We loved the hosts, spaciousness of the apartment, and being walking distance to town.

The location was super top of the road you can see the boats crossing in the harbour 3 minute walk down,The appt is fabulous with swimming pool sun beds table for eating on wow,the apartment is spacious and quality with balconies back and front.Lets not forget i presume the owners mum and dad they were wonderful and as much our language may be differant we had many a chat a big thank you from us.

That we could not stay longer

Property was excellent, very clean and well maintained. Great location 5 minute to the Riva, bus stop opposite for travel into Hvar town or Jelsa.

Perhaps a light blanket or throw to be added to the bedding as there was only a single sheet and it did get chilly on the occasional night.

Really nice interior with all the necessary things. Big bed. Very clean pool. Perfect air conditioning. Owners speak only german and not a word english, but that was not a problem.

Inspite of language barrier the owner was helpful, property is new so everything is fresh and sparkles. Good size clean pool..

Nothing to mention

There is only one WiFi for multiple flats, so during the day when more people connect it is almost unusable.

Fantastic apartment, squeaky clean, very modern and comfortable. Air conditioning, shutters amazing coffee machine. Great location, very quiet but very close to old town. Communication with host was very good, Cazmatrans bus stop directly opposite. We could not rate high enough. If we ever go back to Stari Grad we will definitely book again.

New, clean, delicate, spacious. Everything was excellent.

The air conditioning was difficult to get cold enough, perhaps we did not figure it out well enough, so we had a couple of nights that were too warm.

The apartment was great! The person who was looking after the apartment was very nice even that they did not speak any English we have managed to communicate via translator app on the phone.Great location, very clean and we got fresh bedding through out our stay.

The wifi was very weak and on some days we didn't have any at all. The satellite TV is all in German (I'm guessing majority of guests are German). We ended up watching Netflix on our mobile phones in the evening.

fabulous modern apt with everything u need

It was an extremely clean, large and well organized property with all the amenities you could want. The location is perfect. A lovely walk down to the promenade by the ocean where there are many restaurants.

Sometimes the pool was filled with children and lots of activity so that we couldn’t enjoy the pool.

Apartment - The two bedroom apartment was absolutely perfect and spacious, it was just like the photos. We were a family of 5 with a baby - the hosts brought us a cot and high chair to use during our stay. It was clean and modern with all the cooking facilities that you would need from a self catering apartment including washing machine, fridge and freezer, two ring job, cooking utensils, pans etc. Each bedroom had a super king size bed and en suite with shower and plenty of storage for clothes etc. The pool and outside area - the outside area was lovely, and we mainly ended up having the pool area to ourselves during our 5 day stay which was great. The hosts even brought us a selection of inflatables for our children to use during our stay. There was a outdoor table and chairs by the pool area and lots of shade as well as a bbq (which we didn’t use) and plenty of sun loungers. Wifi - Wifi was good inside and outside the apartment in the pool area, and the lounge and bedrooms had TVs which had Netflix on. Location - The location was perfect, just a short 5-10 minute walk outside the apartment and down the hill into the harbour of Stari Grad with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. There was a Studenac supermarket just a bit further round the harbour and a bakery, as well as a larger Tommy supermarket. A Taxi into Hvar Town was about 25 minutes and cost anywhere from 280-350kn.

This property surpassed my expectations. The facility was beyond clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and extremely helpful. The location could not have been more perfect. I will recommend this property, and in my next stay this will be the only property I will consider. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Not easy to communicate with the hosts as they can only speak German.

We booked a two room apartment and could not have found a better place to stay. The host met us and was on site 24 hours a day. They were friendly and helpful. The apartment was absolutely spotless and exactly where we wanted to be. A five minute walk to Stari Grad centre and 15 minute drive to Hvar. Nothing was too much trouble for the host. I have read a number of 'complaints' that the host doesn't speak English. As an English couple this did not bother us. If they came to England, we wouldn't learn Croatian to speak to them would we! if all else fails, why don't people use Google translate? Luckily for us, we could communicate in German. On leaving, the host gave us a really kind gift, which we didn't expect! Highly recommend Villa Patricia :)

Nothing! If we wanted to be extremely picky, it'd be the stairs - but then again we booked it knowing it had stairs!

Great apartment, well equipped, nice hosts.

Great hosts. Ivica and his wife. At the apartment we got a bottle od wine for welcoming. The pool is nice, barbeque also and the accomodation perfect. We had towels, bathroom kits, like in a hotel! And We got also a gift-lavender oil and mini pillows. We reccomend this villa with Al our hearts.
