Location is great, Breakfast , food and café was amazing with wonderful view

Room furniture, wall painting was old and not that good , lack of simple facilities in room like refrigerator , water kettle (boiler)

Hotel Location is good , the Café is good especially the top roof with amazing view , good food and beverages.

the Room cleanness (like paint) is less than expected, there is no kettle or minibar or small refrigerator in the room.

The thing that caught my attention was the treatment of the hotel staff. They were very elegant and helpful, with a smiley face, and a full explanation, especially Mr. Nabil at the reception and Mr. Imad as well.

The staff wasn't aware of our booking and no one was present at night to give us access to the room, only the security we couldn't take a shower since there is no towels

- bad & dishonest reception - shower no useful without any separation - no front or sea view (you barely can see it) i spent one night there, they the guy closed the reservation from booking (room were empty) I came to Ibis, they gave me good price, room with view, I’m here for 6 nights now, I strongly recommend it I’ll never back to Amwaj to stay with them, maybe I can back only to drink something in their coffee

Room did not have a single chair, reception desk agent, male, not understanding how identification cards work, but the other agent was pleasant and took over fro: him. Had to change room. You advertised refundable but when we got there, it says no refundable, misleading on your web site. Stop misleading customers

The room is clean but needs more attention, with bathroom show curtain missing, sink cupboard broken and provided torn towels. No kettle, coffee, tea in the room, and uncomfortable for families with toddlers, we straggled as our child needed warm milk during bedtime, and hotel has no room service or counter service after 11pm. Uncomfortable stay with endless mosquitoes’ bites and painful bruising.

Location and front disk staff. Special thanks to Fadwa she was an outstanding person eager to help. However, the security staff needs training in how to treat customers in the right way.

Needs improvement in side room facilities. Need to have refrigerators in rooms ، door viewer, screen in the window…etc
