The rooms and especially our terrace was very nice.

To stay there a car is mandatory, too far away from the beach and Cagliari center and not much interesting around and not many taxis available. The B&B was at the top floor of a normal apartment building why we felt a bit like intruders and as the elevator was not working I had to carry my heavy bag up alone. So all in all, I would choose something else the next time.

Initially I was surprised that our room had a transparent shower and facilities within the bedroom. However, the terrace and the quality of the room and facilities was exceptionally designed.

Room is new as shown in the pictures. Confortable bed and good bathroom. Nice breakfast area with view over neighbourhood. Staff is friendly and very supportive.

Millestone is a B&B which stays in the 5th floor. The elevator was out of service. There’s no private parking, but paid parking is available in the street.

Our host was trying to be helpful which I appreciate. After I raised an issue they tried to help solve it although most of the issues we just gave up since there was not much changes. Exp: Air-conditioning was still not really cold. I asked for recommendations for restaurants and they gave me a few options around the area and some in Cagliari city which we tried and was good. I asked for where to get bus tickets and they called me to let me know how which is much appreciated. They kept inquiring about me having breakfast - either outside in the main terrace or in the room which was both available. The room is modern in design, and everything looks new. The water pressure was good for showers. They provided flip flops for the beach and many towels. The bed was comfortable and we had a private terrace with a nice view of Quartu. Thankfully it was always windy outside during the evening's so it was pleasant. They also had netflix for when we were indoors and didn't want to go out. There is a pharmacy right below if you need to get extra toiletries, some nearby mini markets and a couple of restaurants if you don't want to go into Cagliari city.

The location is only suited for travellers with a car as it's neither near the beach (you need to walk to find the bus station and wait for the bus, or call a taxi that is hard to contact especially if you don't know Italian all under very hot sun!) and it's another smaller city with less excitement (extra 20mins from Cagliari) vs Cagliari main city. The suites is located on the top floor.We arrived to a broken lift so be prepared to climb five flight of stairs with your luggage. Our air conditioning was having problems (weak breeze, more humid than cold and leaking water). Apparently the junior suite which we got is the only one with this issue?! (It's central AC btw). Complained to the staff and they said they fixed it but after a few times of request just gave up and gave in to sleep in it uncomfortably. Also when they cleaned the room, the first days, the cleaner forgot to refil water/coffee/soap and had to remind them to do so. The BnB has only 5 rooms to maintain so it's baffling to me how they can forget! The water heating looses it warm water quickly as well towards the end of our stay oddly. We also had an evening flight but had to check out in the morning which is fine but we could not keep our bags there. We didn't need the room but at least allow us to keep it in the common area safely since we had hours to kill. In the end we just left with our bags to the Cagliari city centre, glad that we opted to do this so that we didn't need to return to Milestone. We were able to spend our remaining hours in the city centre, enjoying the restaurants and shops before our flight.

Poorest breakfast of ever. Never ever stayed at a place before where you have buffet breakfast and then get a small bred and a slice of salami. There are fruits and cereal at the buffet table, but don’t be fooled with them, you are forbidden to touch. You are asked which salami you prefer and get one slice.

First of all it’s not a hotel, the rooms are locared at the penthouse of an old, dirty and ugly residential property. The building is located in an outskirt and dirty area of the beautiful city, which I normally would consider as a no go zone. Far from everything. Keep in mind that you should pay for the parking on the streets nearby. Only cash, so timing is everything. Don’t get up late. Thought there is a terrace for the room, but there is not. The room is one of the tiniest we have ever stayed in. Beautifully renovated, but the glass wall of the bathroom makes no privacy. There is only a sheet on the bed, lack of blanket and the overruned air co doesn’t help in a good sleep. The landlord is nice and smiling. Coffee maker in the room is an old, dirty and useless piece. Water runs out of it everywhere. Don’t have a clue why is it placed there if not working.

Room was freshly renovated and very stylish. Everyday clean was all right. Staff was very pleasant, breakfast was amazing, few bus stops and groceries are in 5 minutes walk from apartment. Terrace panorama really makes your evening very special, especially with a cup of wine. Air conditioner and wifi was okay. Upon request you could receive any service or guide to all the attractions in city. Definitely could recommend for city stay, and close to the city life, but also not so far from beach.

Our room had no wall or cover between toilet and bed, which was very unusual.

Everything was perfect. The room was very nice and clean! Caterina was very helping and caring with every we needed. Due to corona there was no breakfast in the accommodation but there is a cafe 20 meters away and we could get there breakfast without charging (the working stuff in the cafe was very sweet and gentle!) The neighborhood has everything you need and Cagliari was just 15 minutes by car. The parking situation was ok, there are a lot parking spots wich you have to pay but we didn’t had to use them a lot. Altogether it was a very good and nice stay at milestone and recommendable.

Room cleaned daily, Breakfast provided, plenty of amenities in the room. they even got us a pair of flip flops! Would definietely recomend this hotel to anyone and had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the terrace and facilities.

Very cosy room. Great view on Cagliari from the terrasse. Comfortable bed. Italian shower. Easy to park the car around the hotel. We went there during COVID period, hence it was not possible to take the breakfast at the property. But a free breakfast was available for us at the cake factory a few meters from the hotel, which was very convenient.
