The energy of the staff is amazing. They help you where they can. Late check out was possible for me. You can clearly see they love what they do! Spacious room with a country look. More for people who like to be in nature.

Small remark; i recommend a bath room mat for after showering

A lovely hotel located just outside of the centre of Baños. What it may lack in shine it more than makes up with their service. So kind and friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The courtyard area is beautiful and extensive and though the rooms are a bit dated, this adds to the charm of the place. Tailored the breakfast to requests and very happy to store luggage following check out. Plus very patient with my terrible Spanish - a good opportunity to practice! And they have the cutest puppy Torr!

There was a drip from the tap in the toilet though not a big deal.

Someone already wrote that if you wish to avoid the hustle and the noise in town and just be 10 minutes walk or $1 -1,5 taxi ride this is the ultimate place for you Very comfortable, very linkable host and good breakfast.

It is an absolutely gorgeous piece of paradise within easy walking distance of the city!! If you are someone who appreciates the *vibe* you will be in love with this place

The position of the place is fantastic: out of the noisy city center but within a 15 min walking distance, it is quiet and completely immersed in the park and vegetation. All services are within walking distance. We ended up staying 3 night longer than expected. We even spent a whole day just inside the hotel park, simply reading enjoy the hammonc and recovering for out month long road trip. We people who run the structure are also the owner and it has been a family house previusly so you feel the care they put in running the activities. Thet are very attentive and careful toward the hosts

Raúl, the owner, will do everything you need to make you feel like home, quiet place, around nature and mountains, near to town by walk, nice breakfast, awesome place to stay, the staff was very friendly, we have an amazing experience.

We had a problem with the hot water in the shower but Raul resolved the issue immediately, great service and help.

Its a quiet clean, lovely spot with an own spa including thermal water. I liked to chat with the owner who is really an host with a good heart. Its feels really good to stay there and they basically try everything to make your stay great. Furthermore they offer traditional tea and goods from the amazonas.
