I think many of the previous reviews come from single gender or all adult groups ? Our taxi driver transfer driver confirmed our opinion. Our biggest disappointment was not being able to heat the lovely pool.. It was far too cold for the young babies and infants. This was one of the main reasons we booked. This news was only available to us when it was too late to cancel.The Villa could be much more comfortable with better maintenance and some of the fixtures and fittings and lighting replaced. The site and area is excellent close to everything you need for a great holiday.

Me and 10 friends have just returned from our 4 day hen do at the Villa. The pictures do not do this place justice! The Villa is huge! The garden and pool are beautiful and the Villa has everything you need! Lots of sunbeds, a ping pong table, wifi, light up mirrors in all bathrooms, a spacious kitchen.. Location is perfect, with some shops and a few bars / restaurants within walking distance. We got Ubers into old town and to the strip which were so easy to get! We couldn’t of enjoyed our trip more! I’m so glad I chose this Villa, all of us will be recommending this! Jim has been very helpful and has always been quick with responses to emails and I’ve had no concerns what so ever! He even arranged our transfers to and from the airport. We all can’t wait to come back and I’d most definitely love to stop here again! Thanks again!

Huge thanks to Jim for everything in this booking process. He was helpful, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Walking distance to some reasonable and delicious restaurants (Salt & Pepper do amazing Kebabs with a special hot sauce which was my favourite!) The Villa was great but a little tired. Sadly the pool heater was broken beyond repair before our stay so our experience of the pool was super cold meaning some party members refused to use it at all. Kitchen had utensils but no kind of basics like washing up liquid or anything. The safe instructions didn't match the safe however we worked out we could lock it with a key on the front door keys so were still able to use it. A lovely stay in a nice villa, with some minor improvements it could be amazing.

There were 9 of us on a hen party for my daughter. We found the villa ideal for our needs. The villa is large and well laid out. The lounge area is comfortable and the outside is pleasant with a lovely pool, terrace and numerous clean and comfortable sun loungers. As it was mid May only 1 of us ventured into the pool as,unfortunately, the pool heating was broken - the property manager had made us aware of this a few weeks before our trip. The surrounding area is lovely and there is a small supermarket, chemist, pizza all within 5 - 10 minutes walk. Communication with the property manager,Jim, was excellent.He was extremely helpful and any queries were dealt with very promptly. Transport to and from the villa was arranged by the Jim which made the whole process very easy. A good experience all round.

We were very impressed with the villa. Jim was great in communicating with us on the check in process and was always really quick in responding. The villa was very clean, spacious and the pool was great. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for group of friends, easy taxi access to town and great beach & restaurants walking distance.
