It was exactly how it is in pictures. Also Francesco & Anna sent video of apartment & how to enter complex, as well as us asking a good few questions.

Las instalaciones en perfectas condiciones, nos gustó mucho el detalle que dejan cuando llegas, el apartamento perfectamente equipado y Anna y Francesco fueron muy amables.

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. El apartamento presenta todas las comodidades, está muy bien equipado, muy limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca del paseo de la playa en una zona tranquila y dispone de varios aparcamientos cerca del apartamento en caso de que lo necesites. Los anfitriones han sido muy atentos, nos han dado una bienvenida extraordinaria y se han preocupado mucho por nuestra comodidad y porque en todo momento estuviésemos bien. Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento, es un 10 de 10 en todos los aspectos!!

The apartment was like a home from home. It was private with no disturbances. It had everything you could ever need. Lidl is close by and the strip is a short walk. It was clean and very comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and were only a text away for any advice. I would 100% recommend it to friends and family. It is by far the best accommodation we have ever stayed in on our holidays.
Everything was amazing, I could not fault anything about this property or location.

Everything I don’t know why they call it blu as it should be called Gold. first class apartment and the hosts kept in touch with us not only with help but also up to date weather forecasts couldn’t recommend this property any higher

La casa si trova all'interno di un residence molto tranquillo con piscina. Pulita, ben arredata, accogliente, al nostro arrivo gli Hosts ci hanno fatto trovare vino, succo di frutta, biscotti, patatine molto graditi. Posizione ottima per girare tutta l'isola, vicina al lungo mare e ai supermercati. Ma oltre le caratteristiche oggettive della casa vorrei soffermarmi sugli hosts, Anna e Francesco. Ci hanno contattati già prima del nostro arrivo fornendo le istruzioni per il check-in e consigli sui posti da visitare. Inoltre ci hanno fornito una lista di ristoranti da loro provati, permettendoci di risparmiare tempo sulla scelta. Ci hanno assistito durante tutto il nostro soggiorno e siamo rimaste in contatto con loro anche dopo. Con loro ci si sente coccolati, come a casa quindi grazie ragazzi e continuate così!
Ci vediamo a Lanzarote, e nel mentre consiglieremo la vostra struttura a tutti i nostri amici!

It was spotlessly clean and it had everything you need and more to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.
The hosts Francesco and Anna are brilliant they gave us lots of relevant information and made themselves available to us if we needed anything. They also left a very generous welcome pack for us when we arrived which was very much appreciated.

Exceptional apartment, 5 minutes from the centre and the beach. Everything about the week was perfect, hosts so helpful and on hand via WhatsApp, beautifully clean apartment, lovely personalised welcome package, including bottle of fizz & 1st wedding anniversary card. Pool cleaned regularly whilst we were there for the week. Very safe area & relaxing pool. Everything thought of including beach towels, shopping bags, cooler bag, iron & ironing board. Would most definitely stay again if staying in Puerto del carmen. Many many thanks Anna & Francesco for making our 1st wedding anniversary so very special, fabulous memories created!!

Apartment was really well equipped and very clean. The hosts were extremely helpful and nothing was too much bother. It was close proximity to shops, bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back

The property is very cozy and functional, it has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, towels, beach towels, and it was very clean. The hosts are very kind and ready to help us with everything we needed. We also got nice welcome goodies.

What a beautiful little oasis just five minutes walk from everything in Puerto del Carmen. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment has everything you need for a week away, it is fantastically clean and fresh and the welcome hamper has the important items needed to keep you going on arrival
Anna even sent a video beforehand showing what was in the apartment, and the attention to detail was so good that it even showed how to change the country on the TV box
Would definitely recommend Blu to anyone and everyone and we will be back

Very quiet location, walking distance to everything. Some great restaurants around. If you choose to eat in the the kitchen is equipped with everything, apart from knife to butter bread with, back of teaspoon worked just as well. The atmosphere around apartment is very chilling and quite a sun trap
Hills everywhere so if like me had difficulties walking then not ideal, taxis down to the strip cost around 4 euros allowing for tip. Wi-Fi not that great but to be honest gave me more chill time to sit back soak up the sun ( under the parasol) and read

Good location - close to restaurants, shops and beach. Excellent communication with Anna and Francesco which made our arrival easy and straight forward. The hosts had left food items for us along with other household essentials and beach towels which was greatly appreciated.

Very modern apartment good quality furnishings everything in there you need and I do mean everything exceptionally clean and well presented the hosts were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to make our stay flawless eve booked us a taxi back to the airport
We absolutely loved the location ..not far from the strip but very quiet in the complex

The location was fantastic. It was so quiet and peaceful and was just the relaxing holiday we needed. Our hosts Francesco and Anna were a delight to deal with. They contacted us regularly to check all was going okay. The appartment is ideal place for a couple. The swimming pool was right outside the door and was very clean. Everything that you would need in the appartment if you wanted to cook instead of going out. Appartment was lovely and clean. Also a lovely welcoming gift of some food.

Excellent apartment, very clean, had air conditioning and was fully equipped with everything that we needed. The pool was right outside and the apartment was in a great location, just a short walk to the shops/restaurants etc.
