exactly what was advertised.

This Cottage is a wonderful property. The Cottage is ideal for a couple of any age. It is across the street from the Beach and only a short walk to the Village. The property is newly remodeled, well stocked and supplied.
Dave has thought of almost everything and makes reserving, check-in and check-out very simple. He is very accessible and responsive to any questions and/or issues.
We have stayed in Dave's properties previously and will stay book with him again.

Perfect little cottage for our stay in Siesta Key! Up to date, had everything we needed, and perfectly located. We were right across from beach access and literally in walking distance to the strip. Dave was easy to communicate with. We will definitely be returning!!

First time to Florida beaches and it was everything that we could have asked for. The cottage is perfect for two people and has everything that you need. The host did a excellent job with remodel and are very responsive to any questions that you have. We would definitely stay there again.

This house is perfect for two. The house reminded me of the bungalow's in Stonybrook, NY where I would visit with family as a kid. The nastalgic vibe, made modernized, was clean, super close to beach access 7, had beach chairs and umbrella, and bikes to ride. All you need is to bring your book. Thank you for making our first visit to Florida amazing.

Right across the street from Siesta Key Beach(2 min walk if that).Place is awesome, comfy, very clean and private Great accomodations, the owner was easy to communicate with. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was great. We live in the rocky mountains so it was nice to be so close to a beach and the ocean. Everything at the property was exactly as described in the listing. We loved it and hope to stay again some day.

For me this place is perfect. The amenities, location, and overall experience. Right across from the public beach access and blocks away from all of the restaurants and shops. Dave was super responsive and the cottage was recently updated. It was cute before but now everything is new. Nice surprise from my trip last year. I will be back next year!

Great location to Siesta Key Village, walked everywhere the whole week! The cottage was a perfect home away from home with every amenity you could need. The host was quick to respond to any question and even checked in to make sure we were settled. Highly recommend and can’t wait to plan our next visit!

We stayed at Siesta Key Village the weekend of our wedding. It was the perfect place to stay for the weekend. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The property was very clean and organized. There was enough room for us to get ready for the wedding. It was also walking distance to the shops, resturants, and bars in Siesta Key.

Perfect location to walk to the beach and village restaurants and shops. Beautiful cottage with awesome updates. Bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler were great since we flew. Host was very responsive....... but we really didn’t need anything!! Will definitely be back!

Location was excellent: right across from beach access. Restaurants and shops within short walk or bike ride away. Loved the supplied beach cruisers. We biked all over . The cottage had everything we could ever need and then some. Perfectly clean and well stocked. Enjoyed making meals for beach days , having a cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas at our use. Perfect stay! Recommend 100%. Perfect size home for 1-3 people. Very comfortable and cozy

The cottage was very well decorated, comfortable, and clean. location to the beach and siesta key Village was very convenient. Dave was very response and extremely help. We would 100% stay here again.

My husband and I are spontaneous and booked this wonderful place two weeks before we stayed. The location was perfect. Not only was the cottage only steps from the beach, it was also asking distance to the village. There were a couple beach cruisers included as well, which made getting the the far end of the village quick. Dave’s cottage was spotless. It was the cleanest place we have ever rented in Siesta Key. That was just one thing we loved about it! Not to mention, the bed was so comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and clean sheets on the bed. The YETI cooler and beach chairs were an added bonus for the beach. We will definitely be coming back again next year. 😉🌴☀️

This is a perfect beach cottage! The cottage was spotless, nicely decorated and well equipped. The location is fantastic, right across the street from the beach access and very close to the “village” area. Restaurants, bars and shops are just a short bike ride away. The beach cruisers are a great addition to the home. Hope to stay here again next time we visit Siesta Key.

We enjoyed our stay here! Great property. Clean, decorated lovely! Wonderful attention to detail inside. The design was nice. Lots of amenities. Nice location close to the beach and the village. Pet friendly which was a huge plus. Communication with property manager was great. Very nice people. Easy to communicate with. Cannot recommend enough. Will definitely try and stay here again.

Dave and his rental property were top notch!!!!! He was beyond accommodating with our check in and departure times and always answered our questions quickly. The cottage was absolutely beautiful. We wanted to move in permanently!!! It was 120 steps from the beach and a very short walk to town which had amazing restaurants, bars and shops. We have already recommended Dave and this lovely cottage to friends.
