Great house. Clean property. Great host easy to communicate with. Definitely would book again.

Wonderful property. We would stay again. Only thing I would say that needs work is the outside shower needs a shower head instead of a styrofoam cup, and a few more towels. Thank you so much for having us in your home.

This property was ok for the price. It needs a lot of updating for random broken items such as the fridge missing all the shelves on the door, the light in the fridge flashing like a strobe light, the drawers all rather janky in the dressers, the availability of cookware and silverware, a broken chair on the patio, and the flooring separated. Otherwise, it was clean with no bugs, check in/out instructions were clear, and decorations were nice. Just seems to need some updating and fixing up. If you have young children or pets, be aware this street is a very common beach access street and people drive very fast down it.

Overall, we greatly enjoyed the place. It was just the relaxation we needed, amd the owner was awesome and extremely quick to respond and accomodate our needs.

The house was very comfortable with a great open concept. The only negative thing I have to say is that the house was not clean when we got there. I contacted the management and the cleaning people were there within minutes, but did not have time to do a thorough cleaning or stocking of toilet paper and clean towels.

Everything is just as listed, and the location is great. The owner is easy to work with. He communicates well and within a reasonable time - especially during the Thanksgiving holiday. The living area is open and spacious, allowing our toddlers lots of room to enjoy. We told other families about this property and hope to stay here again!

One of the reason we chose this house is it had 3 full bedrooms. It was the perfect house for 3 couples. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

The location of the property was nice, it was a quick drive down to the beach entrance and The Big Store. The pictures online don’t show the wear and tear of the property. It could use some love. Also, the inside of the house smelled like smoke when we arrived and was very off putting for us. It could use some extra features to make it easier on people not wanting to haul all of the beach gear on a vacation. Like having beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels available to take. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Fun location, good memories with kids. Wi-Fi had issues. Rokus throughout house did not work - had to use our own for any streaming. Also ran out of toilet paper (only 3 total rolls provided for a 4-day trip). Owner was responsive, but place needs more attention to be top-notch.

The house was perfect and exactly as shown and described. We had plenty of space for our extended family of 9. Communication with Matt was always very prompt! One of the nicest things about this property was the ease of check out: set the thermostat and take out the trash. By far, the easiest to pack up, although we hated to leave.

Nice to get away and enjoyed the house and being close to the beach.

We went during Holidays to go Galveston/ Moody Gardens Festival of Lights and Crystal Beach Cmas Parade. The grandchildren loved it! We rode golf cart to beach for Sunsets. A Big Bar in kitchen for Cmas Cookie making! Great Family Times!! Thank you!

House needs some work. There was left over food in the pantry and refrigerator! ( will leave it there as I found it) Kitchen was not very well equipped. Pillow on one of the beds had hair all over it!!! One bathroom smelled like pee! I did enjoy being with family! Have rented other homes here, but will not rent this one again!

The stay was nice until Saturday night. The neighboring home was rented to very disrespectful people who were yelling and carrying on till around 2am. The walls are very thin and the racket kept us up most of the night. We were very bummed because the area and home are very nice.

Renting it was not the problem. It was not clean at all. The owner Matt was great, but his not getting monies worth from his cleaning company. They did not tell the truth about cleaning the place nor were they happy when he had them come back to clean it. Very unprofessional, and still did not clean it as he asked them to, instead they left in a huff. Wi-Fi was not working upon arrival, refridge lights blink when doors are open, shower liners are stained, sheets dirty, toilets had poop stains on bottom of seat, toothpaste on faucets and in sinks, thick dust on furniture in bedrooms, and the list could go on. Hope he gets a new cleaning service. Matt was easy to talk to and understanding. Felt bad for him.

Matt was great and a great communication when we had questions! We will start again!!!!

Get location close to the beach. We rented a golf cart and drove it around. House is very clean and decorated really cute. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Crystal Beach.

Everything was great from renting to checkout! Air conditioning was amazing after being on the beach all day- Internet tv was touch and go, but we didn’t go to the beach to watch tv anyway ;) We had a great weekend at this cabin! Decorated very cute! Lots of room under the cabin for vehicles and to hang out and relax with family! Awesome memories

Exactly as described! Very roomy and modern. Great communication with owner. No view of ocean, but I knew that ahead of time and was well pleased with our selection.

Stayed at this property for spring break weekend and the house was awesome! It was very clean spacious and literally a home away from home! Easy beach access about 2 blocks away, a quick walk away. Galveston not far at all a ferry ride away.
