This house was amazing. Family met from multiple states to celebrate New Years together. The house was extremely clean. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. Every woman commented about the large dream kitchen (that was fully stocked). The lake front and sunsets were beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet. Check in and check out were simple. (And there are so many more activities in Hot Springs than we expected.) Would definitely book this home again.

Group of 6 adults visiting HS area for a few days. Piney was ideal for close proximity to HS attractions and comfortable accommodations. Great view of Lake Hamilton as well! The kitchen is superbly equipped with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. Great family room with a wood-burning fireplace was ideal for winter nights!

Home is located on the beautiful lake, with an amazing outdoor area to relax and enjoy family time. The house is very large and accommodating for a large family of all ages, with plenty of parking. Beds are comfortable and the house is well stocked with all your kitchen cooking supplies or dishes needed. It was a plus to have two coffee pots and two dish washers! We would definitely rent this home again for a family vacation as it was spotless clean, comfortable, beautiful, spacious, and just an overall great home!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was a family girl trip ages 20 - 70. The was perfect and had everything we needed. Coffee on the big porch every morning was the big highlight.

Great property on the lake! The house is very clean, comfortable, and spacious. There were 3 couples so we each had our own bathrooms which is always nice. It just so happened that it poured rain for 3.5 out of the 5 days we were there. So unable to hike everyday as planned, we spent the majority of our time at the house, hanging out on the large covered back patio. It was a great location and a very clean & comfortable place to relax. We would definitely stay here again.

An extended family and friend group came together for the weekend. Eight stayed at the property, and others joined us for a wedding shower and family dinner. We REALLY appreciated the well appointed kitchen, but especially the dual ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators. We needed them all over multiple meals. The multiple eating spaces, both inside and out, was also much needed. The outdoor space on this property really is the icing on the cake. Beautiful places to sit and look at the lake, football on the large outdoor TV, etc. Our only frustrations were the lack of a garbage disposal, and the locks on all of the sliding doors didn't seem up to the job. Otherwise, a lovely weekend.

This property is second to none, there may be other property equal to this property but none better, very comfortable & well furnished, kitchen had every item a person would ever need, interior very clean and well maintained, host was very helpful. My family wants to return to this location next year if at all possible.

We couldn't have picked a better home. Right on the lake close to restaurants, marinas, and the dam. The lake was beautiful, we spent the day out on a boat and the waters were perfect. The home was in great shape and extremely clean. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Would love to return and highly recommend!

This home is beautiful! It is very spacious and plenty of room for our family of 9. The home is beautifully decorated and I especially loved the watercolor art in the living room. The beds are very comfortable. The 2 bathrooms on the main level are big and both have walk-in showers. The kitchen is massive and fully stocked with anything you would need to cook at home. There is a game room in the basement that the kids loved and plenty of seating for a family movie night. The view from the 2 large decks is stunningly beautiful of Lake Hamiliton. There is plenty of patio furniture and we spent most of our time sitting on the deck. There are many steps to walk down to the boat dock and firepit. We were unable to take advantage of the fishing, but would love to the next time around. There are also several steps to enter the home. My dad is not very mobile and it was a struggle for him to get in and out of the home without assistance, but we managed. The pincode to enter the home did not initially work, but Tarry helped us right away and got us in to the house. He was very pleasant and helpful. Text a couple of times to make sure we reach out if we needed anything at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect. We would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place to stay with a larger group. We definitely would love to come back❤️ Thank you Tarry for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This place was amazing. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The house was perfect for our 3 families who were in town for a baseball tournament. Beautiful views of the lake. Would stay here again for sure!

Our repeat visit to this lake house was, again, an excellent experience. The house and grounds were immaculate and the lake view from the well-furnished outside covered balcony cannot be beat. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is just as it looks in the pics. Beautiful deck overlooking the lake. Everything was clean and well cared for. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. Weather was chilly so we enjoyed having a fire each evening. Hope we can make it during warm weather so we can enjoy the outside spaces as much as we did the inside.

House was just as the online pictures depicted. Kids enjoyed the arcade, air hockey and bunk beds. Adults relaxed on the deck, took advantage of the large kitchen, and the convenience to downtown shopping. Owners were extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend for large family gatherings.

Exactly as advertised and well stocked with anything you need (kitchen stuff, linens, games, etc.). Loved this rental! It's worth it just for the views, but the space and extras are also wonderful. Shared a lovely Christmas with family here. Highly recommend!

Our family of six adults and five children had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! Plenty of room for all of us with a large, well equipped kitchen, three spacious living areas, as well as the large decks with beautiful views of Lake Hamilton.

Great property. Pictures don't do it justice. Convenient to anything you need or want to do in Hot Springs. So many activities for the kids and adults if you just want to stay in! Host were excellent and very helpful.

It was a very nice property. The owner was prompt and very helpful with ideas for our stay. There were 9 of us and it was very accommodating and close to downtown Hot Springs. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful on the back deck!

We completely enjoyed our stay here! We were a group of just 6 adults and two infants, but this house could easily handle a much larger group. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals at home; Two dishwashers, two full size refrigerators, double ovens and space for everyone. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Three had king size beds and a bunk room with beds for another 6. Also available was a crib, porta crib, high chair, and baby gate for safety if traveling with little ones. They thought of everything for laid back relaxing. A large spacious game room, big screen smart TVs in all the common areas (even on the deck!), games and best of all, the outdoor space on the decks with gorgeous views of both sunrise and sunsets over the lake. We will gladly stay here again! Tarry and Crystal were wonderful hosts!

The house was as pictured, which is important. The best features were the multiple decks with plenty of comfortable seating. The second level deck was my favorite—so relaxing that I had to fight off naps every time I went out. There are expansive views of the lake, with beautiful boats and jet skiers zipping through. The lower level recreation area was super awesome. A real standing arcade game!!! Air hockey! And more games than I’ve seen in one place, outside of a store. I had 2 teens staying and 4-8yr olds who visited for a fish fry. They were in heaven! The kitchen was fantastic—fully equipped in every way, with lovely high end appliances and beautiful finishes. The kitchen opened out to the upper deck—-YES!!! The bathrooms were well done. The primary bedroom’s bathroom was especially noteworthy—a frameless walkin shower with beautiful fixtures—a showstopper! Comfortable beds! I was extremely impressed with the small touches: the hosts had baskets of clean throws (small blankets) which were perfect to wrap up in and lounge around on decks or in living rooms. The hosts were incredibly responsive—we needed extra batteries for the tv remote—they were delivered within an hour! Our only issue was access to the lake for fishing. In order to get to the water, you have to navigate some pretty steep steps. If you’re traveling with a person who has mobility issues (I had my 76-year-old mom with me), then they’re unlikely to get down to the water. Overall, great property and we had a wonderful time.

Could not have had a better time. The home was lovely and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped with two of all the essentials and the game room was a definite hit with the grandkids. Would definitely recommend for "children of all age"!!!!

This property was everything advertised and more. Beautiful location on the lake with a great balcony. Lots of room and the owner was very responsive and detailed with communication. I highly recommend.

We stayed here for a 50th anniversary celebration and also what became an engagement celebration. The house is very nice and in a great location. We had 10 people in our group and the house is more than big enough to handle a group our size. We are a group of coffee drinkers in the morning and the house even has two coffee makers. That was a nice touch I thought. Also, if you tend to use the nice big kitchen in order to cook your meals, there are two dishwashers to help in the cleanup! The view is amazing from the back deck with plenty of room for a large party. We didn't use it, but there's a TV outside on the deck. The bottom floor has another big sectional, TV, foosball table, air hockey, a video game, and other various board games to keep people entertained. The washer and dryer is also located on the bottom floor with another refrigerator. We also found the beds in the three main rooms to be very comfortable. The beds in the "bunk room" were decent but with three sets of bunk beds in that room I think the owners figure there will be young bodies in those. Overall it's a very nice place for a large group to stay. Very comfortable and homey with enough places to go for anyone who would like a little "quiet" time away from the rest of the group. Would definitely stay here again.
