Tamara was a very welcoming and caring host. She even stored my bicycle and some luggage for a couple of days. Very easy and reliable communication. The location is great, right in the city center.

We only spent one night, but everything went smoothly from the check-in to the check-out. The location is great, as it is close to the lake Orta and city center. The place is quiet, thus the proximity to the railways. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. Air conditioning was also great after a hot day. Dog friendly owner which was for us a big plus Communication with Mrs. Tamara was easy and fast. Great value for money, lower rates compared to other available properties in the area.

A really nice place - clean and for 2 nights it was perfect for one person. I'm happy with my stay there. Helpful staff and good location- the bakery next to the apartment is really nice. Self check in also was useful.

I do not know why but wifi didn't work on all my devices - devices with IOS had a problem with the connection to the wifi (the password was correct). It is super close to the railway, so just be aware of it (but surprisingly it was not annoying during the night).

The owner is really sweet and helpful - and it really felt that the appartment was brand new, really clean and with all the amenities that you could want for a vacation. If it is available when we're in town the next time, we will definitely book the apt again!

I damaged my car while leaving. The exit is very narrow.
