Comfortable apt. with good facilities.Excellent situation in old part of Antibes..
Apt. on three levels with stairs internally. Apt. at top of the building two flights of stairs, difficult to manage suitcases up and down.

With a small balcony this apartement would have been even more than perfect, but this is something we were aware of and no big issue.

This gorgeous apartment is right in the heart of the old town. Yes, it was at the top of the stairs BUT it is totally worth it. The lounge room is over the little bridge you can see from the street. We liked to eat in the window and wave to the tourists taking photographs. The location is close to the beach, the museum and the road along the water.
Frank is an excellent host, very flexible with our early arrival time and our VERY early departure.
It has a very functional kitchen with some basic cooking needs, niit that we used them, we preferred to experience the delightful food of Antibes.
Nothing! If you're looking for a place to party, this is not for you. But of you want to immerse yourself in the quaint streets of the old town, it's perfect.

Great location, easy walk from the train station and right on the beach. Close to all the restaurants but very quiet in the evenings for a good sleep
Might be challenging for tall people as the shower in the bathtub is low and the roof over the bedroom upstairs is also very low

The location, perfectly located in old town Antibes, the apartment itself is nice
It says two bedrooms, there are no walls, it can be seen on the photos, but be clear about this. We enjoyed our stay however.

Easy to locate - next to Picasso Museum.
Train station within walking distance with trains connecting Marsellie and Nice (cities with airports).
Nice running route to Cannes and back if you enjoy long distance runs.

Great location, good size and clean. Frank was fairly easy to contact to get keys from.
Washing machine was advertised in listing but was not there, should be removed from description. Slight smell from bathroom.

The shower/bath facilities, there was also a slight smell from the shower i think.

there was a bad smell coming from the pipes, but probably this was an issue across Antibes. Parking is very expensive and not available as car parks get full very quickly. Expect to pay 60+ euros for a weekly pass that doesn’t guarantee a parking space

The location of this apartment is very convenient to visit the famous Picasso Museum and to go to the port and the old town. The famous Antibes market is just at the corner and there are many cafés and restaurants nearby. The owner was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the short stay!

Nice little apartment in a narrow alley of historic Antibes. As it is on the first floor of an old city house, there is of course no elevator, but lots of charme, a fully equipped kitchen and good beds for 2-4 (second is a good sofa bed). We really enjoyed the central, quaint and quiet location right next to the market, church and Picasso museum. Highly recommended!

Brilliant location. Tremendous value for only. Very well equipped. Really cosy.
The angled stairs from the bedroom to the living area are lethal. I fell down them on our first night (sober as a judge) and spent the rest of the week hobbling with a stick. A few handles or a grab rail would have prevented that.

The location is perfect. A minute to the beach, cafés, restaurants, galleries.
The apartment catered for everything. Full kitchenette, with complimentary coffee/tea.
Wifi connection brilliant.
10 to 15 minute walk from thé train station.
Only qpark or take your chance on the street for parking.
