The house was very cute and provided pretty much everything. The house needs a deep clean and more comfortable seating. But would stay there again. Nice quiet location!

House was just as described. Great kitchen and stocked with everything we needed to cook and hang out. The beach is so close and gorgeous.

The place was adorable and in a cute neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and quick drive to Seaside. The owners were accommodating and very friendly. However, the beds were a bit uncomfortable and so was the couch in the living room. The floors were dirty and sticky, wine down cabinets, coffee splatter on cabinets, dirty/sticky handles on drawers in kitchen, there were cobwebs inside, dead bugs on most windowsills, missing hand soap in bathroom, and watered down hand soap in kitchen. May need to look into a new house cleaner. Also, thought it was strange to have to be in charge of wheeling the trash cans to the street. This was a first and we have rented several houses/cabins over the years.

The house was nicely decorated and comfortable, and an adorable walk through wavy grass to Gearhart Beach! House is pretty big inside! Two bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Master suite bath is small. Kitchen is great! Eating and sitting areas great as well! Owner supplies A LOT of essentials like towels bedding cooking utensils etc toys games body wash shampoo etc. House was very clean, but imo could have been deep cleaned more thoroughly. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at the beautiful beach adjacent home in safe friendly neighborhood. We cooked and grated without exception the mentors met our needs. Kitchen table could seat 8 and we tended to fires every evening. It was a great stay that we will repeat!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend. What a beautiful house can’t wait to go back.

Lovely well outfitted home. Bring your own wood to make a cozy fire. Enjoy cooking family meals in the great kitchen. Cookware pots are a bit scratched but everything else was excellent. We played boardgames during the storms and then went to the beach between downpours.

Perfect for our two day getaway, beautiful home and peaceful neighborhood, lovely walk to the beach. Enjoyed the fire place, great kitchen for preparing family meals and packing food for day adventures to nearby Oregon coastal hiking and scenery. Highly recommend!

We had a nice stay.

Didn't like the ant infestation in the kids room. Disappointed with the cleanliness, the house needed a better surface wiping and floor vacuuming. We swept the floor on fist arrival, and also disinfected the high touch surfaces. The bedrooms need better vacuuming, as the ants were eating cookies under the kids bunk bed. 2nd floor bedroom had trash and leftover clothing under the beds. We left the house cleaner than it was when we arrived. Disappointed by inaccurate grill description. Expected a gas grill. Found a rusty charcoal grill, filled with old ash. All above disappointments could easily be addressed by a good property manager! The WiFi wasn't working at first, unplugged/replugged the power and it worked. Liked the newness of remodel. The restrooms were nicely made. The kitchen is open and welcoming. The walk to the beach is reasonable with kids. The Adirondack chairs looked new. Overall stay was OK, but cannot recommend unless the property manager addresses the cleanliness and grill concerns above.

House was very nice, well laid out, and room. It was walkable to the beach, and also a local bakery. I felt it was expensive, but worth it in the end. Only issue I had was getting the key when I arrived, but called the phone number and they got it straightened out right away.

We stayed in this home 3 years ago and had a great experience, so we decided to stay here again. The home is in great condition and very comfortable. However, when we returned home we were told that the housekeeper had reported that 2 couch pillows were missing. We were told the housekeeper has an inventory list but it wasn't shared with us. There is no way to prove whether those pillows were there when we checked in or not. It's a real bummer to be accused of taking these items, and the owner says Evolve will charge us for them. Renters beware! We will be looking for another place to stay the next time we visit the Oregon Coast.

We stayed here 3 years ago when this home was brand new and loved it. The home is still in good shape although the landscaping is a bit overgrown. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

My family enjoyed our stay at your cozy getaway house. The home was clean and tidy . Loved the decor . We felt at home . We loved how close it was to Seaside and other attractions of the area , parks and most importantly the coast. Thanks for sharing your home with us .

We had a great time, and the house and location perfectly fit our needs. My only suggestion would be to add more pots and serving plates/bowls to your kitchen. These offerings were pretty scant for a group our size and consequently preparing meals was a bit difficult.

The house is well equipped, well decorated, and comfortable. The beach access requires a bit of a walk but is exceptionally beautiful. Completely stocked for basics including grilling supplies, except for garbage bags and dishwasher soap. Only problem is ambiguity about the garbage pick up. I'll be really bummed if I get charged for misunderstanding the garbage instructions.

We enjoyed our stay being close to the beach and the charming home with a nice front garden.
