Fabulous property. Would return with no hesitation. Superbly equipped for large group. Grounds of property excellent. We have stayed in a lot of villas but nothing as good as this. Property manager very helpful and person who met us on arrival and departure was excellent and extremely helpful

Private, secluded and stunning property. Our family of 12 including grandparents and grandchildren had a fantastic stay. We used the pool everyday and ate on the large verandas every evening. Diana could not have been more welcoming and even helped us with a very late supermarket run. Thank you. We have all had a wonderful holiday and the setting is perfect. If you are looking for that special place for a family holiday this is the one.

We rented this villa for my partners 60th birthday and took the whole family (12 people)including 4 grandchildren aged from 3 to 6. All the bedrooms were very well appointed with en-suite bathrooms. Living rooms were well furnished although the weather was so good we did not spend a lot of time indoors. We managed to eat outside on the patio with the BBQ close at hand every night. Pool was big enough for all 12 of us to be in there at the same time and the pool chairs were very comfortable. There is lot's of space all over the house if you want some space to yourself. Diana is a wonderful owner and was there to greet us even though we arrived late in the evening and also included a welcome pack that included wine and beers which was very welcome. It is also situated on the 5th fairway on Penina championship golf course. I cannot say enough about this property and Diana but it is a holiday we will never forget.

Highly recommend this modern property in a traditional style for a relaxing break. The extensive gardens are green and lush and make the pool an attractive prospect for a days relaxation or sunbathing. Situated close to Penina golf course and 5-10 minutes car drive supermarkets and a little longer to central Alvor every thing is close at hand, but I would say a car was essential to access these amenities, given that the property is secluded and when the the "main " roads are reached there are no pavements to walk safely. We were met by the owner Diana who guided us to and showed us around the property . There was a welcome pack of grocery items wine and cakes. I would say the current photos do not do the property justice. The property is well equipped and maintain to a high standard. All rooms had ensuite, upstairs bedrooms were slightly larger, the reception area on the 1st floor gave a spacious feeling. However for me the veranda and gardens were the real place where I enjoyed being with mature "palm" type trees ( sorry not expert on this) in a well designed garden with the pool as a main feature. I thought that property was good value for 6 double bedrooms at this time of year (June). I had concerns when I booked because of the lack of reviews but the property exceeded my expectations and Diana was straightforward in my dealings with her. I look forward to returning possibly when a nephew gets married next year in Alvor. Thanks for great holiday

We shared this large villa with 10 other close friends for a week of golf, wine and food. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time there and Diana was on hand to answer any questions or queries that we had. The house and grounds are immaculate. The only (slight) downsides are that the kitchen is a bit on the small side for such a large house but when the weather is fine most people will be outside with the BBQ and that pool towels are not supplied. Diana was kind enough to include a generous starter pack that included a few bottles of wine - much appreciated by us all! We have stayed in this area before and although the Penina golf course is still lovely, it does need some TLC to bring it up to Championship course standard - this of course has nothing to do with the quality of the accommodation. We would be happy to return!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très confortable maison extrêmement bien aménagée, très propre et fonctionnelle : 6 chambres avec SDB, moderne et de bon goût. Un très beau jardin borde un golf magnifique où nous avons pu jouer pour un Green fee modique grâce à notre charmante hôtesse Diana. La piscine est également très agréable. Les fêtards et amateurs de vie nocturne pourront se régaler à Portimao. La région regorge également de plages superbes. Bref que des superlatifs. Nous recommandons vraiment.

We had a fabulous two weeks in the villa. The bedrooms were very comfortable, en-suites all in immaculate condition and the gardens beautifully maintained. The pool was a great size for the kids and it was surrounded by comfortable sun loungers with plenty of sun or shade depending on your preference. The outside table was perfect for evening meals and beautifully shaded during the heat of the day. The town of Alvor was just a short drive away and had plenty of restaurants to choose from. Diana was the perfect owner being extremely helpful and attentive, both before and during our stay. This has to be the best villa we have stayed in over twenty years of holidaying in France, Italy and Portugal.

Well what can I say apart from FANTASTIC. This villa was perfect. This is the fourth time I have visited the lovely Alvor and would re-visit again and again. This luxury villa really would take some beating. It certainly has the WOW factor when you arrive. The gardens are stunning, villa is so spacious, spotlessly clean and modern. The owner Diana is extremely helpful and generous with the lovely welcome pack and card when you arrive and is always contactable. The pool is the perfect size and was cleaned every day. I would recommend this villa to anyone......PERFECT thank you again Diana X
