Lokalita byla vynikající. Staré město a památky byly pár set metrů.

Předání klíčů. I když jsme oznámili čas příjezdu, na člověka, který nám předal klíče a připravil byt, jsme museli čekat. Byt je určený pro 4 osoby, ale spaní na rozložené pohovce bylo velmi nekomfortní a nepohodlné.

La situation géographique à proximité du centre ville de Nancy. L’accueil des propriétaires. Le stationnement privatif au sein de la cour. L’appartement en lui même.

Le canapé lit rincé, à changer de toute urgence. La nuisance sonore de l’escalier passant derrière la cloison centrale de l’appartement. Et un ensemble de détails de vétusté à corriger.

The apartment manager was very nice. We arrived late at night and she came in time to gave us the key and helped us to carry the luggage. When we checked out, we can still leave our car there for later pick-up.

The apartment was in a great location for the centre of town and very close to restaurants and bars. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained and had great facilities.

Communication with the property before arrival was quite poor. Some questions regarding parking and arrival-time were not responded to and it was only in the period approaching our arrival that we received a response. It did make us feel uncertain that there would be someone there to meet us or even that the booking would go ahead.

Clean & comfortable apartment with many facilities.

Handing over of the key at arrival was little bit clumsy. Some photos sent before trip, showing the parking location, would have been helpful.

The apartment was modern, spacious, with air conditioner, TV and wifi, great kitchen, ground floor and with parking space. You are right next to Pepiniere Park. From there you can walk and see all the important things in Nancy. All was safe and very pretty. The host was very nice and friendly.

Nothing

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you might need. Stylish and cosy, centrally located flat, nice boulangerie nearby. Bathroom was recently renovated, pillows in the bedroom are really comfortable! If you travel with a baby, you will be provided with a baby cot and high chair (if available upon request). Parking on site available 5eur/night. TV is quite old and slow, even navigating some YouTube channels was very slow. Hosts are super welcoming and hospitable! It’s a good option for a couple or friends (there is also a sleeping sofa in the living room) to spend there 1-3 nights, not more. Thanks, recommended! It was a nice stay! 🤗

The only disadvantages for us (as traveling with a baby) were the following: Toilet is separated from the bedroom and bathroom and you needed to pass the living room to reach it where our baby slept. Eventually we woke him up and it was very uncomfortable. Also we noticed that it hsmelled a bit smoky, as someone smoked next to the apartment or just in window and you smell that odor..or it might be a ventilation thing from the neighbors. Apartment is located on the ground floor, just some meters from parking, so be prepared to hear some noises from cars coming and leaving. We were there during the week, it was pretty intense at night. Can imagine, how noisy it could be at weekend. Soundproofing is not perfect and hear neighbors from the upper floors, as in every old house.
