We loved the location and the ability to rent our golf carts on site. Pool area was nice and clean. Unit #7 was filthy. We entered and took our shoes off not 5 minutes after walking around the bottoms of our feet were black from the dirty floors. Washing machine didn’t work, dishwasher didn’t work, sink faucet was loose. Carpets stained. Check in was very easy.

although there was an odd odor in the stairwell and within our rental unit, my family was so relieved by our housing choice while on PIB. Found it slightly inconvenient for golf cart rentals to be ONLY through the Island Club office.. but the gentleman manning the golf carts on the island was eager to have our cart ready as soon as we placed rental over the phone. LOVED the access to grill and outside seating and available seating by the pool! The pool did have bird and bug debris, but the overall area was decently well kept. Loved the location of condo, quiet, away from town, but close enough to ferry and quick drive to the restaurants in town. The employee who booked our stay, Ari, helped me navigate rental process easily. THANK YOU ISLAND CLUB RENTALS.

I would rate the experience at the condo as very average. There are several simple things that could be done to allow the guest to have an above average stay. The lamp shade on one of the bedrooms was broken. That is a simple fix. Several lights bulbs were out. A shower curtain instead of a cheap liner would be a nice touch in the bathrooms. Our ice machine in the freezer did not produce ice. I called the number for “Dottie” and left a message and I also left a text asking them if there was an ice machine on the premises. I did not hear back from her. I left the condo number and my cell number for her. There was no ice so I bought two bags for our trip. That took up most of the space in the freezer. There were stains on the bedroom carpet in both bedrooms. Cleaning the carpet should be a regular maintenance, especially if it is dirty. Your condo has the potential to be a really great place to stay, however it lacks several simple fixes and therefor a below to average experience.

Went for a 3 night girls trip - expectations and communication was great with management. Ordered a golf cart through them and they delivered it to the condo. Pool area was perfect. The carpet in the bedrooms were highly stained and dirty but overall good stay will stay again

My 5 friends and I stayed at the pool view side of the condos. It was beautiful and fun. The condo itself was clean and we had great communication with the employees. They provided information for taxis and were very helpful. Will be staying there again.

The room was absolutely filthy, our white socks were black after walking around in the condo. We had to sweep and mop the room before we could take off our shoes. The bedroom carpets were completely stained up. The sinks in both bathrooms were plugged with hair. We called the front desk with issues as soon as we got there. They told us things would be fixed as soon as they could get ahold of maintenance. The next day we asked Bob, the maintenance guy if he was notified of our requests. He said he had not heard a word from anyone. Also we had 4 light bulbs burned out that one of our neighbors gave us some of their extras. The landing was completely stained outside our room. We got there on a Sunday and on Thursday they mopped the landing. Needless to say, not a very good experience.

We stayed in the pool-view condo, and it was a great experience. Very fun environment, super close to the Miller Ferry, and only about a mile or so from the bars and boardwalk. Definitely a great amount of space in the condo, the kitchen was very nice to have. Only downside we had, the refrigerator was having trouble staying cool, so our drinks weren't cold until about a day in.

Pros: Affordable. Clean. All standard amenities - coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, washer & dryer, iron, ice maker, refrigerator, etc. Bathrooms were clean and so was rest of condo. Great view of pool area from room and there are two balconies.Cons: The condos are not on the strip where most of the action is and it is not in walking distance from the Jet Express. However, taxis were cheap $3 per person each way.

We thought the accommodations were very nice. The living room/kitchen area was was spacious. Our only real complaint would be that the coffee pot did not work and leaked all over the counter when brewing. Although it wasn’t necessarily part of our condos amenities, we also purchased the towel and linen service. We were provided with ample towels but the sheets were disappointing as they didn’t include a fitted sheet for the mattress. We felt like we had to keep fixing the beds all night long as they wouldn’t stay tucked under the mattress. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay and would definitely book a condo again in the future.

We had a very nice time, the pool was clean and not crowded unlike other pools on the island. The room was very spacious, there were quite a few bugs which may have stemmed from the lack of screens on the patio doors. Also the room was clean to the naked eye. However, after walking around the condo with no shoes on for about an hour my feet were literally black! Not sure it had ever been mopped.

The location was tucked away, between the ferry and the activities. We were roughly 10 minutes away from anything we wanted to do. We had a quiet, relaxing stay. Our only complaints were the smell of the clothes, after washing them in the provided washing machine, and how noisy the beds were when just sleeping.

Upon arrival we weren't sure where our room was but someone that was cleaning the pool area pointed us in the right direction! The condo is cute & serves its purpose. There were a few broken things that we discovered when we arrived so we sent pictures to Dottie so she knew about them. The floor could of been cleaner since our feet would be black if we walked around barefoot. Overall it was a nice stay. I would recommend the pool staying open until at least 9pm though instead of closing at 7 ;)

The condo set upwas overall great. However, the condo was dirty. The garbage was not emptied. Dead May flies on the wall and on window sills, Could feel the grime on the floor so had to wear shoes at all times. The beds were god awful uncomfortable and could move without them squeaking loudy. Thank go we brought pur own cleaning supplies and disinfecting spray to ensure the place was disinfected. The condos are nice and location great just need to work on the cleaning. But this has been issue in other island club rentals for years. Some additional training of staff should be done.

The condo was in nice shape itself but needed updating in some of kitchen area. Who has 4 full/queen beds that could sleep 8 people easily and only have 2 glasses to drink from. That just seamed a bit strange. There were a couple of other things missing from that we could have used.

Over all good, excellent location, we had a pool view condo,( wish the pool was illuminated would have given a better view after sunset), they had their our golf carts at fair prices, condo we lived in probably needed more cleaning and new beds.

This was a great location and price. But my condo was extremely dirty! It had dirty clothes and towels on the bathroom floor. The floor was sticky and crumbs all over. Finger print and dirty wrappers on the floor. They didn’t even make our beds, they brought us sheets in a garbage bag. But I was also charged a cleaning fee and I don’t think I should’ve been. Other than that I did enjoy the stay. But idk if id go back

The condo set up is very nice and roomy. Plenty of space. It did however need some good cleaning and paint done. Repaired Patches on the drywall were never painted. The vents in bathrooms were filthy. The kitchen faucet was very wobbly so hard to use. Light bulbs had been removed in many fixtures and never replaced. Also, and I know the condo management is not responsible for this but the pool should have an hourly time out for kids. The parents were very rude and their kids were all over the pool kicking and splashing other people and never disciplined.

Condo complex is beautiful. No complaints. Unit No. 7 is a mess. Front screen door came off its track. Back door lock was busted. Tack strip didn’t have a threshold strip and the tiny nails went in my foot between bathroom/bedroom. Kitchen faucet was not anchored. Door handles on island cabinets were missing. Front door inside mat was a remnant with a cut out. Bedroom carpet was embarrassingly old and threadbare/dirty. I dusted when I got there. Unit was not clean. Paid for linens and one bedsheet has gross substance and could not be used. Was disappointed. Won’t stay there again.
