Tenía lo necesario: bien equipado, bien mantenido. La ubicación estupenda y, a la vez, tranquila. El trato con el propietario fácil, cercano y profesional. Me gustan estos apartamentos de particulares porque me siento más integrado a la vida del lugar.

Eché en falta una cafetera.

Apartamento súper cómodo grande con camas cómodas me encanto la ubicación está todo cerca el centro de la ciudad a 2 3 minutos andando la calle muy tranquila el el doño muy amable nos informó de todo hay todo lo necesario en apartamento lo recomendó con mucho gusto y volveré

These are great apartments. There is everything you need. Good location. Cozy interior. good space. Rapid settlement. Comfortable beds, clean linen. Good dressing room. Thanks to the owners. We will be happy to come here again.

The flat was dirty and had Cockroaches

Location was excellent to explore Valencia's old town. Sofa was comfortable to sit on and the whole apartment felt spacious.

The shower cubicle was very cramped and there was no space to put any soap. The living room lacked natural light.

The location was near transport routes and tourist areas. There was 1 air conditioner for the flat but it was effective. It had 2 decent rooms with beds and not just a sofa bed like many other small apartments. The wifi was good. There was actually a light in the bedroom closet! The bathroom fittings were very good and the shower itself worked very well and was a proper shower head with decent pressure.

Broken back door handle, I hope this has now been fixed, it did mean I couldn´t open the door to the balcony. The TV only had Spanish channels and did not accept casting from phones or tablets.

Good location, shops nearby. Quite street. People complain about bad smell, but in our case was ok. We open windows twice a day for fresh air and was ok. Beds were comfy.

The kitchen is small. No place where to place the washed dishes. No dishwasher. The shower is a bit small. No elevator + really narrow stairs which makes it hard for a heavy luggage. One of the beds was making noise on each move, but otherwise the beds were really comfy.
