We have used Vrbo for years. We have stayed at varying price points. This property is exactly as listed. Pictures are accurate. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location. It was close to local restaurants and grocery store. The owners were not "fussy", with pages of rules on how to use the property. If we stay in area for future vacations, we hope this property will be available for booking.

We've stayed here for the last several summers for our family lake vacation. It is perfect for us. We love the location (proximity to Shell Knob, Coffee shop and family). Well stocked and ready every year.

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and the house was a perfect fit for us. The basement room fit 4 kids, ages 10 and under, great. Plenty of beds for everyone and space to spread out. The beds upstairs were all very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels, we all loved the water machine! It was just a few minutes to a dock and about 15 to Campbell Point Marina where we kept our boat. We will definitely be booking here again!

Met our needs and was comfortable.

We had 8 people in this lovely home and had room to spare! This property was clean and located close to everything we wanted to do in Shell Knob. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. All the little extras that included beach towels, coolers, pancake mix :) just added to our experience at your home! Thank you!

We had 4 couples stay with two 21’ bass boats and trucks and also another car. There was plenty of parking for vehicles and room in the house. The house has so many amenities it made our stay very comfortable. The grills and covered patio seating were great! The only minor concern is that Shell Knob doesn’t have much to offer and the drive to Kimberling city or Branson is 30-40 min. We didn’t care as we stayed in, grilled and enjoyed the house. I highly recommend this house!

We were 5 minutes from the launch ramp.

Kit and Staci were amazing host. Their house was beautiful and they provide you with absolutely everything you could possibly need. They pay attention to the small details, our favorite being the chalk board name tags for your bathroom towels, so you always know whose is who and plenty of hooks to hang them up on! The house was spotless and super comfy beds. Plenty of room to spread out. We cannot wait to stay here again!

This property was exactly what our family was looking for. The house was welcoming, clean, and fully stocked with all the essentials! Our favorite part of the house was the back porch and quite neighborhood we definitely will be back,

Property was great as was accommodations! Needs a hot tub, working golf cart, and was difficult for older grandmother to get up and down stairs. They provided a book with surrounding areas and attractions as well as provided some free food. Quickly responded to my questions, and kids had fun on Pac-Man arcade. Overall great if no infants or elderly!

Our family used this house as a half way meeting destination for a week. We 100% would do it again. The house was beautiful, and spacious. There were 5 adults and 5 children in our party and everyone had their own beds to sleep in and plenty of space. The property was stocked with everything we needed. It was by far the best rental property I have ever visited. Everything was very well organized and check in/out was incredibly easy. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

We stayed here as a family and the owners have thought of everything you may need as a family. It was clean and we loved the grills. It was a good location for all the local attractions as well.

8 of us were very comfortable staying for a week. Rented a slip at Campbell Point Marina which was just a short drive. We even got to play old-school Galactica, dig dug, and Pac-Man

Another great stay! This is our second time staying at this property and won’t be our last. Love how it’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close to the marina, grocery store and the lake. The house offers all you would need as your home away from home! Highly recommend!!!

We loved the property! Close enough to the lake and nice marinas nearby. Plenty of room for a large family with mixed ages. Really enjoyed that there were two living areas and plenty of space outside to relax without being crowded at all. Extremely clean and very well furnished. We would definitely book the home again!

Enjoyed our time over Thanksgiving in Shell Nob. Nice location, peaceful, clean...just wish it wouldnt have rained most of the time we were in town.

Kit and Stacy were awesome to work with. The house was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. The driveway had room for three trucks and a boat. The best part was location for us. Less than five minutes from shell knob and boat ramp. Great place all around!

Wonderful experience. Ideal property for my family plus one of the most well supplied vrbo's we've stayed in. Comfortable in every aspect. Even though we were not on the lake, the location was ideal for us. Decorated very tastefully. Beds very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again.

My husband and his family have been coming to Shell Knob since he was a little boy. I joined this team 27 years ago and we have continued the tradition. This has become our go to house to rent for our annual trip. The house and everything about it was perfect for our family of 8. Everyone enjoyed having their own bed and space to crash after a long day playing on the lake. Everything was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. We stayed here last year under different owners and the things Kit and Staci have done to improve the home were wonderful and noted by all of us- the additional finished living space with more sleeping, the water cooler in the kitchen, some small appliance additions to the kitchens, beach towels and small toiletries, in case you forgot, and so many others made for a very nice week. Really enjoyed the additional cooking grill this year. The welcome basket was a nice touch as well. Communication was easy and responses were timely. Absolutely no complaints or negatives regarding our stay. Looking forward to next year already! Well done!

The house was amazing! We were surprised by a basket welcoming us with treats for our stay. The home was clean from top to bottom. We had 9 of us staying and all had a bed to sleep in and the 3 full baths made it easy as well. We utilized the deck with the grills to make many of our meals but the kitchen had anything you needed for meal prepping as well. We are already planning our next summer stay in this home!

This house was a great fit for our family. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, plenty of room for everyone, and fully stocked with everything you need. There was a nice welcome basket with snacks. Lots of little extras like beach towels, coolers and an umbrella by the front door. The bathrooms were even stocked with toothbrushes, toothpaste and other toiletries for use if needed. The owners were always available and responded quickly to all requests and questions. We would definitely stay here again!
