This hotel offers a good quality/price ratio. Don't expect more than an old soviet type building.

The fire escape routes are not well signposted. I was a little concerned about safety. I also noticed that the door downstairs at the bottom of the escape staircase was blocked. I did not feel safe in that building.

Nice place.

Specifically in the room we got there was only one (out of about 8) working socket and charging two phones and two laptops was quite a problem. Hopefully the stuff will take a note and fix at least some of them. Everything else was great.

The location was good.

The receptionist didn't speak English. The room service was very simple. They usually enter the room to take the used towels and never replace them with new ones.

A real value for money option, would be a nice place to stay for a night or two if you're on a budget.

the smell is the room (it was some bad smell mixed with burnt smoke, cigarette or something else). we have requested from the staff to explain us why they gave us that room. as we have been told there were no other rooms available and someone was living there (723 room) for a long time and they could not get rid of the smell. also they have mentioned that the neighbors also have that smell. I assume they thought that this fact will help us somehow. very disappointing

The location and the hospitality. The girl who helped me with the checking speaks English and was very friendly. I read about it as an old building, yes it is but it isnt creepy whatsoever. I was alone and felt safe and comfortable walking in the corridor by myself when I returned home late that night. The facilities are complete, they arent new, indeed, but they all work perfectly.

The key didn’t work to our room everyday for the first 3 days despite moving rooms and new keys being given to us. Multiple days we had to leave the door unlocked with all our belongings inside and they called someone to fix it. Every time this happened we had to get the staff who couldn’t lock it and seemed irritated that we were bothering them (eye rolling, no apologies). In our second room the internet did not work at all (it did in the first room so might just be location to the router) and both rooms were not very clean (hair all over the floor). The shower was also poor, mostly freezing cold and poor water pressure. We ended up moving hotels to another hotel in the city after this. If the staff had been a little friendlier or more accommodating with the situation we probably would have stayed. Just to note a couple of the staff were friendly - I think we just unfortunate with the ones we dealt with.

The Hotel is very centrally located, just across from Victory square and a 10 min walk from the central street in Bishkek The staff were fantastic patiently answering my questions, ordering Taxis and advising on good places to eat and drink The rooms have a small balcony and at the front have a good view out over the square

The breakfast was terrible, but thankfully i only paid for the first morning, and after that sorted out my own breakfast The springs in the bed felt like they had busted a long time ago, just about tolerable for sleeping

Location was ideal for exploring city on foot. Large room with balcony. I am basing my review based on low price I paid. Hotel stuff was very nice.

Staff do not speak English at hotel except for one staff at reception who speaks very little English. They speak Russian only

+ the location is really good, not far from restaurants, supermarket, ATM and sights + the staff is friendly and helpful + the rooms are comfortable and clean + there is hot shower, a balcony with nice views of the mountains and victory square + the bed is comfy, there are enough plugs to charge

cleaners would come to check daily, the receptionist helped me with baggage.

the kettles in the bar were old and had rusty metal falling out so I avoided drinking the water from them for personal hygiene. the first room I stayed in downstairs before being moved was actually much better, nice new kettles but that was a different hotel, it seems. they only wash your laundry, you need to iron them yourself, my clothes were creased. My fridge was dirty when I went in and smelled.

Location is great, walking distance from the sites in the center. Very competitive price compared to the market. The room is old but has all one needs, and for the price tag, I have nothing to complain. The view is great, looks amazong during sunset.

Staff and manager Adilet. He was very kind and helpful, managed all my concerns and operated very fast. Great manager with great team, clean, nice. Worthy price for quality. In the room cute new bedsheet and it was looked fresh and clean.

accessible in every point of the City. Awesome stuff and great lovely lady masseuse. Very affordable cost for a great Massage.
