It was an amazing holiday from start to finish, the only negative point was that a week is not long enough ☺️. The Villa was everything it said it was and more - everything was perfect. So schön das Haus auch ist: Jeden Morgen um gegen 7.30 h gehen die Arbeiten auf der Baustelle schräg gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite los. Gleichzeitig haben die Bauarbeiter freien Blick auf den Poolbereich und die Terasse und damit auf die sonnenbadenden (weiblichen) Gäste. Die Baustelle läuft seit April 2021 und dauert noch bis Mai 2022 laut Auskunft der Bauleitung, nachdem im Juli und August die Arbeiten ausgesetzt waren. Bei Regen zeigen sich die Schwächen des gerade erst renovierten Hauses: Das Wasser fällt vom Vordach in die Blumenbeete, das Wasser und der Dreck verteilen sich auf dem Boden und den Sitzpolstern unter dem Vordach, weil keine Regenrinnen existieren. Selbst wenn man die vier schweren Liegematratzen wie vom Vermieter gewünscht unter das Vordach räumt, um sie vor dem Regen zu schützen, werden sie nass und sind am nächsten Tag nicht zu gebrauchen, weil feucht. Zusätzlich ist die Terrasse aus Platzgründen dann kaum noch zu nutzen: Nachdem während eines Gewitters der sehr klein dimensionierte Dachablauf mit Piniennadeln verstopft war und eines der Schlafzimmer durch einen Wassereinbruch durch das Dach mit ca 300-400 Liter Wasser komplett überschwemmt wurde, waren die Wände vom Flur, Bad und von einem weiteren Schlafzimmer so durchnässt, dass die Hälfte des Hauses nicht mehr nutzbar war. Als Kompensation für den Baulärm boten die Vermieter zunächst die kostenlose Nutzung des Hause für ein langes Wochenende in der Nachsaison des kommenden Jahres an. Nach dem Wassereinbruch einigten wir uns statt dessen auf eine Erstattung des Mietpreises von ca. 35 Prozent, die direkt überwiesen werden sollte. Heute, 13 Tage nach Beendigung des Aufenthaltes, ist immer noch kein Geld auf unser Konto eingegangen. Das enttäuscht uns um so mehr, da wir den Vermieter in allen Belangen und mit allen gewünschten Maßnahmen vor Ort unterstützt haben, um den Schaden am Haus in Grenzen zu halten. Fazit: ein tolles, geschmackvolles Haus, das im einem trockenen Hochsommer und nach Abschluß der Bauarbeiten gegenüber einen schönen Urlaub verspricht. Und der ca. 20 Autominuten entfernte Flugplatz sollte einen beim Sonnenbaden auch nicht stören. Ein echter Lichtblick ist der Verwalter vor Ort Eugenio, der jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich zur Stelle war – sogar mitten in der Nacht, um die Wassermassen aus dem Haus zu schöpfen.

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa. It was clean, so well-decorated and had everything we could ever need for our stay. We enjoyed drinks on the roof terrace and wondering down to the sea, less than five minutes away. Menorca is such a beautiful island and we enjoyed exploring the beaches and eating at the delicious restaurants. The villa is within walking distance of some lovely places! We couldn't recommend staying here more!

Brilliant

We are two families, with four young kids in total. We LOVED the house. It’s very comfortable and with everything we needed. The house is really nicely decorated, with attention to every detail. It’s very harmonious and it gives a peaceful feeling. Everything was super clean. It’s very well located, close to the beach (2 min by car) and 5 min walk from restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is very quiet, with a lot of individual villas. The outdoor space is also amazing, beautiful tiled patio, pool, sofas, big dinner table and outdoor kitchenette with a big plancha + a separated charcoal bbq in the garden. Juliette and Christian were very helpful hosts, they shared tips for beaches, restaurants and shops. They’ve been super responsive if we had a question or a problem. Thanks Juliette and Christian!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La villa è magnifica, è in posizione tranquilla e ha tutto quello che desideri per trascorrere una vacanza magica. I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo sia per la bellissima piscina, che con tavolo da Ping pong..

The house is beautifully located in Binibeca, very close to the sea and cute little village. We arrived right after the house has been renovated and it looked absolutely amazing. It has everything you need - large patio, bbq, pool,games etc. you name it! Unfortunately, we have been unlucky to have a noisy construction site across the street during our stay. Juliette is a very sweet and responsive host. When we arrived we had a bottle of delicious local rose as a gift ( need to order a case of it now haha) She helped us a lot by providing restaurant recommendations as well as grocery shops and bakeries, - all amazing! Thank you Juliette, can’t wait to come back!

Maison typique de Minorque avec une jolie décoration bohème chic. Nous avons été accueillis par le très sympathique Eugenio, la maison est très propre avec une jolie vue sur la mer. une bonne bouteille de rosé nous attendait dans le frigo, des détails qui font la différence. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires . Séjour parfait. Merci beaucoup

Très jolie maison meublée avec goût et très bien située , à 5 mn à pied des commerces et des petites criques à la mer transparente. Minorque est une île ravissante. Un séjour inoubliable !

We are a family of four and the villa had everything we needed for our stay. The villa is fully equipped and has a good selection of books, games and DVDs and a very nice sound system. It is a couple of minutes walk from some lovely swimming areas and there are plenty of jumps into the sea for the more adventurous! The town centre is very picturesque and is only 5 minutes walk. Ideal for local shopping with a very good bakers and a fine selection of restaurants and bars.

A perfect cozy villa with everything you could possibly ask for! The owners were extremely accommodating and informative. Highly recommended!

The villa was perfect for our needs, decorated in a "beach house" style, it was extremely welcoming and comfortable. Arrival was smooth with Euginio meeting us to welcome us to the villa. It is ideally located close to the beach and local amenities, all within walking distance. I would highly recommend the villa for families or couples who are seeking a restful break in a stunning location. Thank you!

Villa molto piacevole, in una zona tranquilla e vicino al mare. All'interno è completa di tutto, non manca davvero niente. Da sottolineare la comodità del letto! Abbiamo apprezzato la terrazza dove fare la colazione o alla sera un aperitivo. Il giardino e la piscina (sempre pulita) garantiscono privacy e relax. Nelle vicinanze si trova il paese Binibeca Vell con negozi ed ottimi ristoranti. Grazie ai proprietari per le risposte sempre puntuali e le indicazioni fornite. Era la nostra prima volta sull'isola e pensiamo già di tornarci l'anno prossimo.

Maison conforme à la description. Très agréable à vivre, bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Quelques petits points d’amélioration transmis aux propriétaires à l’écoute de retours mais qui ne gâchent en rien les qualités de la villa (emplacement idéal, au calme...) Je recommande sans problème !!!

Que cette île est belle! La maison est très agréable et meublée avec goût, nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité avec la mer (c'est un des plus jolis coins de l'île), la cuisine super équipée et la literie (tout est neuf je pense). Le soir nous prenions l'apéritif soit sur la terrasse, soit dans un petit bar dans le vieux village tout proche. Merci encore à Juliette pour toutes les adresses de restaurants et de boutiques, nous nous sommes régalés. Nous reviendrons !
