We had a wonderful stay!! The unit was very clean and so nice. The use of space was amazing. The kitchen was great. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view and sounds. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very informative and answered any questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous time. We went on a dolphin cruise, ate dinner at JPeters in the Marsh, explored with a golf cart and spent hours on the beach and in the pool. Weather was glorious! We vacation here in this area every year. With that being said; the overall cleanliness of the condo would have been embarrassing to the owners. My husband who does not complain, complained! The throw rugs on the floor were filthy and smelled. We made sure we wore shoes in the condo. The blinds and fixtures around the condo had a lot of built up dust. Especially the fan on the ceiling. We turned the fan on and dust spun everywhere. We did not use the fan. We were going to take care of these small but ESSENTIAL cleaning issues , but we were on vacation. I also know after this review the standard response from the owners will be; no one notified us so we could have sent Someone out. Well, this cleaning would have taken days to rectify. I am a nurse and I expect basic cleanliness . If the owners saw this I am positive they would be upset about the money they are spending on a cleaning crew that IS NOT doing their job! The response and communication from the owner was top notch and I am positive beyond a doubt that the cleanliness issue is NOT known by the owner. Chris

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have 3 kids and the bunkbeds worked out nicely! The condo itself was very clean, spacious and is in great location. The beach was wonderful- not too crowded and the pool was also nice to have as an option. Communication with Marshall leading up to, and during our stay was fantastic. He provided us so much information ahead of time (what to bring, nearby grocery store options, tv instructions, etc), making our stay seamless from check in to check out. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone, including families for a great stay in Garden City.

The property was just as described and very clean. Very convenient for a small family. Love that it was right on the water and also had pool access.

We enjoyed our stay. Had an issue with the air conditioning but Marshall was right on it. He was great to work with. We would definitely stay there again !

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We loved walking to the pier, the marsh walk at Murrells Inlet, the shops, the beach, the view, etc.! We will be definitely looking to stay here again, sometime!

Sunsets are beautiful. Full moon that came up in front of unit it was beautiful over the ocean. Convent to shopping areas.

We stayed at the condo for a month. Everything was as expected. The beds were comfortable, place was clean, and the views were exceptional. We recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

We booked this property to stay over the Christmas holiday and even though it was cold, the condo was warm, cozy and very comfortable! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay especially the well-equipped kitchen with new appliances and comfortable beds. The sunrises were amazing from the deck and the access to the beach for our morning and afternoon walks was very easy. From booking to check-out, Marshal is very personable and wonderful to work with! He was very accommodating and gracious to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Even the neighbors speak highly of him!

Lovely, well equiped condo on the beach. Great kitchen and loved the icemaker in the fridge! TV in every room and great deck to sit out on with plenty of chairs. Close to Myrtle Beach and Surfside, also just down the road from Murrells Inlet so a great location. Wonderful fast responses from owner.

The view was GORGEOUS!!! The condo was very clean. The beds were super comfy! The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances. We had a great stay and hope to come back again in the future.

My husband and I took our two kids 2 and 4 months on Vacation and what a great time we had! Great location, beautiful big porch screened in so safe for kiddos and nice pool And patio/boardwalk! Only con has nothing to do with owners who were amazing with communication! Water pressure was weak in shower and bathrooms sinks and the unit wasnt as clean as I would like HOWEVER Im a mom of 2 small children so I am picky about clean areas especially when traveling! I would highly recommend it and we would definitely stay here again!!

We spent a week at the condo and had a great time. It is very easy access to the beach and pool. The check-in and check-out process was easy. It was very clean, perfect for a small family.

Lovely and spacious. Very clean. Beautiful beachfront condo with screenporch. 10 minutes to murrels inlet and to 20 to downtown myrtle(the strip). Wonderful location and wonderful hosts. Looking forward to staying again.

Great family vacation! Condo right on the beach. Beautiful view from living room and from master bedroom. Clean pool right in front (kids loved it). Excellent location. Easy, convenient parking. Great communication with the host. We'll be back!

Pros-location was great, lovely kitchen, adequate space for family, owners reached out frequently before our stay Cons-trash and sand in kids room upon arrival; towels left from previous occupants (clean/folded as well as in washer); lights not working in dining room, living room, master bed and master bath; fans in both bathrooms not working properly

Condo was right on the beach. The porch was screened which was a great idea to keep insects out. The pool was spotless and cleaned daily. My 13 year old granddaughter joined us and had a great time. We walked the beach every day.

This unit was perfect for our family! Steps away from the beach and enough space for a family of five! Away from the hussle and bussle, walking distance to Garden City Pier and ice cream and restaurants! Parking is available at the unit as well. There is a spot for grilling too, which we didn’t figure out until the last night. We will remember that for our next visit! Marshall and Dave were wonderful hosts and answered to my need asap! We highly recommend the renting their unit at Sea Oaks!
