It was a nice clean suite with wonderful views and nice private outdoor patio. The location was fantastic - a short walk to Naramata Village. The bed was very comfy and the hosts were wonderful. There is just one bathroom so it might be on the small side for 2 couples but there was just 2 of us so it was perfect. We were there in July so the A/C was a blessing.

Perfect view Room has high end finishes. Comfy beds.loads of seating, in and out. hosts are very friendly. No company on the premises, was a bit of a let down.

This is an amazing location with an incredible view and great outdoor space. The suite was very clean and recently renovated. We didn't mind not having a stove as we were able to cook everything on the large bbq just outside the door, which has a side burner. The location is convenient to the village, beach, and multiple wineries, all within walking distance.

Outstanding view across the lake and a comfy one bedroom made this property an excellent stay. Highly recommend and we will be back again!

Charmian and Ken we’re the perfect hosts ! There wasn’t a single detail overlooked , the beds were super comfy with lovely linens and pillows . The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need , with our super hosts even suppling yogurt, milk , eggs , toast , coffee and tea. A nice living room with a comfortable couch and love seat . As well as , a great covered area outside to sit and enjoy the amazing view . We can’t wait to come back next year. We throughly enjoyed every aspect of visiting of this beautiful bright walk-out basement suite that overlooks a patio garden and Okanagan Lake. There is space for yoga on the grass, breakfast over-looking the water from a patio further down the property, and lounging on the covered patio outside the suite. We e-biked KVR in both directions, and swam at Naramata Beach. Tennis/Pickleball courts close by as well. Amazing hosts. Beautifully renovated suite with attention to all details, even the quality of the pillows and mattresses. Surprised by best scones for breakfast. Hope to stay again.

We stayed here for a girls wine tour adventure. The property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and cozy, and in an ideal location. Charmian was lovely and makes the best homemade scones. A great place to stay!

We absolutely loved this suite. It was perfect for my 2 friends and I. Great location on the bench and very quiet.

Often pictures and descriptions can be decieving and this was certainly the case at "suite dreams". Everything looked incredible online and that is why we originally booked, but surprise, when we arrived it was even better than advertised. Wonderfull hosts, incredidle views and location, spotlessly clean, huge well equipped and layed out suite, very comfortable bed and the list goes on. Easy walking distance to downtown Naramata and many local wineries. Easy driving distance to Penticton and many more wineries and restaurants. Favourite moments; sitting next to the vineyard with a glass of wine and sitting in bed in the morning with a cup of coffee looking out at the incredible view. A truly wonderful relaxing experience. We will definitely return!

Fantastic property with stunning views. The location was fantastic to visit the wineries in the bench with ease. Charmain was so lovely and kind to us, much appreciated. Would love a little heater on the patio so we could enjoy the evening on outside longer so late in the season! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay and really easy to communicate with Charmain. We have stayed at a few different properties in Naramata over the last 3 years and this property has one of the best views we’ve had so far and a great location to walk to the KVR and wine tasting. We loved our stay!

We were so pleased to discover the beautiful, private property we had access to, with sheltered seating, outdoor dining area, and terraced gardens. The view of lake and sunsets was ideal, the property very quiet. The walkout lower level apartment is freshly renovated, everything clean and bright. It is clear that a lot of care has been put into the decor. We only used the king room with its very comfortable bed and linens. Thought we’d miss a stove but did not. There is a nice BBQ and side burner on the patio which feels somewhat like an outdoor kitchen. Charmiane and Ken are charming hosts who made us feel immediately at home. We look forward to a return stay.

Although the view is lovely, the place super clean and the host seemingly nice, this has been one of worst experiences we've ever had at a rental / homestay , and we've stayed a lot of them!Pluses:The place is super spotless.The view is really, really lovely.NegativesThe suite is a 2-bedroom suite but when we arrived there was a note on the bed of the second bedroom saying that if you use this bed, there is an additional charge. I have never seen this before and it was NOT disclosed in the listing.It does NOT have a full kitchen. They have pots and pans but no place to cook with them. There is no stove/oven or hot plate. There is a BBQ. Just bear this in mind if you plan on cooking.The suite is kinda “skimpy”. Knives don’t cut, not enough TP, etc, etc.. Definitely not one of those well-stocked VRBOs. It also lacks coziness and warmth.It is not super loud, but you can hear what is going on upstairs, and I imagine vice versa!We had friends coming over for dinner. We informed the hosts of this out of courtesy and to let them know that they may stay the night. The second part was our bad as when we checked the booking it was 2-guest maximum. However, the host wrote back and said we weren’t allowed to have our 2 friends visit for dinner. This was NOT specified anywhere in the listing, otherwise we wouldn’t have booked it! I understand their concerns during COVID, but it must be made clear when you book the place if no visitors are permitted.We asked the host if they could refund the last night of the booking as our plans with our friends was an important part of the trip. They didn’t respond until we prompted them to (as we had to make alternative plans if need be) and they ended up allowing our friends to come, saying that their neighbours have a guest house and don’t permit guests (which was irrelevant to our situation).When we left, the host ran out to the car and demanded we pay a surcharge for using the second bedroom that was double what was posted on the bed. We relented but after thinking about, agreed to pay the original amount listed. She agreed.Despite the views and cleanliness, I would not recommend this VRBO. It was very rule-laden (laid out in threatening ways i.e. if you don’t clean the BBQ, there will be a charge; keep the thermostat at 23 etc), the suite was done cheaply, and we ending up feeling uncomfortable there. Too bad because it certainly marred our trip to a very beautiful place!

We spent a great two days at Charmian and Ken's "Suite Dreams" last week. The views over Lake Okanagan were awesome, and the location is nice and central, making short trips to local vineyards and restaurants a breeze. Our hosts paid particular attention to providing us with a very clean and comfortable accommodation, and were prepared for receiving guests in these COVID-19 days! The suite was very comfy and has a nice layout with views of the lake from the living room and one bedroom. We would highly recommend "Suite Dreams" and the wonderful hosts, Charmian & Ken. You helped make out short stay in Naramata a very wonderful experience!

This was a great location to stay! We were able to walk to many wineries in the area and to the beach and main part of town. Perfect spot! The view over the water is amazing, the property was quaint and cozy. We didn't realize there was no stove to make breakfast with but it didn't matter because we were able to cook it on the BBQ burner. The temperature at night even with the heat was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and towels. Charmain and Ken were very helpful with suggestions in the area and very friendly to talk to. We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our time in the suite in Charmian and Ken's home. The location provided us with easy access to the beach, the KVR trail and to a number of nearby wineries. The view from the suite is relaxing and restorative. Charmian and Ken were lovely hosts, providing us with local information and a very clean suite. Beautiful location and lake view. We weren't expecting a lot of stairs down to the suite and we had an elderly person with us so that was a bit of an issue. Parking was limited. Suite was dated but clean. Lighting was poor in the bathroom especially. Trying to get ready for a wedding was a bit challenging. Host was very lovely and accommodating.

The suite was beautiful and well-furnished to meet all our needs. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the picture window in the big bedroom. Our host provided all the little things we'd need and I appreciate that so much. The view of the lake, mountains, and garden was so tranquil and awe-inspiring! I hated to leave this place! The shower stall was a bit tight. The bathroom could be renovated to use the space more efficiently.

We were looking for a family friendly rental, close to the beach and boat launch. And we got both, the views and location to the beach and wineries makes it ideal for any vacationers. Charmian and Ken were great hosts, super friendly and informative, and we would definitely stay again

Our week at Charmian and Ken's was fantastic. The property was extremely clean and Ken and Charmian were perfect hosts. Any questions and were requests were answered immediately.
