First of all, the directions were wrong on how to navigate our way to Freund Rd. I was told to turn right on Jones Rd when I should have turned left and then right where you go through the covered bridge. We figured it out but it was difficult due to road construction and it was dark. Second, the WIFI instructions were wrong in the email instructions and at the cabin. The cabin was typical, it needed some work, both bathroom doors had to be propped open and the master bedroom door wouldn't stay shut. I called and spoke with a very nice person who took care of us while we stayed there. She even got us a Keurig delivered the next day. That was my mistake and she helped us out by getting us one. Location was great, hospitality was great and amenities were great as well. Overall if the directions would have been right and there would have been no “confusion” over the WIFI instructions, the trip would have been great.

Great location and beautiful cabin.

We had a comfortable stay at Camp Budd. The property management communication was outstanding. The property was clean and we liked the location. The amenities were nice. We would stay again.

Nice clean cabin. My only recommendation would be to upgrade to a tankless hot water system. With six people in the house, you have to schedule out your showers. Great hosts and location.

Great location!! Close to tons of activities. Room for everyone. Clean and comfortable.

Wonderful getaway!!

It was a fantastic getaway. The cabin was very clean and fully stocked for our stay. The only issue was upon arrival, the code provided to me for entry would not work on the keypad to the front door. I simply texted the property manager and was promptly offered a secondary code that immediately worked and allowed access inside. The cabin was beautifully decorated with rustic flare and being so close to Christmas there was a beautifully decorated and lighted Christmas tree! All the cabins were outfitted with clear Christmas lights too that offered a charming touch to the Holiday feel. They provided a lot of brochures on the kitchen table with local information for food and entertainment. My two dog's also loved the accommodations! I highly recommend booking a stay at this resort!!

Everything was great, we really enjoyed it!! Well thought out place with everything we needed in a great location!

The cabin was cozy but needed updates for functionality primarily. The living room furniture was so old we sank into the couch and loveseat. Just needs some love to be much better for guests.

Our family had a blast. We will definitely be back.

The property is ran down. The location is great. The cabin smelled musty, the AC didn’t work well and it took most of the day to get it working due to property management. The accommodations are old, showers doors not working, furniture saggy. Photographs well but isn’t consistent with experience. Even the property pools and activities are old - operational yet worn.

The property is located in a very beautiful & unique area. The log cabin is very rustic and just what we wanted loved the decor, however the property could use some TLC broken curtain rods, sofa needs replaced and the service that they use for cleaning isn't up to par. trash left on dresser in master bedroom and bathrooms weren't very clean. deck and hot tub definitely need a thorough scrubbing & cleaning. The owner met us the day after our original check in date to let us in as the code for the door didn't work the night we arrived and we couldn't get in and had to go into Branson to rent a hotel room. The representative of the property did come out next morning and gave us an appology card and was sincerely sorry, she also refunded that night we didn't stay and reimbursed us the hotel rooms.

Super clean and very helpful staff. Had a very small issue with a sink not draining and they sent someone out almost immediately and took care of it! Very impressed and will be back for sure!

We loved it there! Great for families! When we had a problem they were quick to fix! Thanks again for the great memories made :)

Had a wonderful time at the cabin

Such a cozy and inviting cabin. Kitchen was stocked with all needs. Beds are comfortable and the cabin is spacious! Thank you for a great holiday weekend. The hot tub was a plus too!

This cabin fit our needs perfectly! We had a rough start because the first day we were only able to get one shower in before the water went cold but thankfully the owner had checked in with me that day and they sent out a plumber and took care of the problem ( the water heater needed a part replaced) the rest of the vacation went smoothly! Plan on coming back and staying again next year.

My family of 5 had another fabulous stay at Branson Cedars. We come each December and enjoy Big Cedar and the Landing. Branson is a family tradition and we all had the best time. The cabin was amazing-clean, roomy and we loved the hot tub and area. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!!!

Property has a lot of potential, but living furniture was worn out and the bathrooms need a redo. The master toilet was leaking and flooded our bathroom floor. They did come try to fix it promptly, but it continued to leak. Service was good, cabin was nice but not clean and the bathroom issue put a big damper on the trip.

My son got married at Dogwood Canyon and we all spent the weekend together. Great place plenty of room!

Very nice property for our stay. My only complaint would be that I tried to contact property manager before booking and never heard back. Only wanted to know if property was in walking distance to Amphitheatre. Thankfully it was, but it's a long walk.

What a beautiful, well appointed vacation home in the mountains and close to everything! Cleaning crew does an excellent job, it was exceptionally clean! Beds are comfortable, living area is very sizable and we were able to watch football easily. We will definitely be renting again when we are back next year.

Our stay was wonderful. Cabin was great for our family of five. The resort had everything we needed & even golf cart rentals. We look forward to staying again!

Our family loved the cabin! We enjoyed the hot tub several times. The cabin is described in the listing except that the cabins are really close together. It was totally fine for our family visit. However, if you are wanting a romantic and secluded stay, you may be disappointed in how close your neighbor will be. The cabin was clean and the owners gave us a later check-out upon request. We stayed in April but I know it would be a really fun place in the summer with the swimming pool. The Dollar General is across the street so that was super convenient for everything we forgot and for buying food. Great location in Branson.

great place super nice and great back deck for evening dinner just far enough away from all the madness but, close to everything you will need.
