House was clean, light, bright and open. Loved the front balcony and views. Only downside was wifi quality.

A beautiful, spacious home in a quiet area was the perfect, post-Christmas getaway for a group of friends. The location was great as a base for walks, beach visits, fishing, surfing etc, and the home was ideal for relaxing with a good book or in front of a movie (the couches were a hit!) Ross was very prompt with communication, which was also super helpful. In terms of the area, there aren't a lot of options close by in terms of dining out in the evening, so you will either need to cook on the BBQ or in the well-equipped kitchen or drive the 20 minutes to Forster. Also, internet reception can be somewhat patchy in the area (but sufficient.) Definitely recommend!

thank you so much Ross for sharing your little piece of paradise with us, we were 3 mums who took their kids for a short break and we had an unbelievable time. The house was clean , spacious and very very comfortable especially the lounge with all the recliners, so much so kids gave up their beds and wanted to sleep on the couches! Beautiful view of smiths, short stroll to the lake and a truly surreal view of the star lite night sky from the front porch. Highly recommend this spot if you haven't been there already.

We had a wonderful 5 nights , the property was very clean, kitchen great with everything we needed to cook every meal, comfy beds, could walk to to lake and cafe and enjoy great sunsets every night - the fire was the cherry on top! Ross was very easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble , will definitely be back in summer !

Lovely house and great location. So clean and tidy with everything you need. Beautiful view of the lake and a great set of games for the kids.

Our family had a lovely time staying at this property. It’s was clean, very comfortable and a lovely place to stay. Owners were very accommodating and excellent to deal with.

Everything, from the beginning search to checking out, was easy and smooth. My family and I truly enjoyed our 4 nights at Avalon! We loved the spacious accommodation and found the house sparkling clean and fully supplied with all the essentials! A beautiful location very close to the lake. Ross was a great host who communicated well before, throughout and after our stay. Highly recommended!

It's a nice stay for our 2 families. The location is great with a scenic water view & the house has everything what anyone can expect in a holiday home. Outstnding kitchen, handy fireplace, comfy recliner lounges make this place a perfect home away from home. Indeed a 5 star service from Ross (Owner) ...much appreciated Sir. Highly recommend for families with kids.

I had family staying in the area for my wedding over the weekend. Everyone was impressed with the property, which was spacious, comfortable and clean. Our two families of 4 fitted comfortably into this big, clean and modern house. The location is in a quiet street a short drive to the lake, shops and club. Cellito Beach is only a 10 minute drive away. Would recommend this house for both summer and winter breaks as there's a fireplace. Everything was as promised by the website. Would happily come back here again, especially for the extremely comfortable oversized lounge chairs!
