the thermostat was broken and room was 40 degrees. couldn’t sleep. so opened the window. froze. got 2 hours sleep. if you’re here for work, can’t be fit for duty. I won’t be staying here again.

My wasn’t cleaned once during stay, had to wait at front desk upon arrival because host was on her phone sitting in the lounge. When checking out, I again waited at front desk for a while, then had to wander into the back to find housekeeper who went to get the manager, turns out he was outside on his phone. I mentioned that my room wasn’t cleaned at all, although I’d requested that, and it didn’t seem like much of an issue for him. I called back about forgetting something in my room, he said he’d email to let me know, and I have still not heard back.

The location was very central and convenient. The staff were very helpful. I also liked that you could pick the frequency of the cleaning service in advance vs have to put the do not disturb sign on.

It would have been nice to have a hotel restaurant or room service but there were also good options of restaurants within walking distance. It would have also been nice to have a proper desk to work from but I did make the table in the room work.

the cost of the room is ridiculously over priced. the balcony was enclosed looking into the parking lot. overall for $200/night was not worth it. the price for the room had reduced to $170/night and staff refused to adjust the pricing

The room where breakfast is served was well done, and so was the food. The rooms were a nice size and the finishing were fine. The hotel itself is close to restaurants such as Earls, which is convenient to walk to to.

We stayed on the second floor in an upgraded room that did not meet our expectations. The balcony is above a mechanical room which was very loud. As for our sleep or lack there of sleep it was very frustrating. Every 45 mins or so there was load mechanical or drilling sound which for anyone who has been in a building under construction overhead would understand. I assume this was a result of its positioning by the mechanical room. This went on through the entire night. I was a disappointed by the staff when I addressed this issue with her, and she shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. In her defense likely not a lot she could do other than comp our room I suppose. If this is a known issue in that section of the hotel I would suggest not having people stay in those suites. The hotel was pretty empty so there was no excuse for filling those rooms.
