i didn't had the chance to enjoy notting at this hotel because of the owners.
the owner and the host is an old bitter women that have zero knowledge about hospitality and basic human matters.
she attacked me after nicely let her know that there is no water in the shower, hot or cool. she trow on the floor my items and threatened me. i was trying leave the property after less then 12 hours since check in and she closed the gates and asked me to pay extra money.

Excellent property with amazing views of the Pacific and its stunning sunsets. Very clean, comfortable and secure. With friendly and efficient staff, and gracious hostess. Super important for the area, with parking at the premises. The road that leads to the property is bad, but that’s disclosed at the listing so one comes prepared for it. Highly recommend it and will be back for sure!

This was by far the best place we stayed on our honeymoon in Costa Rica. The staff were so friendly and the place is absolutely beautiful

Beautiful decor, confortable rooms, clean kitchen, nice views, nice pool.
Very far from the center - need to have an ATV or get a cab or get a good 30 min walk from the center + very steep to walk in the dark and impossible by foot if it rains.
No service although the internet is good, but there was a black out and no way of communicating with anyone.
Payment - total rip off. If you pay by credit card it adds 8% comission fee which even a hostel didnt charge us for that anywhere in Costa Rica.
They just let you know you need a car or an ATV once you get there - but they were nice and gave us lifts if needed.

The common areas had a nice view and were comfortable.
The room was absolutely awful. It was much too small for a family of four (2 adults and 2 small kids). There is NO way they 20 Mt sq like advertised in the ad. The mattresses were so uncomfortable we left a night earlier than scheduled because we couldn't sleep (and lost half of our money). On top of that, having a bunk bed jammed between an AC and a ceiling fan is ridiculous, none of the kids could safely sleep up there. The rest of the room just added insult to injury (not a proper closet, not well kept bathroom). The pictures are absolutely deceiving. Everything seems larger and more spacious than it actually is. Including the tiny pool.

Everything is clean and comfortable. there is a pool with beautiful view. The kitchen is clean and has all u need.
Good hostel to stay in, but the thing u get to know after the payment are disappointing.
The hostel is located on a high hill. U have to get to the hostel only by 4x4 car, and its pretty far from the center.
The most annoying!! thing is that in "Booking" u have to put your credit card for charching your reservation, but what u dont know is that payment by credit card takes 8% commission! I paid 45$ in addition to the order.

The location was beautiful, the pool overlooked the beach and sunset every night. Great staff.
If driving make sure you have a 4x4 vehicle to access the property. They state this is the description. It is a steep driveway.

View and St. Teresa
-No reception, we had to search somebody to get the key
-No english speaking stuff
-Water in bathroom is poor, you can’t take comfortable a shower.
- Breakfast wasn’t available, although they describe is available. Even no coffee.
- Balcony door is hard to open and when is closed there is still a gap between the door. It’s still hot in the night and mosquitoes are welcome.
- The facility remind more a shared apartment than a hotel. Guest are working remote everywhere in the facility e.g. kitchen, poolside etc.
- There is only a dirt road up to hill with many curves to arrive the hotel. You will get a info after your booking confirmation to rent a 4x4 vehicle to arrive the hotel.
- Payment was chaotic and they want to have extra fee for credit card 8% even you have a invoice with another price from booking.com
We wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody.

Santa Teresa
We cancelled one room and the host upon check out tried to charge two rooms. Nobody available to return keys. No customer service. I will never recommend we’re hosting family from abroad. This is not what Costa Rica is all about. I despise this type of behavior I my country. Well certainly report to the local authorities

excellent host going beyond to make our staying perfect; very beautiful house with everything you need
pricey vs European standards and it’s up the hill so quite a hassle to reach (however the host has been amazing and gave us ATV lifts)

Great view and wifi but that's about it. I thought there would be other fun people staying there we could meet and hangout with but it was dead quiet with one other family

Beautiful place in an absolutely perfect location! Grounds are amazingly kept as was the building. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to ge away from the bustle of town.
