The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable, huge variety of cooking utensils. We had 5 adults and 2 children 1 & 4 years old, the kids loved the dvds and were quite excited that there were toys for them to play with. Just a little negative was that the Retreat was listed as 1.5km from dundee but its about 15km…. It didnt worry us in the slightest .. we loved the accomodation 😁(Miss 4 year old said it was the best holiday house she has been too 😊j. Will definitely be coming back 10/10

An overall tidy property with a large house. Location is great which is barely 10 min from the Lodge. It is better to stay in that area, rather than close to the Lodge as there are far fewer mosquitoes than the beach/forest area.

The Deck Retreat is excellent accommodation.
We loved our 2 night stay here. Lovely large comfortable rooms and beautiful secluded gardens.
The only downside was the misleading distance to travel to Dundee Beach. The ad states that it is 1.5 kilometres when in fact it is over 15 kilometres. This may have been a typo but we booked to stay here to attend a birthday party in Dundee Beach thinking we would be in walking distance, unfortunately not so.
I think the distance needs to be made clear.

Fantastic stay
We had a great time at the Deck Retreat. It’s a beautiful spot and is a well cared for property. The photos don’t do it justice. The kitchen was large and has everything you need. Inside the house was very spacious. We loved the fire pit area and deck. Recommend

Wonderful retreat in Dundee Beach
The property was spacious, well kept and very well equipped for a weekend away with friends. We loved it!

Bad communication, accommodation good
Everything booked online, good communication with host, even early check-in accommodated...on early arrival, access code provided didn't work, tried a few times, didn't worry as we wanted to get a few hrs fishing in and figured we would sort later...on arrival back to property, tried code again, then started ringing contact number, no answer for 3hrs, then finally let in after 7pm and no set of keys left for entire stay.
Not impressed, however accommodation suited our needs.

We had a great weekend away with all our mates. The house was awesome to stay at. So close to the boat ramp for all the fishing that we did. We have stayed here a few times and we will keep coming back!

We enjoyed our stay, great property Grounds were great for the kids we took plenty of outdoor games with us and plenty of room to run around House had plenty of room for 10 people great out door area I did find it a quite isolated even though we come from a very small outback town in WA Take heaps and heaps of repellent with you the buds are really bad

Beautiful place
In a beautiful bush retreat approx 15ks from beach, very peaceful. Enjoyed our stay but had a power outage for 5 hours on last night just as we were about to play cards..... damn! The deck is lovely, the surrounding bushland is great for walking, lots of tracks. Very comfortable place.

Great place for family & friends to hang out for a few days , my family had a great Easter at the Deck Retreat, don’t need to take anything besides your food , drinks & pool towels .

Not-so-little secluded gem!
The Deck Retreat is better than the photos suggest. The rooms were spacious and the place is well equipped to cater for large groups. This place is in a peaceful, bushy spot with a well maintained garden, spacious deck and well shaded pool. Perfect for entertaining! I'd highly recommend staying here.

Best holiday house in Dundee!!
We had a girls weekend at the deck retreat and had an amazing time. This well presented and clean house ticks all the boxes. Large, air conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets, massive kitchen, dining and lounge area and the deck .... it is PERFECT. The pool suited us perfectly and there is soo much space.
It's location was also great. We felt like we were in a world of our own (which was how we wanted it). Would definitely go again. Already planning the next trip.

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect
We had such an enjoyable stay at the Deck Retreat. The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we would need for the duration of our stay.
There was so much to entertain the kids. The surrounds are very relaxing and quiet and the Husband loves that the boat ramp is only a short distance away. We will definitely be back, so happy we discovered this hidden gem.

This place is fantastic! It had everything we needed for our stay. The best spot was definitely the deck but we enjoyed it all. Wife and kids were very happy too!
