Overall was a good property. Nice location with easy walking access to a park and downtown. There is detached garage/apartment with another unit on the backside of the property that shares an outdoor area. We were not aware of this when booking but it was not an issue for our stay. The indoor living space is large a can accommodate a family easily. Kitchen is great with all of the amenities needed to cook meals. We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the place. In general is was clean, but in the bathroom we noticed hair left in/on the toilet and some of the face towels were bleached and stained. The rugs (and there are many) are vacuumed but definitely not clean and seemed to hold a lot of dirt. They are Ruggable brand washable rugs so I highly recommend running these through the wash after every visit. Taking everything into account, the house was good and had no major issues.

The house is within walking distance of the library, downtown, and the river. It was close to our friends homes too. Spacious renovated house with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. A great stay in beautiful Buena Vista

This is our third time staying at this home. Twice with adults and once with our family of 5. It’s super clean, has everything you need to be comfortable. Short walk to downtown. Comfortable beds and awesome shower.

We really liked this property, it was very clean, had everything we needed, was close to downtown BV and all of the places we visited (Mt. Princeton hot springs, St. Elmo’s, Salida, and many beautiful parks. We even drove to the Royal Gorge for a train ride one afternoon. We highly recommend this property.

The house is beautiful, well maintained, clean and feels larger than in photos. We enjoyed our stay. There is a home across the street that is an eyesore in this residential neighborhood. Otherwise perfect!

The location is quiet yet an easy walk to Main Street. The home is lovely and beautifully decorated, with spacious areas for meals and games and gathering. Having a bathroom with each bedroom is a great layout. The luxurious linens made for a very comfortable stay. We highly recommend!

Tonw is 5 minute walk. This home has everything you need, Comforts of home is an understatement. Spacious living area. Property Manager most helpful. Extremely clean. We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home just blocks from downtown BV. The beds were comfortable, spa showers were amazing and kitchen was well-equipped for us to cook our own meals. I hope we can stay there again and highly recommend it as a great place to stay.

The house was perfect. Beautifully appointed with attention to detail. 2BDRM with 2.5 bats is amazing. And the showers are huge with great products in them. The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for cooking with and for friends or family. And your just a few short blocks to downtown Main Street. It was a great stay!

This is a beautiful home that is well updates and had plenty of space. My mom and I rented the space to have a long weekend away and just watch movies and work on some craft projects. The owners provide Netflix and Amazon Prime however the internet went out so frequently it was impossible to stream anything. There is no DVD/Blu-ray player to use instead. If you want internet or tv, don't stay here. Otherwise it was a perfect place for us!

This property was exactly what we expected. It was well appointed with a great kitchen and warm gas fireplace. It’s just a few blocks from the restaurants and shopping of mainstreet BV. We had a minor incident and Paul and Jan were very responsive. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Booked this place for a girls trip. Stayed 3 nights and had plenty of time to visit all the things (hot springs, hike, St Elmo, Salida, and bar crawl in BV). This house is amazing. It’s beautiful and all the little details make it feel more like a luxury vacation. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us and the showers are like a spa! For the price, this is a steal! Top notch home and great communication with the owner. We will be back!
