Excellent condo for a family or a girls weekend - delicious food within a short drive, lots of beautiful beaches to walk to. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Hurricane Fiona came through and caused some trouble but Frankie personally showed up and helped us with a solar powered solution to power the appliances and helped us through the power outage. Our stay was fantastic and we enjoyed the hammocks, outdoor Oceanview table, snorkeling, walks around the point, etc. This was not our first time staying and I hope it is not the last. Great property, great hosts.

this condo was the highlight of our trip. It is an amazing beach front condo fully stocked with everything you could think of. My kids loved all the snorkeling gear provided. The back porch was so relaxing to sit on and we hung out there the most. The beach is rocky so you need to wear shoes when you're in the water but it was fun for just sitting in the warm water.

Frankie and Dorisa met us at condo when our flight arrived super late. Thank you! The place was absolutely clean and well equipped with all the essentials and more. My daughter wanted to stay in the hammock the majority of the time. The views were stunning - we enjoyed our morning breakfast and some dinners on the huge patio. Would definitely be staying here again when we decide to visit in the future.

Absolutely beautiful house in the perfect location. Paradise! We enjoyed ever minute of our stay at this property and didn’t want to leave. It was so relaxing sitting on the patio with the sea breeze. We cooked at the house several times and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. We snorkelled straight off the beach and saw stunning coral and beautiful sea life.

This property is absolute paradise. It is steps from a small beach which was shaded with palm trees. Sitting on the porch, the breeze of the water was cool. We enjoyed watching the wind blow the palm trees and an occasional iguana venture by. We were minutes from the grocery store and the Luquillo Kiosk. The Rain forest was 20 -30 minutes away. We hiked and went Ziplining there. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Frankie met us there to show us around and answer any questions we might have. I would highly recommend this rental.

The condo was very private, safe and comfortable. The terrace is amazing and the beach is perfect for children. There are so many amenities- beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear. My only recommendation is that they add a first aid kit. This place has everything you need for a great vacation.

This place is as advertised. Right on the water in a tranquil area. If you want bigger waves, it’s a short walk or drive (so you can bring all of your chairs, coolers, etc.) to the best beach for body surfing or boogie boarding. The steady ocean breeze and a giant veranda overlooking the ocean make it great for people who may be a bit more heat-sensitive. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The hosts are great. Very welcoming and available. This is our 4th trip to Puerto Rico, and we found the lobster trifongo at La Fonda (nearby) to be the best dish we have sampled yet. So good! A house nearby has some dogs that howled once in a while, but the views and location made that a minor nuisance. Would come back again.

So many wonderful things to say about this beautiful property! My family and I loved our stay and I would highly recommend booking. The condo was very clean and filled with many beach amenities. The layout of the condo is great and the covered patio overlooking the ocean was great! Not too mention, Frankie is a fantastic host!

We are a family of four with two young kids and had a great week's stay here. The patio is lovely and has a beautiful view, we ate all our meals there. The condo really has everything you need for the beach- chairs, towels, sand toys, water shoes, snorkels, they have it all. The condo property is quiet and secluded, we felt like we were the only ones there. The beach is calm and clear and not busy at all. It was a perfect home base for exploring Puerto Rico and we would definitely rent this property again!

Everything about this place is perfect. We had the best stay with plenty of room for our family of 6. The location is amazing. There is a quiet beach out front with gorgeous views from the condo. Great hosts, they were quick to help us and answer any questions we had. The only regret we had with this place was not staying longer. We’ll definitely come and stay here again.

Can’t wait to come back. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Frankie was an amazing host and he has everything you need to enjoy your time here. Thank you Frankie!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. I will never forget the beauty and relaxation I experienced sitting on that porch... The breeze the ocean views it was amazing.. We had a fabulous time and this condo was the best part of our vacation! Frankie was fantastic and just a phone call away. I hope to return soon!

True beach home!!! Location allowed beach walking all the way to the Luquillo kioskos! With a grocery easily accessible nearby we enjoyed cooking at the condo which was well stocked with most pans and utensils one would need. We walked to Boardriders and Lena’s during the day for lunch and cocktails. The condo is safe, super clean with comfortable bed and spectacular view. Thank you. We hope we can return.

This property is exactly as described! Wonderful condo, location is excellent, comfy beds and beach toys galore! From our first communication, through check-in to check-out Frankie and Dorisa we’re attentive, kind and quick to respond to any question we had. I would recommend this condo to anyone I know and certainly hope to visit again in the future.

This condo is very comfortable and clean and right on the beach. It was perfect for our family of 4. They have EVERYTHING you need for the beach- towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach bag, kayak, beach toys, coolers, even a buggie to carry your stuff in! Just bring your sunscreen and you are ready to go! The veranda overlooking the beach is large and we spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the view when we weren’t at the beach. Both bedrooms and both bathrooms are good sized. With two adult children this was MUCH more relaxing and comfortable than a hotel would have been. We were here during the earthquake and lost power and it was no problem. There were lanterns with extra batteries and the complex has solar lights outside and a solar powered gate to get in and out. The complex itself is MUCH nicer than others I have seen while driving through Luquillo- very well maintained. Our hosts checked on us regularly and we really appreciated that- they ate very nice people. The ocean out front is very shallow and calm, perfect for small children or just cooling off. Just a short walk to the right it is deeper and had waves for those who want to really swim. Perfect location. Restaurants- Boardrunners for great food, right on a surfing beach. Lena’s has fantastic breakfast and lunch, fresh squeezed orange juice. La Parilla at the kiosks for upscale seafood. Very close to El Yunque. We truly enjoyed our time on PR at this condo. It was everything we hoped for and more! Thank you Frankie and Dorisa for sharing your lovely piece of paradise with our family!

Perfect condo for families on the ocean. Exceeded expectations! Host were great can’t wait to visit again.

The unit has beachfront water views from the minute you walk in the door, the kitchen, and the master bedroom. The veranda is where I spent most of my time just listening to the ocean. The unit is located on the ground floor of a gated complex with parking right outside the unit and private beach access. The kitchen was stocked with all needed kitchen supplies, we just purchased our food from a local grocery and enjoyed our home-cooked meals on the veranda. The unit is just as nice, or nicer, than the pictures posted. The only complaints might be that to get to the complex, the surrounding area is not as nice and you must travel along a narrow beachside road which is sometimes overcrowded with people/cars seeking public beach parking. Once inside the unit, when all sliding doors and windows are opened, the breeze was sufficient and comfortable for me. However, my husband and children did find it a bit warm since only the 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned. I prefer the fresh air and ocean breezes myself. The final issue was though the owners are very professional in their dealings with guests, they are not very flexible with check-in/check-out. Our flight arrived at 10am and I requested a noon check-in, the owners agreed to 2pm (instead of 4pm), but actually a plumber was repairing the guest bathroom until almost 4pm anyway. This repair should have been done prior to our arrival. Similar issue occurred with check-out as our plane did not depart until 10pm and I requested a 4pm check out. The communication at first appeared to permit it, but then a subsequent text communication stated a noon check out was required. It would be nice to have been offered some flexibility here. All in all, we enjoyed our visit to Puerto Rico, enjoyed our stay at this vrbo, and our meal at a local restaurant called the Brass Cactus while we awaited check-in and again after check-out. The unit is no more than 40 minutes from San Juan where we visited Old Downtown, Embassy Suites casino, Bacardi distillery, and a sailboat cruise. All were great. The unit is no more than 15 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest, which we visited on our own and took wonderful pictures. Also a good meal was had at Verdadero Marino restaurant less than 10 minutes away in Fajardo. Highly recommend this unit and Puerto Rico!

Property was exactly as pictured and communication with owners excellent. The location was situated in a quiet area that was safe and secure. The beach area and ocean in front of the property was shallow and provided a safe environment for us as we were newbies to beach life. You can walk a mile either direction along the beach and find nothing but beautiful scenery and great areas to snorkel. Chairs, coolers, beach towels, snorkel gear and body boards were all provided and a wonderful surprise we really hadn’t expected. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking and the property was only 5 minutes from a grocery store or pharmacy - so convenient! I cannot say enough though how private our area was even with all of the conveniences so close. The morning sunrise is so worth waking up for - all from the deck outside the bedroom. We had a family of six and had no issues with room. Even if we were there as a couple, I would still recommend this property. If my travels take me to Puerto Rico again, I would base it on the availability of this property. I have already told family and friends that not only is PR a great off-the-beaten path location, but that this property is without question a place that made our trip memorable.

This a wonderful gem of a place. We stayed with my 5 year old son. We felt very safe letting him play in the fenced yard, and had the beach right there beyond the gate. We practically had the place to ourselves during the week. We would love to return.

Make sure to inspect every single item,handers, doors,towels,drawers because you will pay for it ,there thing very lose advise the owner, before he leave and let he know.

What a gorgeous place! Every morning -- coffee on the terrace followed by a walk on the beach. My idea of paradise. Everything in the condo was in perfect working order. And so many extras - tons of beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. In addition to the wonderful terrace, a delightful hammock, and 2 lounge chairs in the very private side yard. This must be the best condo in Luquillo. Can't go wrong with this one.

I have been to Luquillo many times before however this is my first time renting this property and it has been the best place yet! Very friendly owners and secure location. Property is stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Hoping to return soon!

Our family of 5 had the pleasure of staying at this lovely condo for 10 days. The weather was incredible! The condo is in great condition and the terrace is only a few steps from the beach and has a beautiful view. The landscaping at the complex is maintained in excellent condition. The living room and main bedroom open up to the terrace. Sleeping with the the windows open and feeling the warm ocean breezes and listening to the surf was heavenly. Within easy walking distance to the right of the condo is a nice beach with incoming waves fun for boogie boarding. To the left, though a little more of a walk, is Luquillo Beach which has virtually no surf present. The beach directly in front of the condo is great for sand activities though is very shallow and not much for swimming. However when the tide is high it is a great place to launch your kayak and head out on the ocean. Frankie and Dorisa have done a wonderful job providing for many experiences while staying. Plenty of beach towels and chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and even a kayak.are available for usage. This was truly appreciated by all of us. San Juan and Fajardo are only a short drive away. We utilized Alamo rental car at San Juan airport which was a seamless process. After reading many reviews of rental car agencies on-line we were a bit concerned going into the trip. We took a couple of excursions out of Fajardo for snorkeling adventures which was a simple process. El Yunque Rain Forest is very close and easily accessible by vehicle though many of the trails remain closed. However, there are still sufficient trails open to do some hiking and exploring. A google map app or similar app is important if you will be driving yourself while in Puerto Rico. Not all the roads are well labeled. Overall, it was a quite enjoyable experience. The terrace was one of many great things about this home. Well equipped kitchen...great beds and baths...but terrace and view of ocean just steps away were what really makes this home special. We didn't mind drive to the condo...wasn't super crowded and narrow road in was fine. Loved the minutes ride to the kioskos too!! We would not hesitate to rebook and we're kind of picky.

Steps away from the beach, quiet and secluded yet so close to everything! Simply wonderful and simply relaxing!

They though of Everything that you may ever need foe the beach, which is right out the door. Towels, bags, cart, coolers, snorkel, body boards, a freaking kayak, etc., etc. I really can't say enough good things about this condo. We were the only ones there for a couple days. The beds are comfortable, the place is clean more than enough room for my family of four. It is a quick drive to the kiosks where we ate several times. The road to get to the condo can be a pain at certain hours of the day, but when you are stopping for other cars, just look out the window at the ocean. Everything worked ie WiFi, cable, no power outages, etc. It really is a great place to stay and the owners were very communicative and pleasant as well. Thanks!
