We really liked the surroundings of our accommodation. It was really calm place and a lot of shops and restaurants around. Really good feeling about the accommodation in general.

There wasn’t bed prepared for the third person. I would expect that it will be prepared. I want to also report problem with battery and WC in the bathroom. It would be great if you can fix that.

The apartment is great, spacious, well-equipped and in a nice quiet location. Very close to the metro station. I had the apartment on the ground floor, it was quite hot there as the windows cannot get fully open (not sure if this is different in the upper floors). Otherwise all good and I would stay again.

It’s a very good apartment - comfortable bed, clean shower, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, dishes, everything you need to feel comfortable. You don’t meet any managers, but they are always in touch with you informing important and useful information. Regarding location- the apartment is located near a metro station and it is easy to get the city center. There are several supermarkets, restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood.

TV sometimes turns off by itself after working for five minutes.

Good location, short walk to the metro. Convenient check-in process. Had a washer, dryer, dishwasher, pots and pans. Dishwashing soap and dishwasher pods were also provided. There are pots and pans, but you have to purchase your own oil and condiments. We had a comfortable stay here in Stockholm!

Room layout slightly different from pictures but still okay, just that the main window faces out to the main road, so we had to keep our curtains closed the entire stay. It was also slightly noisy as we can hear the cars drive by.

We like the location of the appartment. It has a neighborhood feeling with everything you need nearby.

The curtains are too thin. I woke up before 5 am with the sun shining on my face both days. They could change them for blackout ones.

The wifi was shared with other rooms I could control their TV and so could others, in fact, one night someone switched on my TV by accident

Great location for our weekend

Everything was fine

The apartment room was bright with big windows and very clean. There were glasses, wine glasses, plates, pots, a pan and basic kitchen utensils. The bathroom had no bathtub but it was spacious and the washing machine and the dryer were very useful. The only things you need to bring (or buy at a nearby supermarket) were washing powders, shampoo /body soap and condiments. The location was super nice, Sundbyberg is close to the city center but has a lovely small-town vibe and is safe and quiet. There are bars (if you like craft beer Omnipollos kyrka is a must-go), restaurants and 4 supermarkets near the apartment and the nearest subway station is just 2 min walk away. Flygbussarna (airport shuttle bus) stops at Sundbybergs torg which is a 5-6 min walk from the apartment.

The door was so difficult to close! Every time I left the room, I had to put all my weight on the door and push it for like 20 sec to get it locked. If I didn't push hard enough, it could be opened without entering the key code... Even when locking the door from inside the room, I had to pull the door handle as hard as I could. It was pretty annoying.

- Location: the apartment is 6 min walk to the train/metro station and supermarkets; there are also few restaurants and a pharmacy nearby. In 10 min you reach Stockholm central station, so it is very convenient. - Weekly cleaning (vacuum cleaning, change of bed linen and towels): included for reservation longer than 7 nights, as well as check-out cleaning. - Maintenance: I had some minor issues (the shower seal was detaching and there was a light bulb blown out under the kitchen extractor hood); I contacted the maintenance team and the day after they had fixed everything! - Garbage room: you can sort your waste and recycle (positive for the environment!)

- Cleaning (especially in the kitchen): there were stains on the table, some pans were dirty, and the plates were clean but still wet (they were piled up and there was water between them); I submitted a complaint and they reported it to the cleaning manager. - Thin walls: when someone closes the door in another apartment, the walls (and what is s hanging on them as well) tremble a little.

Spacious, very clean and comfortable studio close to shops and transport connections. Large windows and 3m high ceiling gave additional coziness and luxury feeling. Self checkin and checkout are a good idea!

Almost everything was perfect, just a few small things could be improved. Communication was in Swedish, it was a bit uncomfortable as I had to use Google translate every time. It would be great to have an additional chest of drawers as for a longer trip there is not much space for clothes. There were many different utensils in the kitchen, however, we missed a cutting board, and the knife was not sharp at all.
