This stay was incredible, one of the best experiences ever and the perfect place to enjoy Lake Como! Anna is a wonderful host, who greeted us personally and made us feel very welcome. The house is spacious, quaint and has all of the facilities you would require, which we used to make meals at home as we preferred to enjoy the sunset from the balcony. This brings me to the amazing views of Lake Como that can be enjoyed right from the house, this was such a highlight that we spent hours at the house each night soaking it in. You can walk to Villa Del Balbianello from the property, which is another plus point. I could not recommend this place any more!

Anna and her husband are charming and exceptional hosts, making every effort to ensure a comfortable and relaxed stay in this beautiful location, but discreetly leaving guests to enjoy their lovely apartment. Wonderful views; birdsong; church bells. Walking access down to boat services to explore the towns, villages and gardens around the lake. Memorable for all the right reasons.

Our Host Anna was so friendly and kind during welcoming and our stay. Very special thanks for her!!! Apartment has amazing view from the Lake Como. and you can see this panorama from each room and from the balcony. It was really pleasure to sit there and have breakfast or dinner. We thought that we were in paradise:) Kitchen was very well equipped, we felt like at home:) The village Lenno is almost at the hart of the lake Como, thus you can access everywhere by ferry. You don't have to use your car there. Parking place was just beside the apartment and comfortable.

Nothing negative!

The location was perfect in every aspect; the view of the lake was spectacular, the location was perfect to reach other places like Varenna, Menaggio or Bellagio. Just a couple of hundred meters down to the Lenno ferry and these places can be reached in 30-40 minutes. On the way to the ferry there is a bus station to take a bus to Como from where you can take a train to Milan. Also, Villa del Balbianello, which was the gem of our stay, is only 20-25 min. walking distance from the apartment. The owners are the best people we have ever met on our travels. On the day of our arrival, they were waiting outside and greeted us with warm smiles and the best Italian hospitality possible. We had a quick tour of the apartment which was scrupulously clean and more importantly the Italian style and atmosphere had been preserved. We could find everything we needed, just like at home. We received all the necessary information and tips on how to find the places we wanted or have a good dinner. It was enough to mention to the owner Anna that we wanted to know where to buy bus tickets and she instantly offered to buy them for us. In general, we got the impression that we visited our relatives, but not people who only run the family business.

the heat! no one’s fault though…

Beautiful apartment, so much space, so clean and everything you could ever need. The view is STUNNING and location couldn't be better. I would 100% recommend to friends and family, really worth a visit. The area is better than the main areas as quieter and fewer tourists around. Very relaxing. Anna the host is so lovely, she really makes you feel at home and is so helpful. Our first time to Italy was special because of Anna. Thank you so much for a fantastic mini break to Lake Como.
