Room smelled like smoke - hallways smelled like dog poop - No pool (on website it says indoor & outdoor) - breakfast was a joke!

The location was perfect. We were centrally located by so many things.

It’s not a big deal but I did feel like the air conditioner/heater was quite loud. We got about 4 inches of snow our first morning there. Unfortunately the parking lot wasn’t plowed until about 12:30 in the afternoon. That probably isn’t the fault of the hotel but it did make getting out of the parking lot difficult.

advertised as pet friendly and was charged a pet fee because they “only allow dogs” and I brought my cat. was never told pet friendly didn’t include cats

I’ve only liked other candlewood suites locations besides this one.

I filtered search results for PET FRIENDLY hotels, brought my cat in with me when I checked in, was told nothing about a pet fee, and upon checkout I was charged extra because my cat was not allowed?? Please let me know who I can contact about this issue, I will be pursuing this further.

Very comfortable, convenient, modern, spacious rooms, friendly staff, very pet friendly, EV charger!
