Nice 3 bed 3 bath house. Love the enclosed back porch where we had breakfast and lunch almost every day. The house was clean and well maintained. The four bikes included in rental were an added plus given that house is towards the rear Magnolia. And if you need to rent chairs and umbrellas the folks at La dolce vita we discovered would set it up for you. Something that scenic rentals was not aware of.

The cottage was exactly as pictured. It was very clean. The kitchen was more than well stocked and had everything we needed. We also appreciated having a gas grill. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the porch! It was a great place to enjoy morning coffee, read a book or have dinner. While the cabinets and floor were a bit worn in places, it was not an issue. It actually added some lived-in charm. Our only issue was with the internet that was sometimes spotty. While we rebooted several times, there were times when it did not fix the issue. Overall, a great place to stay!

We love returning to this beach cottage! Comfortable, close to great sights and restaurants, and a two minute walk to the beach. Can’t wait to return!

Very clean - had everything we needed!

We had an amazing time staying at 18 Vizcaya Lane. We loved the neighborhood and how shaded and quiet everything was. The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The shed outside with beach equipment was a major plus (Chairs, Umbrellas, Boogie Board, Pool Noodles, Bikes). The only negative would be that the private beach access let's you out on a private beach you cannot use, which means you had to walk further in the sand to get to an open spot. We ended up just using the public access down the road everyday (which still is not far away or a bad walk at all). We would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, in a great location and as expected from the online information. This was our third trip staying in this neighborhood and we would recommend this location to anyone. Great access to the beach and pool and everything 30A has to offer.

Love the cottage...beautiful decorated, lovely back porch, amply equipped with everything you could need EXCEPT internet. Unfortunately, my husband and I still needed to login for work and the internet signal is non-existent and the cell service is even worse. We understand that the area was extremely packed and at peak demand but it was hard to work around.

Loved it! Brandon was the coolest. Also, big shout out to the young man who came out to fix the ice maker. Both men were competent and courteous

This was a wonderful place to stay: quiet, charming, clean, well appointed and well laid out. We walked to the beach barefoot and it took about 7 minutes to get feet into the sand. We will try to stay here or elsewhere in Magnolia Cottages again b/c it's so private and quiet once you're home after time at the beach. Our only complaints are that the wifi here is actually pretty terrible. It was a serious headache trying to use it. Another small problem was that the overhead light and ceiling fan on the porch was inoperable. We even went to the local CVS to get a new battery for the remote control but to no avail. Perhaps we just didn't know how to operate it. Otherwise: great cottage and great location!

Very clean, affordable, easy access to beach.... bikes were a pleasant bonus!!!!

Due to the weather that wasn’t as nice as previous years, we really enjoyed the covered patio. The lights on it were adding that little extra to the atmosphere. The kids like the swing. Next time, it would be great to know the house has bikes and beach chairs and umbrella so we don’t have to bring ours. If the house is available next time we have a trip planned in the area, we will definitely rent it again.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the property was just like in the photos. Access to pool and beach was very good. To improve the experience the Netflix in the living room needs to addressed so visitors can access it, and hairdryers need to be provided in each living room. Also the burners on the stove top on the right side did not function well and the exhaust fan appeared to be misaligned.

Stayed here for work for 9 days- didn’t get to enjoy the beach or pool but the home was lovely and it was great to come home very night- enjoy dinner and sit out on the screened in porch and relax Will come back but next time for vacation !!!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Houses are close but with some woods in between so it seemed more private. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked . There were 4 bikes and 5 beach chairs along with several floats and beach toys in the shed. Just a note if you are planning to bring heavy items such as a large cooler or tent down to the beach- the walk to the boardwalk is about a 4-5 minute stroll and the boardwalk leading down to the beach is narrow (single file) and involves 4 flights of stairs. The houses/ condos in this area are set almost on small cliffs. We rented chairs and umbrellas and enjoyed it throughly. The water was beautiful. The private beach area is not very deep but it was never very crowded - usually one full row of chairs and umbrellas and behind those a few tents. This was our first trip to the 30A area and we enjoyed it and hope to return!

This beach house was FANTASTIC. Only a short 5 minutes walk to the beach & comes with beach chairs, bikes & more. The property owner was quick to respond if needed & the house was clean. The only thing I’d take note of is to bring your own beach towels & get EVERYTHING you need from the grocery store ahead of time. A lot of rentals have basics like salt/pepper, oil, etc, but there wasn’t anything like that here. Other than not expecting that, you have everything you need!

We only had one, maybe two inconvenience and that was the lack of beach towels, and internet speed and neither were that big of a deal, the internet speed being more of an inconvenience than anything. We plan to book another trip, next time a cottage with a private pool.

Everything with the house was great and the management was very easy to work with. When we checked in, the house was spotless. It has more cooking supplies than most rentals have. It also included bikes and beach chairs, which is a great amenity. We will definitely stay there again.

Property was exactly as described and Chris was very responsive to our questions during our stay. My biggest complaint would be the VRBO fees. They are outrageous. Also, could have used more bath towels.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The house was a perfect size for us. The porch was our favorite place to hang out in the mornings for enjoy our coffee and donuts from Charley’s ;) and it was also perfect after a day at the beach to nap, play games and enjoy a drink. The beds and linens were clean and new. The kitchen was stocked with an average amount of supplies. The appliances were new and all worked well. The community the cottage was located in was quiet and a short walk to the beach. What we loved most about the community is that it wasn’t in the hustle and business of the popular areas. The community does have private access to the beach, but the public beach access was just a few steps from the private. (Which was nice and the public beach area was actually less busy than the private area). The cottage had a storage shed that was well stocked with all the beach equipment you’ll need! The home also provided 4 bikes that were all in good working condition. Our family really did enjoy our time at the cottage and community and will defiantly look at renting in this community again.

The rental was super cute and clean and pretty accurately described, it is a wooded area which I guess I did not realize but just fine nonetheless. The showers need updating, they are a bit stained and a Keurig would have been amazing but those are first world problems. Overall a good rental!

Arrived at 3:45 to check in and the house had nit been cleaned yet. Check in is at 4 which I think is a bit late when Check out is early at 10. We did not actually get in with our belongings until 5:45. Waited on bath towels to be delivered to us at 6:00..
